This place has become so run down it’s a shame!! These used to be nice, clean, well kept apartments but since new management took over that’s no longer the case. They are nasty, dirty, and unkept!! This is what it looks like on a daily basis. Talk about embarrassing!!

Apartments are well kept, I have seen maintenance responds quickly. Secure closed place.The neighborhood is not the best. But its a nice place

I love it here Maintenance requests are promptly handled. Security on site at night, And it’s a gated community which is a plus. On site laundry rooms at your convenience, and friendly staff. I love it here. No rodents at all and thats more than I can say for any surrounding apartments or townhomes in the area.

Been calling this place for weeks I’ve never got an answer or return call I recommend Hollinswood townhomes I’ve been there for most of my life great community

I wish I could give them zero stars, they gave me a temporary pass for the parking lot, I lived here for 2 years and they gave me a temporary one and my car was towed because of it, I would never recommend anyone to live here, the management is poor, and rude, I hate it here, I’m finding somewhere new to move as we speak !

A one year old murdered here over the 2013 Memorial Day weekend. How will the owners of this complex guarantee the safety of its current and future residents? Until I hear how, I advise all prospective residents to stay away.

If were going to treat this like a gated community please have some one at the gate checking for visitors; and not in the office where I have to knock on the window or door hoping to get an answer. At a gated to community they have a register or where people would be going. If were going to call it a gated community lets try treating it like it one .This has been the 2nd incident where I have had parking pass issues. I was told in the meeting on June 7 ;that I would not have any issues with getting parking passes from both employees. However on today June 15,2018 I have had issues with getting parking passes. I was told that he needed a bill with my name and address or proof that I live in the complex. I myself have paper billing and do not have any other Bills coming to that address with my name on it. Question Am I suppose to drive it walk around with my lease on me at all time or have it in my car. That is totally unacceptable on all levels. I was told by Kim thats what he told me his name was when I asked the other guy what was his name he stated security was his name. I was also told that it is not his job to give out parking passes; he does not get paid for that he not suppose to give me passes. That I should get them on Fridays before close .however if I have guest that are coming from out of town or even in town. Wheater or not they have 14 passes per year if my guest needs a pass and I am paying rent at this property there should not be any issues with getting one unless I have reached my limit of 14 passes for tha that year. So in other word you can only have company 14 times in one year from that one person .
