DO NOT MOVE HERE!!Ive called them more than 7 times complaining about this water at the back yard, and guess what?Them: We cant do nothing for it, its ground water, we can give u another unitMe : okay are y willing to pay for the moving company?Them: no.As simple as that!!Plus it starts to appear on the front sideI am one of the people who still paying rent on time never got late or not paid!we start seeing all types of mosquitoes and spiders.We even had a mouse! And they sent the pest control and they said that they will send someone to close the holes and they never showed up!Plus there is two ladies there they have the worst customer service ever they talk to you in a really bad way.They got two stars because there is nice people who works at the office other than the two ladies that I mentioned before

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE LIVES OF THEIR RESIDENTS AT ALL. We even experienced a fire from the malfunctioning stove they refused to replace and could not even express any sympathy or even send an email. We literally are going days without a stove to cook. If you really do know what is best for your family, please do not come here. You are treated so well before moving in. And right after you become a resident, you get treated like trash. We always have one complaint or the other every week and trust me when I say, my family hates complaining about little things we could fix ourselves. Talk about the time the house got rat infested or the time we had problems with literally every single thing.

Minus the pests ( spiders and centipedes etc) I miss living here and moved in 2019. They increased the rent $200 after only a one year lease! That was my main reason for moving. When I spoke to the leasing office I was told that the rent was increased because of the market value and that there was nothing that they could do. Who expects for their rent to increase that much in one year! I’m not sure if maintenance improved, but they definitely needed some improvement back then.

There is nothing more degrading than paying $1, 300.00 a month for a property that is infested with mice. When will this turmoil end? This problem is rampant in our communities. I am furious that realtors are getting away with this. Mice have had a negative impact on health, economics, and the quality of life for far too long. My granddaughter can no longer visit on weekends because of her allergic reaction to the pungent smell of the rodents waste on my carpet. The smell migrates in the air of these townhomes due to the extent of the infestation. I treat my home with enzyme-based cleaners to help mitigate the smell, but unfortunately, the culprit is relentless and I cant treat behind the sheetrock walls where the contaminated materials are, and the furnace room where they mostly travel. During the summer months, when I come home from work, my house smells like an animal cage because the high temperature exacerbates the smell. I do appreciate Ms. T. Bethea (Property Manager) for addressing this matter for me when I first bought it to her attention. She is tactful, professional, and gets the job done; however, this major problem is beyond her power. My home was treated by a professional exterminating company that only fixed the problem for approximately 4 months. Now, I am back to where I started. I feel like a prisoner in my own home and while at home, I sit in despair and depression. I do not allow guests because of the humiliation this problem will cause. I am determined to fight for equality. At one point, I had contemplated in contacting Fox news so they can assess this problem and do a story to expose the Morgan family for allowing their residents to live in these deplorable conditions, but I didnt follow through. It is CRUEL, DEGRADING, UNJUST, and MUST STOP! Stop exploiting residence to pay a high cost of low living. For those of you who are considering residing at the Townhomes of Diamond Ridge, it is not recommended especially if you have children. To management, please save the noncommittal response that you gave for the previous reviews. My parents have been renting here for 3 years now and their next door neighbor for 9 years. This community is not perfect but they have great fair pricing, responsive staff and good maintenance. In the last year the service improved a lot as well.The townhome is well maintained and every time there is an issue, the maintenance guys are right there. There is an online system to submit issues and photos, it’s very convenient.The grounds are well maintained too and clean. They replaced our parking lot and plants, always cleaning and working on something around.The amenities like gym, pool, Amazon lockers are great. Also the way to pay rent online is also very convenient.There were some noise complaints in past because of some neighbors but this can happen anywhere.Overall, this place is a very good rental community, affordable, quiet and located perfectly for getting on highways or get groceries.

We’ve lived here for about a year now and definitely get what we pay for. The amenities provided are nice and the property does do a lot of community activities. The staff is friendly enough. Though our apartment does require regular maintenance, it’s mostly taken care of pretty quickly. The neighborhood isn’t great, but our actual neighbors are friendly.

