Ms. Nicole has been a joy to work with! I heard good reviews about her from others and can confirm first hand that she takes pride in her responsibilities. My daughter took an immediate liking to Ms. Nicole and is eager to greet her, whenever we pass by. I feel so blessed to have a property manager that really cares and has shown support for her tenants since day one. We have direct access to her phone, if we have any issues. She checked in on us several hours after we first moved in to see how we were managing and responds quickly to texts and phone calls. She is visible on the grounds and surveys this community. She is always pleasant with us and goes the extra mile. When I received a package while away from home, she promptly called to see if I was aware of its arrival and generously offered to place the heavy items safely into my apartment for me. Immediately after entering my apartment and placing my packages inside, she sent me a text with a photograph showing my packages in my unit. I trust her 100% and am so grateful to have someone like her looking out for us and our community! Thanks so much Ms. Nicole!
Im in the process of moving and inquired about the property. I spoke with Ms. Myoisha Johnson and she was extremely helpful and detailed. Her professionalism was above par (excellent).The five-star rating is specifically for her. However, the community is NOT a good fit for my taste. The property is not a reflection on her but rather the management company because its not a welcoming property. Ive been driving through at different times and there was trash everywhere last week.Ms. Johnson did her best to promote the communitys value but its a hard no. Tip to the regional, property, and management company... fix up. Im sure your residents dont even want to be there. Last, the rent price isnt too bad, however.

If I could give them no stars I would. Worst place to live in. I moved 35 weeks pregnant & with my 4 year old into 2905 & was told it was central air in it by everyone including the guy shawn who showed me the unit. I moved in & no ac at all. I was told I had to go by a ac myself, instead of them accommodating me for being lied to. I have never lived anywhere without central air . They hassle you about rent but when it’s time to fix something in your unit it’s months before it gets done. On top of them coming inside my home without my permission a guy from maintenance slipped up and told me he’s been in my apartment before, to the point I have special locks on my doors. As soon as my lease is up I’m gone & I won’t be recommending Pangea to anybody I know.
I remembered moving in 3years ago and all that I could remember was Ms. Nicole helping me with everything. She made me feel Welcomed and to this day she still make it her business to assist me with anything that I my need assistance with.

Weve lived here for several years, and while things arent always perfect, the staff do their best to accommodate as quickly as possible. We recently came to them to seek an amendment to the remainder of our lease to make it month-to-month, since we want to begin searching for a home. Nicole was happy to accommodate our needs.
I have been a resident with Pangea for 3 years. I can’t say that there hasn’t been a few minor issues, but Ms. Nicole has always been so prompt, wonderful, pleasant and respectful to me no matter what! And always got the problem solve! Property managers have come and go since I’ve been here, and most not pleasant at all, but Ms. Nicole has always been there. And now that Ms. Nicole has finally been given her rightful leadership position as property manager, I may never leave so she’s stuck with me!!

I live at Fairview location, been here since November had to stay on management to get things resolved. Management & maintenance dont work together. Theres a new property manager who assured me of results and still nothings been done.
Ive lived at pagea apartments for just over a year now. When the pandemic hit I ended up out of work. I could not pay my rent. I didnt know what to do. This is my first home of my own ever. Id never faced a situation like this before. Several months had gone by... I was avoiding management for months. I knew I was facing eviction and I had no defense. So I honestly tried to avoid facing management because i didnt know what to do. But my Regional manager( Monique Davis) Was not having it. When she finally got ahold of me I knew that was it for me... Eviction. Because I had been avoiding her. But she never gave up on me... Instead of evicting me she helped me. She talked to me as if she was my mother. Got on me about my lack of communication and and everything. She proceeded to help me find resources that I was not aware of that are helping people with situations like mine. Today my rent is completely caught up. Im not homeless. She stayed on my case until I did what I was supposed do to keep my home. She helped me save my home when she could of just had me evicted. She is a great regional manager and because of her Id recommend anybody and everybody to come to pagea. She really cares about her tenants. Im a eviction survivng witness. I have been a tenant for 5 years and I would like to acknowledge the services that Mr. Taylor James has given on working on my air condition unit on June 8, 2020. Mr James is the only maintenance personnel that has come into my apartment and knew what he was doing and did not just come in and look and said I will report it and be back and never show up. Thank you Mr. James for all of your hard work in fixing the problem in my apartment at 2956 Garrison Blvd Apt T. I give him a 5 star and Panega needs to keep Mr. James.

