The customer service was great. Gilda was so helpful and informative from the beginning. I felt as if she was very welcoming compared to other apartments I toured. It shows genuine character that confirms she will get things done. The whole process from beginning to move in was so easy as Gilda laid things out professionally. I definitely recommend her service as she is a pleasure to work with.

Very nicely renovated apartments. Ms. Gilda was extremely helpful during the process of my roommate and I’s apartment search. This sizing is just enough and it is a very short commute for us to get to school, I would recommend especially for college students looking to live on their own.

Maplewood Apt. Ive been with them as a tenant for 13 yrs. May of this yr. I will be leaving Maplewood Apt. I just wanted to share my experiences. Gilda and Arletta, I will truly miss them, they have been the backbone for Maplewood. The both of them have been nothing but professional when it comes to calling the office and getting things fixed or answering all my questions. I will miss our conversations we shared, and now due to this pandemic our talking in office has ended. The apartment are small, the rent is very reasonable, for those on a fix income. I just wanted to say Thank you, for all you have done for me an again I will miss you guys very much.

If you like living with bugs and rodents this is the place for you. If you like spiteful ness from management because you had to get the city involved to resolve issues then this is the place for you. Went months without hot water and was still responsible for water payment. This complex is a very poor excuse for living. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Ms Arletta is the property manager and she is very rude and unprofessional. MS GILDA WAS ALWAYS THE BEST AND VERY HELPFUL SHE NEEDS TO BE IN CHARGE!!!

I love my apartment complex and the staff. All the staff is very nice and friendly. Ms. Gilda has been a big help to from the first day I met here. The apartment complex keeps the buildings clean daily, as well as the premises. Maplewood Apartments welcomes pets but will never know because they keep the grass looking nicely groomed. My are really nice and the building I live in is quiet. Ive been living here for a year and I love it pretty reasonably.

I contacted Maplewood Apartments for a 3 bedroom apartment. The leasing staff was so courteous and professional! It was so nice to speak with Arletta, the Manager. She was able to tell me all the amenities, but was not able to offer me the 3 bedroom. She did however, refer me to sister properties that may be to assist me with options.

Great customer service and the apartments are a nice size. I was excited when touring the apartment because it was everything that I expected.

Move in at your own risk. If you have no choice but to move here avoid the top hill of the campus. Drug activity. Avoid any basement apartments. You get what you pay for. Mold, floods, bugs and mice.

I resided there in 2017 because my last apartment was $825 and I moved here based on the rent which was $700 a month. Beautiful apartments by the way. My next door neighbor kept breaking into my apartment and the leasing office knew about it. They didnt want me living there. I kept changing the locks myself and soon got tired of it. When I got evicted I was relieved I didnt have to deal with their bs anymore.

My friend has lived here just about a year and last winter we had to deal with the key not turning in the lock to the entry door. He asked the property mgr. to send someone to fix it. Its disturbing when youre paying your money to live somewhere and you cant even access the entry door to get to your apartment because of the weather. The entry doors are supposed to work year around, not convenient ly stop because the weather turns cold. According to one tenant from the same building this lock issue happens quite frequently. Frankly, this is unacceptable. No one should have to disturb their neighbors to get in the building. Essentially, thats why the tenants are given keys. People are displaying more dangerous behaviors as times get harder for some and they become more desperate. Ringing other peoples buzzers with the hope that someone is home is risky, not knowing whats around the corner. This lock situation is a safety issue and will be addressed. Sitting in the cold waiting is not fun.

This place is so ghetto I cant stand it ! Its always loud & there is always trash in the parking lot & the parking is crazy at night. I have requested parking passes & have gotten no response. & for the trash.. there is a sofa on the middle of the parking lot right now.. YES I SAID SOFA !! I called the rental office to notify them at 9a and the lady acted as if she did not care & here we are two hours later & the sofa is still there!! Yes the price is good, but its not worth it & the places are small. please reconsider before renting!!!!!

Visited a friend who lives in this apartment complex. The buildings ate very niceand well taken care of.