The ghetto of Windsor mill! They over charge you & have a mice problem. They are all smiles when they try to get you to move in them triple tax you for things they don’t want to fix. We give our hard earned money & then the charge 6000 for a scuff on the door.

I just wanted to give kudos where they are due. Ive lived here since 2014 and this property has come a long way since it was managed by Harbor Group. Morgan made tons of upgrades and cleaned house. I absolutely get great service from everyone here now. Kristen is wonderful and thorough as the Resident Coordinator. Davon, the Maintenance Manager is so on point. The guy before was terrible! Davon always comes through and clearly runs his team well because they are all pleasant and efficient. Its really been a night and day difference. It use to take so long for the simplest repairs. Now I put a ticket in, even multiple at a time, and they are here within days! Im so pleased with how Morgan is running the property.

I love this property. I’ve been here almost 2 years. I have a 3 bedroom; 1.5 bath. It’s nice and spacious. The staff are friendly and have excellent customer service. They’ve provided resources to help tenants during this difficult time. They are a lunch site for BCPS. They’re phenomenal! They’ve addressed any issues I’ve ever had. Maintenance always come in an reasonable amount of time. Especially, if it’s an emergency they come right away. I am completely satisfied. I plan on renewing my lease a second time. I love it here! Move here it’s so peaceful. ❤️❤️❤️

Okay so I have been very patient because I have worked in leasing before I understand everything isn’t under the control of the leasing office but I’ve reached a limit with how much I can take from this place. Upon move in my hot water wasn’t working for two weeks and I needed a new water heater. Then I had mice trouble, four to be specific. I caught one myself and one of the members from the office was nice enough to come help me dispose of it. Then the maintenance man caught another three after they terrorized my place for an entire month. And when I say terrorize I mean they weren’t afraid of me and I would have to leave and sleep in my vehicle or lock myself in my room and shove a towel under the door to keep them out. Now my washer machine hasn’t been working since I moved in and my only option has been to wait because it’s one back order. The alternative recommended by the resident relations manager was to hand wash them... Not sure if that was a joke or not but that was the final straw for me.I’m only rating them two stars because they are super nice in the office but that can only compensate for so much. It’s been an exhausting experience all-in-all. And “there’s nothing more I can do,” isn’t cutting it anymore. Only 11 more months to go.Update: came home to a noticed that my rent wasn’t paid on the door... but I paid it on the online portal two weeks ago and I have the payment confirmation to prove it. I reached out to the office and told them a week afterwards that it hasn’t posted or drafted to my account yet and they told me that they’d completed everything on their end and I needed to speak with my bank about anything additional... then why is there a notice for an overdue rent balance on my door... someone isn’t doing their job in that office.As if the experience can get any worse I haven’t had AC in three weeks. It’s been well over 90 degrees in Maryland for the past two weeks. There’s a heat advisory today and the window unit that was provided to me five days ago was removed without ensuring my AC was working. Can home and it was 88 degrees in my place. Contacted emergency maintenance and they gave the window unit away and have no more and said I’d have to wait until the morning because the superior wasn’t coming back out and he had other emergencies to work on and mentioned a leak…. It’s 88 degrees in my home and I can’t sleep and haven’t for three weeks because even with a fan on I just toss and turn. Extreme health risk sleeping in these conditions. Waking up with nose bleeds. They don’t give a damn. 😊

The staff gas no consideration for other . Their rude, disrespectful sometimes they act like we work for them ? Or this is section 8 housing but its not I pay my hard earned 1300 out of pocket to pay rent and the workers the act so nasty their so quick to transfer calls and not solve solutions. I HATE IT HERE. If I could break the lease I would. They only good thing about it is the scenery when kids are not leaving trash on your step or having a party at your front door. Make sure you gwt everything in writing cause the staff LOVES TO TELL LIES

Definitely gotten better from when I moved in Nov 2018. Company has come a long way. Davon the maintenance manager is on his game with making sure the work is done properly. Kyle is very sweet and helpful, I was moving furniture out of my home trying to take it to the dumpster. He took it upon himself to walk over and help. The professionalism is great here. I will recommend this property to my friends and family now.