You have to threaten to withhold rent just to get them to even look at a maintenance issue. If you dont they wont even show up and will mark it complete and its like they expect it to just go away.They also dont care about violating your lease. Ive had them enter my apartment with no notice or permission in the past.
My living room window has never completely closed! I was offered a fine for having my totes of belongings on my porch with no resolution offered for my increased bge on a monthly basis due to the broken window! The office staff watches closely and must only answer for certain numbers! Leave messages, they never get back to you. Enter a maintenance request, it will be about 3 months before its addressed! If this review doesnt help, I wonder what housing authorities will say or even Fox45.

Where do I start!!! Been here about a year now, 2 months into me living here intercom stopped working and I put in numerous tickets to have it fixed, still nothing!!!! I have to stick my head out the widow to see who is ringing my bell and most times its someone for a neighbor because the bells are not labeled!!!! Heat in living room doesnt work either, numerous tickets, still not fixed!!! Whats the point of submitting tickets if its not going to be fixed. When I did need minor things fixed the only way it got done is if I went into the office and Bobby helped me. He seems to be the only one that cares about the tenants based off my interactions with him and from seeing with my own eyes whether Im the office or on the property grounds. Every time I went to the office to pay rent I was always getting outrageous amounts and they would bring up amounts from previous months (because they didnt know how to ready screen correctly). They need to hire people who know what the hell they doing!!!! The only person who seemed to take their time with you and explained anything to you for you to understand was BOBBY!!! In the beginning I thought this was a great place to live but Im starting to see otherwise. And the way Ive seen that lady from the 2912 office treat people, tenants and some employees is rude and ridiculous!! Pangea needs to do better!

The apartment are nice and affordable and I am very comfortable around this area. The reason why I moved here was because it is easy access to work and school being that I do not have a car at the moment. The place did have minor things to be fixed like changing the breakers and appliances adjustments. I was Having some trouble with the electric in my room for a minute. And they supposedly sent two people out at two different times to fix it but I feel like they didn’t do to much more then what I have been doing which was flick the switch on and off and it would jump again right after, I was getting a little frustrated. A friend of mine is looking for a new 2 bedroom apartment to move into and I recommended Pangea Apartments. A woman named Jasmine was supposed to show us the apartment but was running very late and also had us waiting in the rain for her for sometime. After calling the office to tell them our viewer was not there they send out another viewer by the name of Sharina this woman was amazing!! Even though she filled in for one of her coworkers last minute she made wonderful efforts to make sure we were accommodated. I also told her the problem with the power I was having in my bedroom and she immediately placed a maintenance request, and they were out to fix the problem the next day, and actually FIXED the problem! I really approach hard working people like Sharina who are honest and helpful to every resident and people like her will help the company grow extremely. Thank You Sharina!
Rodney did a great job of helping me through the leasing process. I am now more excited to move in. The town homes are neat, clean, spacious with no problems.

INFESTATION is an issue please do no be misinformed! These people make accusations with little to NO knowledge of what they’re actually talking about. The do not work to accommodate their residents, but simply to collect a check and it shows in their work ethic please do not move here you will be highly disappointed you’re tied into a lease of a literal hell hole

No Stars are deserved for this place. Ben here 2 years now and I regret every second of it. A lot of times in situations like this you get what you pay for! But not here Im paying more then what I think is deserved. The apartments are tiny, and the management is very unreliable. I Ben waiting the whole 2 years to get my heating fixed in the living room, almost had a electrical fire last week because of the air conditioning in my bed room which resulted in the plug melting in the socket which now does not work so I have no heat in my home! I pay my rent in advance every two weeks but some how always have a late fee, they supposed to have gave me a credit toward my rent cause thank God I kept every receipt since I moved in and it still took them 3 months to apply the credit and still didnt apply the right amount. Im not renewing my lease this year for sure. When Bob was here he made sure everything was good as far as with my payments, and did his best to deal with all my concerns . he did visits to the units to make sure all the repairs was done and to see what else needed to be done. Since he Ben gone it Ben 10 times worser! Worst move. Dont do it!
Pangea oaks since Ive been here 4 the last 41/2 years. I had no problems with the property. Nicole has been a great office manager since she been. Been here thu several different managers an she been the best one kudos to Nicole keep up the great work.

I actually loved it here. the management team is wonderful and very reliable. I think If the environment around the complex was more secure and less hostile, they would never have any vacancies because everyone would love them. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable.

