I wouldn’t even give the ONE star! Use personal feelings over professionalism. High rent increases with NO renovations or updating to inside or outside. NO loyalty with previous residents before The Donaldson Group took over. DON’T I repeat DON’T move here you will get towed out of your own spot that YOUR car is registered to over some flimsy parking permit pass that mistakenly falls down...AWFUL!

The most bang for your buck and great customer service from leasing office and maintenance staff! Josephine and Devon was professional, helpful and attentive. My previous lease was up and I was looking for a quick, easy, move-in process. Hillsdale did not dissapoint. The two bedroom apartment is spacious but the show stopper was the huge master bedroom walk-in! That seal the deal for me! I love my new home.

I have lived at Hillsdale Manor Apartments since March. And i love my apartment. It is spacious and the crew and staff are courteous and nice. Anytime that I have had an issue there has been an immediate response. The premises are also kept clean and free of trash. I feel it is a safe environment. I would definitely recommend my apartment leasing company and complex to anyone.

Trash flies all over the front, landscaping is terrible very rarely trim bushes, the maintenance is a joke. I have been waiting 3 months for a working refrigerator. The only building that is kept up is the rental office. My electric went out on one side it took them 3 days to fix. The work was done by an outside contractor who was left alone in my apartment.The contractor was kind enough to leave me a phone no. and note. Be careful my car has been towed twice once for tag lapse and the other because my back bumper extended into the driveway. Three hundred and fifteen dollars, I am losing money on groceries that cannot be kept cool, do to a refrigerator, they allow animal feces to be left on certain people balconies, people leave trash bags outside their doors. They enter in and out of your apartment without notice. The tenant bathroom leaked down into my apartment. I call emergency Maintenance they responded but want to releave the pile up of water and then come back that was 3 weeks ago I havent seen anyone since. I torn dress and ruined slacks trying to get past the untrimmed thorn bushes.

Iam lost with words..manager could do a whole lot better.

My experience has been good. My apartment is very nice and spacious, just what I was looking for. I will say that the parking is horrible and I wish we did have more parking, other than that, everything has been well. I do like living here.

I saw today that a new management company took over. Im hoping the bad reviews I saw on them dont come to Hillsdale Manor. Ive been here for 4 years now and my stay has for the most part been good. My only issue was there was a mice outbreak that took place in my building last year but I can say that the property manager Patricia Clarke took care of everything over a course of time and now I have no mice at all. The parking could be a little better its what I would expect in a small apartment complex. Hate to see Ms. Clarke go. I wish her well...

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMMUNITY! Its so ghetto ever since Donaldson group took over. Infested with mice, residents are noisy and staff does nothing about it. Also, kids darting across the parking lot all times of the day and trash all over. I wish I could post photos along with my review but if you would like to see please ask and I can email them!

I am currently leasing a apartment here and I can honestly say Im pleased with the way the property manager listens an, takes action to service a issue or, take care of a problem you have. The atmosphere here is nice no loud music at night, no fights breaking out an no neighbor issues. I see some bad reviews on here and I think, that they are upset an want to make this place looks bad. Overall I am happy an, proud to say I live in Hillsdale manor apartments.

Maintance is terrible here. I cant wait into my lease is over here.

Ive lived here for a year now and I must say that I am impressed! I am a disabled woman, the leasing specialist, and property manager (Mrs Stephanie) have trully gone ABOVE and BEYOND for us. Anytime I had a falling spill or needed any handicap accommodations they were polite, expedient, and empathetic. Throughout my time here I have observed their behaviors towards everyone and I must say that they trully go out of their way to help make everyone comfortable especially those with disabilities. I have lived at many places and delt with alot of discrimination but that has never been the case here! Overall I am extremely satisfied with this apartment complex and I have Mrs Stephanie & the leasing specialist as well as the maintenance personnel to thank. If you enjoy the feeling of being apart of a community and have any kind of disabilities then I recommend living here because these two ladies will make sure that all of your needs are taking care of. ❤

I was looking forward to renting here and I can NEVER GET THROUGH to anyone during the day. Everyday all day for the past week no answer...I leave messages and no one returns my calls!! Oh well I guess it’s a sign

I absolutely would NEVER recommend this place to Anyone! They are horrible! The staff is incompetent and unprofessional, they change management every three months and it goes from bad to worse, the maintenance staff steals from residents, its awful and they need to be shut down immediately! I only gave a 1 star because I had to I wouldnt even give them that!

Its a nice quite place to live. The parking sucks though its like if you dont get home early dont aspect to find a close spot

Everyone in the office was helpful and very pleasant. Maintenance and complex crew was also fabuloso.

Man this apartment sucks the property manager is a prick shes very nosey and she will get u put out if she doesnt likes u I dont like her Im glad they changing companies because all that nosey chick do is worry about other peoples business and not her own sad part is she black once they get rid of her I might come back but as of now Im gone

This apartment is a joke ! The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything ..not private at all . People blast their TVs and music high and don’t even care that they are disturbing their neighbors . The neighborhood is quiet sometimes and other times people are being loud outside or blasting music . I’m so disappointed in this apartment smh .