Leasing office, Nicole (Manager) and Leila (Leasing Agent) earn a generous D- and F respectively. Military officer and prospective resident, we were talked in circles by Leila who is profoundly unorganized and incompetent. We did not achieve a signed contract due to their questionable integrity and inability to convey clear messages. This was a BAIT and SWITCH situation. Leila issued a quote sheet document that fit our needs and was within our budget. This got us in the door but she toured us in an upgraded unit and verbally contended that unit is the price and the unit on the quote sheet. We locked in on that specific rent price after completing a paper application since there were IT problems with the electronic application. On the move-in day, we were told the price turned out to be $100 per month more than originally represented, taking it over our monthly budget limit. Mgr Nicole initially took very little responsibility for the matter, trying to absolve herself for the multiple failures and made unjustifiable defenses for Leilas inability to effectively communicate. She offered no reasonable solutions, then doubled down on pointing the finger back at us. Nicole finally offered to search other neighboring properties for a workable solution but only after I pressed her to make some sort of amends for the collapse. My intuition tells me they wanted to be rid of us to cover up the grave mistakes here. I wished we would have connected with another Leasing Agent at the beginning. The others in the office seemed to be much more welcoming and organized. Maybe its a blessing this all happened before contracting into the lease, perhaps saving us months of future anguish. Now were abruptly & unexpectedly back to the drawing board looking elsewhere after wasting several valuable days with The Townhomes of Diamond Ridge.

I have lived here for 3 years and my dry has been broke for 2 of them it took multiple requests to the office for someone bring us a new dryer. The refrigerator when we moved in has multiple missing parts since we moved in and no one has replaced them. It’s a terrible mouse problem. We put a request in AUGUST that the stair case railing was falling off the wall and no one has came in fixed it. Don’t move here the rent is high no one fixes anything and it’s a very bad mouse problem. Also it’s no parking but you pick and choose you battles here.

Today I got locked out. Right when the storm was about to hit. I called and informed them about my lock out and that I had my too small kids. No body came and an hour plus no call nothing. Guess what the storm came and I was still locked out. Thank God my car was open. A maintenance guy rolled past offered no help and told me call the office smh. As many times they’ve lost my key you would think they’ll let me in. I’m disappointed. Amongst the other issues. Won’t even let me out my lease even with covid still want me to buy out and buy out price and pay the rent to leave.

As a young adult on a budget, I am not picky or high maintenance in any way, but there is a very basic standard of living that should be met by apartment management companies. This apartment management company has absolutely no sense of urgency when it comes to the needs of their residents. Beginning the first night when there was no hot water and flooding from the kitchen and bathrooms, we then experienced maintenance issues on a weekly basis (including no air condition during the entirety of the summer) and have had a very difficult time remaining patient with the staff. Management is extremely rude and inconsiderate when there is issues in the homes maintenance takes forever to come and sometimes they even cancel the request and say it’s been completed. I had pest issues on a few occasions and waited all day for them to come and they never came then they marked they had completed the job I was home all day so I know they never came. The staff are very unprofessional and disrespectful even a bit ratchet. I can never have my windows open because my neighbors are always screaming and fighting outside. Cars fly up and down the street where children play and it’s not safe for them. I would expect more for how much rent is. They are quick to add up court fees even if you are a day late and treat the tenants rudely.

One of the worse places I have lived for follow through on maintenance, pests, notification of water overages.The staff are nice but things dont actually get fixed. They do a lot talking and then let you stew about your maintenance ticket for a month or so, only to find out it was either mysteriously closed or deleted even though nothing was done. Also, woke up this morning to no water or a notification about. So I called and the lady said Oh, we definitely sent out an email and we have your correct email address on file. Well, I never got that email. . .

