5 stars solely on Ms. Angie in the front office. She was so nice and informative and she deserves a raise. while on tour with my child it started to pour down and she came outside with an umbrella, after she had to walk through the rain without an umbrella, to get me and my family. I just thought that was the nicest thing and it’s 2021 you don’t get that everywhere especially not out of employees.
I’ve been a resident since December 2019 and have seen a few leasing managers as well as maintenance workers.The group of now has been the best thus far.Angie, Lynn, Tommy, and Lamar has been great.The office staff are super professional and helpful.Lamar has come to rescue me quite a few times with my toilet not flushing late night/ early morning.Going above and beyond to get the job done.Tommy put a new toilet in due to Lamar leaving the comfort of his home so many times to help.Both Lamar and Tommy helped when my refrigerator went up.I’m grateful for the current team.They are amazing.

I have lived at the property for almost four years. I would recommend the property to potential renters. The office staff is professional and they are very responsive to issues or concerns that are brought to their attention. The units are modern and there is a cleaning service which cleans and vaccumes each buildings common area every morning. That is a wonderful service offered by the property. The property manager is very active in trying to maintain a comfortable property environment such as prohibiting loiterers from hanging out in the parking lots. The property offers weekly pest control services. I am very appreciative that the office staff maintains an open communication policy which allows tenants to share concerns such as rent delinquency. They will work with tenants in good faith. I have never had an issue with heat, hot water, or air conditioning. I like to take long 15 minute hot showers. I have never had an issue with running out of hot water during a shower. That is a definitely a blessing !The Village of Jones Falls is definitely a place to rent if you are looking for good value especially for Baltimore City. The last thing I will say is that the entire staff definitely puts forth a genuine effort to make sure the community is comfortable. However, it is a two way street. Tenants must do their part to make where they live comfortable. I am very comfortable recommending the Village of Jones Falls as a place to lease.

Needs alot of work in the apartments in keeping the pest down, but overall a decent place to live for an affordable price.

The mice are insane ! They are everywhere, they run from house to house ! They so use to mice traps that they will skip pass the mice traps .. maintenance will come and fill up holes they just eat threw them & still come right threw ! They getting so comfortable it’s like they playing around & I keep my house super clean for the fact that they everywhere I hate it here I will never recommend & I can’t wait to move out ! I put request in & they don’t come right away but they are quick to ask for rent 1,015 for this place is a no go !

If you dont mind settling some its great!I just went to go see one today. Im just looking for something better 😌 just being honest. It definitely is better than the bad parts of the city! But Its worse than where I am in Pikesville so Im going to continue searching. I appreciate the showing. I got scheduled very quickly and the lady who showed the property was great! I cant rate more or less because I havent lived there. The third star is for the lady who showed the property.
The office manager Angie is the best. She always goes above and beyond no matter what the issue is or concern she handles it promptly. The overall office staff is awesome.

This place has been like a revolving door but i hope the ladies in the office now, stay! Brandy has been on point with getting my work orders done and working with me when I was having financial issues. The new lady with the bright eyes, I think her name is Lyn is always so helpful and friendly. And the new Maintenance guys are very cute...i wish I had a work order every day 🥰...But I do like living here and I would give 5 stars if the fix these ugly hallways and mailboxes.

The ladies in the Leasing office are the best. They go out there way to make sure you are taken care of. The two younger maintenance guys are the best also.. If it were not for these wonderful people I just dont know.
I moved into my apartment in February immediately into moving I realized my balcony door would not shut all the way and couldn’t lock . My maintenance request was put in 2/12/20 It wasn’t fixed they put the request as completed which was a lie . My door wasn’t fixed until The end of June ! I put in request for my outlets not working 3/16/20 they took the request out several times I had to keep putting in new request and didn’t Actually fix the issue until August ! The apartment is mice infested they climb inside the stove and play they climb on top of the stove on your furniture on your beds . I’ve sent several surveillance Videos And videos I’ve taken myself in my home of this issue and sent to the leasing office . They don’t seem to care much . My wall and floor is not connected or closed off so I can put my whole hand under my wall . I’m having the same issue of them continuing to tell me a contractor will come out but they don’t send one and keep taking out my service request . They have a deadline when work has to be done by they are taking out the request so it seems like it being met and residents are still left with the same issues . I had to call corporate to even get a ac unit until my ac was fixed . In the summer and even that issue it took several days because the guy kept leaving . The maintenance men they hire also just leave say they will be back in a hour and don’t come back . I had a simple leak tht needed to be fixed and the maintenance guy broke my entire pipe system Shut my hot water off and I had a flooding in my kitchen . I’ve spent so much money on replacing clothes that these mice have eaten through, stuff constantly getting mildewed because of water damage from the leaks, all the traps I’ve had to buy and repellents . I’ve had a total of 18 maintenance request since feb till now and some have not been resolved, and also I have some issues I haven’t even put it . It’s seeming to be pointless because they don’t fix anything and just lie about it ! I’m at the point of filing a bbb complaint
One of the worst apartment complexes I have ever seen. The parking lot has massive potholes, the apartments have mice, and poor flooring. The worst of all can hear every sound in everyone else apartment coming through the walls. Not to mention the constant gatherings of people outside in the parking lot everyday and night having parties.The rental office has poor communication and zeroConflict resolution! DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!