Hello for as much as I like renting from Pangea I find it very comfortable while living under a group of people who show no respect for those under them i have made several complaints concerning the matter and it seems as if nothing concerning these people over me is being done to correct the matter. its very hard to sleep at night and throughout the day when im not working the noise is just as bad but at night its really horrible

I have been living in Pangea Oaks for the last 4 going on 5 months now and so far I havent had any complaints. When ever I have had or have an issue they are prompt with response and very polite, and they definitely work with you when you communicate with them. If you are looking for a new place or for a first apartment this is a great start!!Update: communication is becoming rare and I have been putting in tickets for things to be fixed and its just not happening! I would also like for my intercom to work again and its been months now. (2018)
I observe they rip visitors off their money by changing the visitors parking mark periodically while the poles are still erected at the same spot and they set up visitors who are unaware of the changes by calling on vision to come tow their cars so as to obtain a fine. This act is so mean and crazy. Not a place to recommend

My stove wasnt working and I had company coming over I was so stressed out Pangea and I been living here for over 10 years and I never felt this much appreciated within this company . The Maintenance guys Mr. Antonio, Reggie, Terrell john I noted all the names just for this review OMG!!!! Im SO TRULY GRATEFUL. I also want to mentioned that the Regional manger we have now is way much better everyone is on top of their game for real. Nice to meet you Ms.Tasha! My new PM :)
*** They did not forward my concerns to anyone. Dont believe the response from owner comments. I have received yet another undue notice. I dont believe its totally the office employees faults either. It is the management company harassing and scamming dozens of tenants. Do NOT recommend moving into any Pangea property unless you want to go to court. 3 letters...BBBMy first year here was amazing. The month after I renewed my lease, the property manager misplaced it, and i was charged month-to-month fees as a result. After the time it took to track the manager down (the office rarely answers phones) the issue was resolved. Then, the office called me and told me that i owed them rent from 6-7 months prior, because they lost my check somewhere in between. They put past due notices on your door anytime their online system makes a mistake (3 times for me) and take an excessively long time to respond. Lastly, the property is surrounded by trees and grass, so Im impressed by how few rodents Ive seen. However, i saw one recently, and as expected, management is taking awhile to resolve the issue. But when I got a follow-up call from the office, the representative was extremely rude about it.

Car was towed off the property even with a orange Pangea sticker in the window . I cannot wait till my lease is over in June !!!! Then weeks before I wasn’t able to get a parking spot and my car was broken into . They showed no concern of effort to fix the problems or issue but when that rent is late they can reach out and contact you never again !!! I will never recommend Pangea to anybody I know
I have lived here since June and Pangea oaks have worked with me tremendously through out everything especially my property manager Nicole . Every time I emailed her or called her she’s on top of everything no questions asked and also calls to be sure your questions are answered and problems resolved I’m very glad I moved here
The apartment is nice, but the walls are very thin. l can hear my neighbors every conversation and l was given the run around about the $300 credit for referring someone. As yet l still have not heard a thing.
They have their fair share of problems, like super thin walls and floors. But I believe they are trying to fix things. The parking used to be MURDER, but now that they have implemented parking passes and new visiting rules it is MUCH better. I can finally find a space no matter what time I get home instead of trying to rush home after work to get a spot.
Everyone should stay at Pangea very quite place in the 21216 area where i stay at Ms.Pay always help me wit my trash and put my package in my apt so no one will steal them maintence guys are vert nice
Management is terrible they give you the run around, every month rent seems to vary because you never know what the water bill will be that they add into the price of your rent. Also if you try and call you can rarely get thru because it will roll over to Corporate in another state. Read the fine print because they will have you paying for repairs like you are a home owner. They do not invoice you every month but if you are short just a few dollars from guessing they will compound interest on whats not paid fully. Repairs are not timely and I waited for 3 wks for some repairs. My stay has not been a pleasant experience, so think long & hard before you sign,Unhappy :.(