I have read almost all of the reviews and all of the complaints are so similar which leads me to believe that this management is negligent in various ways. Someone should start a petition and even expose them by way of the media. There was a contract signed and the management is just as responsible for holding up their end of the deal as yourself. You are expected to pay your rent and follow the rules of your lease and they are required by law to do certain things too and do them in a timely manner. Take a stand as residents to get what is rightfully yours...a safe,clean habitual home.

The WORST place ever! Do NOT move into this community, you can find much better places around the area. First of all, I have lived within the community for several years and there are only a few small reasons why I havent relocated but trust me I will be very soon when my lease is up. The staff has continuously shifted and changes, high turnover rate! Also the management of their maintenance team or coordination is non-existent. I NEVER get a timely resolution on my maintenance requests and can never get a hold of anybody in the office to assist me with the matter or provide me with a direct answer. If you need assistance it is best you walk into the office directly because you will not be able to get a hold of anyone over the phone 90% of the time. They do not know how to answer their phones and will let it ring off the hook. One time I had an issue and had to call over 16 times (counted) within 2 hours before anybody answered. Unprofessional and Unacceptable. You guys should be shut down.

No one deserves to live here at all! I lived here for 3 years. Ive had workers coming into my home without my permission which Ive asked them a million times not to enter my home until I OPEN THE DOOR because Im deaf. I felt violated and they just kept doing it! But I am happy to share that I am moving out in the next few weeks so I wouldnt have to deal with this anymore. Ive had mice issue and they only kept putting traps around here but its not safe with my kids around. They dont even bother go to the root of this problem by fixing the holes in the wall or such like that. AND I had broken tile upstairs in bathroom. They were supposed to fix it but now that we have new manager property they came to put laminated floor on top of the tiles. They didnt even fill it in the tiles that was broken so they just did a poor job on repairing. The office almost NEVER answer the phone. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!

This is my 3rd year and I can truly say that I am impressed with the great efforts that is being put forth. I am going to direct my frustrations with the previous owners because they failed to satisfy my expectations in many areas. So far Ive seen many improvements indoors as well as outside of my dwelling that have made me delighted with the progress that this new company is making. I hope that we as tenants do our parts to maintain the improvements.

The kids and the parents in the community fight terrible the pool in the summer don’t bother the kids take it over and fight there as well when I did leave I received something in the mail from them I was being charged 4,000dollars 1,500 which came from the previous property management that was in inaccurate I tried to work something out with the property considering all of the above and they wouldn’t budge my coworker lives here now and she tells me nothing has changed and it has gotten worst I read the reviews before I moved in and decided to take a chance don’t make the same mistake and if you do live here take your concerns to rent court and handle it that wayI wish I could put the pictures here so you can SEE exactly what I mean !

I would vote LESS than 1 star if possible!I have been a resident at this property for over 3-4 years and have had the absolute worst experience ever. If you ever experience a maintenance emergency best of luck to you because you will not receive a repair or solution for months and months and months, hopefully it is not an emergency!! I have had 2 tickets outstanding for over 1 month now, 1 ticket has been submitted for almost 3 months with no follow ups or repairs! The worst thing is 1 of these is a water issue and considered an emergency, still no onsite rep has fixed the issue while my water bill rises and I am extremely stressed and fed up with their customer service. Not just because I am angry overall, but because this is the definitely the worst level of customer service I had ever experienced in my life...living at the Townhomes at Diamond Ridge aka Crosswinds.

I must say since Morgan Properties took over 10 months ago this property has been through a complete makeover. I have been so happy to see so many changes. The office and maintenance team members are truly showing that they care about their residents.

Lived here for 1 year only. Shanelle was pretty cool with the initial showing and remained friendly throughout my stay. The remainder of the office staff not so much. Everyone pushes one issue on another department. Maintenance is EXTREMELY slow. It took 3 weeks to fix my oven. It was only when I sent an email to Morgan Properties that I got an response within the hour. There is a mice infestation. You will see droplets everywhere. I do believe they are making great improvements to the overall community and homes but they should really look into hiring more maintenance staff and complete more in-services with office staff on professional without being snarky. I would not recommend at this point.