I went to visit Cold Spring Lane Apartments on this past Saturday, and my experience with its property manager, Ms. Brenda, was not only professional but it was personally engaging. Ms. Brenda took the time to explain the polices and rules of the community and apartment complex as well as the paperwork that needed to be processed for my application. I want to give Ms. Brenda a great big shout out for her customer service. A job well done, Ms. Brenda. It was definitely a pleasure to have met you.
New staff Ms. Lynn and Ms. Brandy are very helpful with any financial problems you’re facing as well as following up with any maintenance issues. However, would like to see more upgrades with the actual apartments itself everything is so outdated

I tried to make an appointment with them to see apartments for over a week and after calling and e-mailing several tines to follow up, someone named Leonora finally responded but she kept sending me the same generic e-mails with random bolded fonts of important information. When I called to follow up because she wouldnt answer my questions directly she claimed she hadnt been e-mailing me at all and that she had hust rented out the last apartment available that morning. I expressed that I understood, but was a little frustrated with their lack of communication then asked if there were any apartments opening up soon. She then got short with me and said I shouldnt wait then hung up on me. I usually dont leave reviews but I had been nothing but polite, but their staff were rude, assumed I couldnt afford their rent, and provided some of the worst customer experience that I have experienced in a long while since they couldnt even give me the decency to treat me like a person or answer any of the questions that I asked.

Place is overrun with mice and the corners of rooms have holes in which the mice come and go as they please but they wont let you have cats. Exterminator doesnt do anything really and the pest problem persists because neighbors just throw their trash outside the dumpster, not in it. The kids run up and down in the street with no parental supervision. The neighbors are loud and constantly fighting each other and have yet to be evicted. Steer CLEAR away from this place. There is nothing here but annoyance and filth.
Good apartment they were when i just moved in in 2010 in 2021 nope not anymore my kitchen has been flooded 3 Times they havent replaced the tile that should have been done 3 mouths ago keep taking pictures of the tile but they want there rent money

I lived in these apartments for about 5 months before I had to break lease. I HATED IT!!!! I never even saw my apartment before I signed the lease.My AC was broke the whole time I was there with two small children in full blown summer!! I had no peep whole to see who was at my door. Then on top of that no bottom lock. When I placed one on my door maintenance kept saying I never gave the office a key. LIES! The roaches were the size of the mice.I almost died the first time I saw two of them in my kitchen. I managed to find out how they were getting in and seal up all the wholes. Then while sitting in my living room one night.MY MIND WAS BLOWN! mice and roaches were coming in my apartment through the huge gap under my front door.I HAD TO GO!They chew through the wind stopper I put under the door. I killed 4 mice in my apartment one night. To get to my car I had to walk a long flight of stairs or all the way around a bin.Not to mention all the trash, wild parties and large crowds hanging inside the parking lot. Or all the break in because there s no locks on the building door. Homeless people would often come in my building and sleep on the floor of my hall way. (Fire and safety hazard) DONT USE THESE APARTMENTS.U WILL REGRET IT.
The Apartment It Self Is Trash The First Day I Moved In There Was Roaches The Mice Is Ridiculous I Killed 6 In A Week The Walls Are Paper Thin And Most Of My Summer My Air Was Broke ..Then Down To The Last Week Of Me Living There They Decided To Call Real Maintenance To Take Out My Intire Air Conditioner To Put A Brand New One In For The Next People Who Would Move In ... You Get What You Pay For Never Would Recommend..PS GET RID OF THE CAT LADY How can you keep the mice down when she feeds all the stray cats outside !

Anything wrong with your apartment you might as well try to fix it yourself because maintenance isnt going to come fixs it doesnt matter how much time you call .