This is absolutely the worst place to live. The sewage’s system and toilets mess up every other week. Don’t come here unless you want to spend your hard earned money on this place with no chance of getting nothing in your house fixed. It doesn’t matter if you pay your rent on time or if you are late. Only way this can be a good move in is if you have no problems and don’t have to did with management. I’m not going go through most my problems because they’re all over the negative comments. Which are definitely TRUE. Management is terrible(New and Old) and if you wasn’t a person one of the ladies dealt with, they won’t help or is eager to help you. And don’t let the new management BS fool you it’s the same staff doing the same stuff. I know I was there during both managements. Everything was all lovely, dovely until I gave up my money after that the care went out the window. Like I said most staff won’t help you unless they moved you in or look familiar. Right now I trying get my move out info. I move out in January and now it’s April and I haven’t seen NO move out info. Yes 3 months since move. I contact them 3 times and all 3 times the Account person is somehow not there and going call me back. And when I ask they not how info or know anything. Don’t move here unless you want take off for court because that’s my next move. Horrible Management New or Old!!!!

I moved her about 2 months ago and have never had any issues. The Town Homes are affordable, the staff here is awesome...(Sonja is AMAZING) The maintenance is a little slow, but what complex isnt? If you call over to the rental office to discuss your issues with kindness and respect you will get the service you are requesting.. Its really that simple.

I moved in a week ago and still my tub haven’t been refurbished. The day before i moved in i told them the tub needed to be done. They told me Monday they will be here.. Monday came and nobody came to fix my tub.. then they told me Wednesday at 9am and he didn’t come till after 3 or 4 .. by then it was too late and could no longer take my kids out due to me having to work so he said he would come the next day and never came. My top vents in both bathrooms are dirty, top of my ceiling fan is dirty, and the top of my refrigerator. My screen door to the back was on the ground my uncle had to fix it smh. All my concerns i told them about before i moved in and was told they were gonna get done before i moved in besides the tub they said it would be fixed 2 days later. It’s a nice place they just don’t fix your issues like they’re suppose to .. i took pictures of everything that was wrong with the place. We definitely won’t be renewing our lease when it comes time! My opinion everyone’s needs to be fired and hire some people that actually care. I shouldn’t be having all these issues when I’m only a week in as of today.

I use to live at this community back when it was the Crosswinds at Rolling Rd. Back then it was owned by Harbor group Management. I remember that maintenance was slow and the office staff was extremely unprofessional. About a week ago, I decided to go back to this community because I am looking to move again. Its in close proximity to my job and I thought more or less things have changed since I lived there 6 years ago. The only thing thats changed is the nice pretty club house and these updated kitchens with the pretty backsplash. I was in the leasing office and watched as the phones were ringing off the hooks and the staff was all talking about ordering lunch . I was appalled. Then the way they have the townhomes set up. Why is the washer and dryer in the kitchen and not behind a closet? That is so unsanitary. And why is the water $130 monthly. You dont even pay that in a single family home. That is a RIPOFF. Please read the reviews folks they are all true. There are plenty of other complexes around the area with much better customer service. You may have to pay a little more but peace is worth so much more than money. Needless to say I have gotten a place elsewhere.

I’ve really had a great experience with the new Maintence staff at Diamond Townhouse they are all nice and respectful at all times. Mr.Mark is my favorite he’s always very reliable and dependable. Davon always makes sure that my Maintence request are always meet at a reasonable time. Also Chanel and Deaira are always very kind and helpful when l come into the office.

I would not advise anyone to live here. Ive moved from a 2 bed room apartment to what I thought was a greater and bigger opportunity. Well, I thought WRONG! I move in with the promises of getting my windows, freezer, dishwasher, patio doors and kitchen drawers fixed; no one came to fix them. I have called and called, sent emails, NOTHING is done. Theyve taken money out of my account faithfully but why. Its a freaking rip-off. So please do yourself and your family a favor and find somewhere decent and considerate to live, its no worth 1,300 monthly.😡🙅🏾

All of the negative comments in these reviews are 100% accurate. I made a gigantic mistake moving here. My issues are not addressed properly, the office staff lacks compassion . The water bill is record breaking $150/mth absolutely ridiculous. I havent been here a good five months and am very unhappy. The rent is not worth the nonsense.I am not a complainer and I am very laid back but I can truly say, this place brings out the worst in me. I will definitely not be renewing my lease and wish I could get out of it sooner. Dont let the exterior fool you.

So I literally read the reviews...moved in...waited awhile to actually write a review...and here I am...I have been here since May 2018. I have not seen one mouse, no roaches, nothing. When I need repairs they come. Im not sure what the issue is. But I hope it stays this way. I cant think of anything that was so horrible.Update: Im not sure where all the people who are leaving reviews live in the community. Maybe one side gets serviced and one side doesnt. I recently called for my air and garbage disposal. They came in like 15 minutes. It really sucks because a lot of people depend on reviews to lease and these reviews would really have anyone thinking its so horrible. By far the worst company I ever rented from. I’ve been without electricity in my living room for days now. I moved in February and it’s been problem after problem since and not all small some big problems and they just won’t do anything. I am currently speaking with someone in reference to this company and the way they do business. Animals live better than how there tenants are expected to live. Actually 0 stars. Just like a bad relationship its all good and then they have you when you sign the lease. After that its all down hill. Once you get tired of the nightmare and move out you get a big fat bill 4 to $5,000.00. Theyll take the deposit plus try and make you pay for damages that there own maintenance staff did & some other charges they trump up on you. The units are raggedy as hell some infested with mice and roaches. They make them look ok with a quick coat of paint and cosmetically attractive but shortly after you move in its a nightmare. Some maintenance request are never taken care of at all others take months but only after you they push you to the point that you need to take off work to go to the leasing office in person. After that still nothing. Please, dont be fooled and dont move into Cubic Zirconia Ridge. The Baltimore County Slums. These people care only about collecting money & overcharging tenants for those shacks that honestly should be torn down.

But even the price cannot make up for the horrible, deplorable conditions, and the nonchalant attitudes of the staff. Especially Angela the mgr. This place is GARBAGE!! Maintenance is horrible. The staff is horrible. I have been here for 3 months and I hate it!!! I have talked to the assistant leasing manager and the residential consultant and its a waste of time. I specifically asked about the maintenance before I moved in and they LIED and said they had a great maintenance team. This place does not care about the tenants and send a lot of spam email about events but cant seem to call people back about maintenance inquiries. My lease cannot be over quick enough and if I could give them no stars I would.

Over all its been a pleasant stay. I learned quickly that the best way to get any repair required in a timely fashion was to submit the request online instead of calling into the office. The quality of the office staff depends on who you talk to on any particular day. One person may be a rock star and the other could need some remedial training.

Ive lived here for 2 years. Ive happily moved 2 weeks prior 🙏🏾👋🏾 never saw mouse or roach but thats the only perk !!!!!! Infested with ants, spiders etc which I guess is understandable since weve knocked down woods to build apartments for humans. 😏 Aj the head if maintenance sadly left he was superb 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏾💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏾 other then him the entire staff SUCKSSSSS ! I mean they smile in your face but could care less about you being satisfied. I luckily was located on the less ratchet side. Im almost certain they take section 8. Fights, arguments, domestic disputes, parties( why h have you parking 20 houses down) 300 a year for a parking pass. 25 per pool pass 50 for 2 each summer. The worst plumbing. I had to call about my washer and dryer so many times till they gave me brand new ones. My dishwasher broke twice a month Omg !!!! Shall I continue?the private contractors came to a predominantly black community wearing rebel flags. Im so glad ri be gone.

Worst staff ever! Horrible maintenance. Nothing gets fixed correctly. Ive had to send emails certified letters and contact the housing code enforcement and the state. Its ridiculous!!!! They lack professionalism and compassion and empathy! I was only in my home one month when I noticed issued. Asked to be moved to another unit with no issues. They said they had nothing else available but online they are advertising for several homes. God bless us all... This is the WORST. BUT IVE LEARNED TO MSKE LEMONADE OUT OF LEMONS...

Mice Mice Mice Infestation. I never lived with so many mice in my life . I killed 18 mice in total inside my unit . Not orkin not maintenance but myself . If you don’t want mice as room roommates i advise you to pick another place to live . Morgan properties / The Diamond Ridge is the worst complex ever . Maintenance is terrible they take months to respond to a work order . I had one guy from the maintenance team said he was gone quit because the team is lazy . They never answer the phone ! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Honestly the worst place I have ever lived! Weve had mold in our house for over a month and they have done nothing about it despite repeated phone calls to their maintenance department. Mice everywhere and the pest control people they have on contract cant do their job. Dumpsters always full and trash everywhere. If youre late for rent they wont send you a notice and will even evict you without notice then claim that they sent one. The people that run this place are greedy and crooks who should be in jail!

The Townhomes at Diamond Ridge leasing office personnel has been very unprofessional. I have experienced verbal abuse, they speak to the tenants as though they are renting for FREE. I had maintenance workers came in to the apartment and invaded my personal things, I felt much violated. I spoke with Sharon in the leasing office and I explain the situation to her, and Sharon’s response was” how did I know the maintenance person went through my personal things?” The washer flooded the living room and left mildew and mold under the carpet. I spoke to several maintenance employees and the property manager but no one came to fix or replace the carpet. The maintenance request takes weeks before they come and do the service that was requested.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Let me start by saying the only nice person there is Sonja. She did an amazing job on getting me to rent here despite the reviews. I usually like to see for myself before i judge. Well i been at this place for 4 months. The maintenance people SUCKS. They hiring these boys fresh out of HVAC school which is 6 months and throwing them in there to fix stuff which i had some tell me. They dont answer the phone what so ever, if you want something done u have to go in the office and sit there until they get it done. When i was signing my lease i WITNESSED them doing and talking about everything else but answering the phones. It takes them forever to fix things in the home, but they are so quick to tell u to pay your rent on time. This place is not good at all. The worst place I have EVER lived. Yes the townhomes are nice and the community may look appealing...but its the worst staff ever working in the office. You can NEVER get a hold of anybody when you call, and if you do get somebody, the person they claim you need to talk to is never there or available and takes days to return your call! Maintenance is an absolutely joke, half the time they dont fix the problem, or something happens to where the issue resurfaces weeks later. When they need to enter your home they are very irresponsible and inconsiderate of your time, they do not give you a date and time they give you a whole week or two range of when they are entering your home and are not accommodating to your requests if you have a need. I have been living here for 3 years now and the price is what keeps me from leaving to be honest. Otherwise, I would looks elsewhere if I were you!

(0 stars if I could) This place is FILTHY! Honestly, its disgusting and maintenance never comes on time. Our washer and dryer has been broke since forever and there are so many issues honestly. My house has had mice since the day we came, I literally just saw two mice run in my room and they do not care at all, although it was there problem and should have been handled before moving someone in. They dont care about their residents tbh. The rental office is a false interpretation of this living area and honestly gives a misconception of how living here will be. They spend more time making the office look nice rather than the actual homes. Theres a lot of garbage always laying outside, its quite unattractive. Super unhappy, its trash. Our problems have been persistent since summer 2016 and its 2017 and still the same thing. Please, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. I wish I wouldve listened to the reviews I saw before going through with the agreement to be here for at least a year..hope u find something better xo

Bed Bugs!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rental office dont care. Only came out to do one Heat Treatment when they were suppose to come out and do two more after that. Never did. And bed bugs are right back. Unbelievable never in my life time I have experience this... the worst service ever... when you are paying your hard earn money for a place that u called home to be comfortable. Dont get me wrong the place is great but as for management and there team is the worst. Live here for 4 months now and until this they the issues I have has not yet been service due to the lack of incompetence staff ( manger and maintenance team). I dont know much about Morgan properties but if this how you guys take care of tenants its awful.After moving in there was not a initial walk through with the manager or maintenance.so they asked me to report the issues which I have several times however nothing was done. My patio door was not secure until a month after a break in just 2 doors Down from me as the police came to my door asking if I heard anything. Maintenance came and said that the entire door needs to be replaced and up to this date it has not been done. My closet door in both bedroom as been off track, one side of the bathroom sink has been stop up, the dish washer almost flood my kitchen the microwave needs to be replaced also broken blinds and not to mention there is a leak in the living room from the upstairs bathroom, the front door had a lock on it that was suppose to be change it got frustrating until the point they gave us the key. To top it off, one day I to call emergency maintenance as my heat was not working however they come out and said it just had to stay on until tomorrow they will be back to fix it. It took almost 2weeks so my bills was high as it was really cold outside so I contact the manger to figure out how can we resolve this she said I never knew anything about it so she called the maintenance manger who told here that he is waiting for the contract company to out and fixed it after another week. When they came out they said they could not get inside as they did not have a key. Like really....so my heat is still on high at this moment. When I called mrs Thelma she then again said she did know I should have told here when she called me to set up a date to take care of the issues which still not taken care of. I was home all day waiting. At this point my lease is almost over cant wait dont really want to buy under these circumstances I which they could release me from my lease. Not to mention you pay $40.00 for your mail box key and it has been 4months and we still havent received it yet. The water Bill is $80.00 a month as I dont pay for what u used, u dont even pay that high of a water Bill for a house. Smh

Only because I cant go lower. Please dont come here. This is a warning from a current resident. I wish I listened to the warning of residents before I moved in.Management keeps changing hands. There are hidden fees and they will blatantly over charge you and give you the run around to get stuff fixed.Average maintenance time is 3-4weeks to fix and issuse. Then they decide what issues to fix based on money.Look at the other reviews. I currently live here (worst decision of my life) and I am currently in the middle of a lawsuit with these people in order to break my lease AND get my security deposit back as well as lost wages for going back and forth to court. Although, I moved out of the apts recently, I just recieved a call from the maintenance that they had just found a service order from June that I complained about. This was one of ..the many reasons why I left due to orders not getting properly worked on. I complained numerous of times about backup coming through my tub, washer leaking,and lets not talk about MICE!!!!!! My apt was infested with them ...It was the most horrible and digusting thing Ive ever encountered. The whole complex needs to be torn down and treated then rebuild from ground up. Believe me, I moved in the warmer months as soon as a touch of winter came it was a disaster. My car got broken into twice.Please dont let the exterior fool you. This community could actually be nice if they do what theyre suppose to do first (Exterminate)before trying to dress it up.Run dont walk unless you love bringing the outdoor wilderness into your home.

Im so mad I moved my family here. The maintenance people never show up. Every time Ive gotten them to come into my place it was because I pulled them off the street myself. Ive only been here 1 month & my house has crazy bugs which I asked if they had a problem before I move in and was told no. The 1st 5 days my shower did not work. They still havent even came 2 fix all the stuff that I put on my move in inspection. My heat is not working & they acting like its not a big deal, i had frost on the windows smh. Also they have parking rules but no lines on the street 2 even make a space but will tow. MAINTENANCE IS THE WORST!!!!! The leasing office barely answers the phone. Sophia, the manager, coordinates maintenance to come out AND THEY STILL DONT SHOW UP. Corporate doesnt reply to emails and the regional manager Jodie Collins DOESNT return voicemail. This place....is a ripoff and huge JOKE. Want to have your issues unresolved? Want to be ignored? I lived here for 2 years and I was glad to say goodbye. I wouldnt recommend crosswinds at rolling road. Maintenance is horrible and never fixes anything. Office staff is unreliable, they do not shovel or salt the walks and parking lots the winter. Roads and parking spots are not plowed. Police are always there.The only decent thing at this place is the gym.