6/11My daughter placed a work order for a leak over two weeks ago and the maintenance tech have yet to fix the leak. They came and call their selves fixing it but its still leaking. It is literally pouring down the walls at times. After calling the rental office and getting the corporate office number, to only be told that they cant give me the Zone Lead Brendas number. It should be some way to get in contact with someone other than the office staff. This isnt a professional way to handle a issue. When your rent is pay on time every month you should receive better service. Everyone under the sun should be trying to help with a solution. Hopefully this review will get some wheels to turning because if not can you say escrow... I can and know all the proper steps to make sure not another dime gets paid until all items in her unit are fixed. And that is a fact. 6/12 Still a bunch of talking and no working. The maintenance man was on the roof today but still no resolution or repair. Thats absolutely ridiculous. Unprofessional on so many levels.
I stand corrected Mrs. Johnson has been very heart warming since I signed my lease. I know accident do happen and by her even calling to checking on me asking was I okay really let me know that some people really care about others ! This is very nice property ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have just recently moved in to one of the properties through Pangea Oaks the beginning of the process was a bit rocky but 3 people made my experience 10 times better Kenae, Jasmine & Monique !I really want to recognize them for going above and beyond for me through this process they were all very pleasant & professional .They are really making Pangea a very wonderful place to live .(This was my previous review)I have been here for 7 months and my whole review has changed about the property In general, the property manager only reaches out to you if there is a balance on the account or if someone comes in your household to fix a problem that should have been fixed 3 times !!!! And they run back and tell information about your private house hold !Wether it be true or not they assume just by you having company !I was so baffled at the unprofessionalism. I have NEVER experienced this type of treatment at any apartment complex . I have never been 30 days late on my rent & even if i have the smallest balance atleast 3 different people will email me about the balance it could be $80 and they will leave several papers in your door about the same balance and to top it off i respond to every email & ask them to stop emailing me because at this point it’s harassment ! They are money hungry but can’t even fix the dryer in the apartment building !The area is dirty the trash can is overflowed constantly with junk from other communities so the actual residents can’t dispose of their trash ! It takes atleast a week or 2 for the trash to be removed the trash can is always placed half way into the street !The apartment is nice for a starter apartment for 1 person .But i honestly can’t wait to move from this place !
I lived a lot of places, many apartment complexes. I havent had any problems with Pangea. Their maintenance staff came to fix a minor detail the same day I called. When it comes to the office staff, I always feel welcomed because the staff answers all my questions.

Ive only been at pangea oaks for a week now. So far I absolutely love my apt/townhome. Its cozy and comfy, has easy access to public transportation, and the apartment complex is pretty cool. I have children so I like that there are children in the neighborhood and most of the adults Ive met so far seem to be kind. The walls are pretty thin and that can be annoying at times (my reason for 4 stars) besides that everything so far seems peachy.
Do not move here. While the homes look very nice, they were very built cheaply. The walls are thin as paper. I can hear my neighbors conversations above me and every footstep they take. Maintenance does not show up for emergency services. They have rodent issues nearly every other month. And your visitors cars will be towed quickly if they are parked in the wrong area. I can not wait to leave!

Well the townhomes and apartments are realy nice the walls and floors are very easy to clean also the shower walls are easy to clean for the most part neighbors are friendly . Parking is good as long as you have your parking sticker showing in car window.The grounds are kept clean i like the laundry on the property.I have been here two years and have had no complaints. I recommend Pangea Oaks apartments. 100 percent
Highly disatisfied this week! The weather here has been 10 degrees or less at night and I find it difficult that I pay rent and the entire week we have had ice cold water. There has been no access to our one laundry machine for 12 plus residents. I have called the office number numerous times; to ask for an update on the water process and left a message.The irritation and failure of Pangea Oaks to put their customers first is utterly proposterous. While at work I receive a call and no introduction to whom I was speaking too just a statement of “I am calling to let you know we got your message about the water and they are working on it.” I ask the lady her name and when it will be fixed and she said she didn’t know. Needless to say, heating up water on the stove is not going to work, I have to stay with family until the water is fixed.If family wasn’t near by what is the result of this week? Let alone if I had a child who needs to bathe? My question is how will the residents be taken care of?Not mentioning my lease was lost last July by the office and I was charged extra. Nevertheless, this is unacceptable and I expect more from Pangea Oaks, Baltimore, MD.
Wish I could give them 0 stars they are so unprofessional my tub been stopped up for four months I have to go to my mom house to shower, repairs are never on time! Very unprofessional! The apartment building looks terrible and they put missalanious charges on your account! They really need to be shut Down
Shout out to the office manger Ms Pay who seems to be the only one who cares about residents problems... every time u turn around they getting rid of all the properties managers, if Nicole leaves I’m done. Oaks office is freaking crazy, nothing gets done, I’m so sick of this place the only reason for 5 star rating is because the respect I get from Ms. Paye Everyone!!!!!! Needs to address your concerns to her she will get the job done, and if it’s not right away it would be better than the rest 😐🤗

Pangea is a joke! Thirst management company ever! I have lived here for 4 years and since i told them I was moving out I am harassed daily!! They fix nothing and all the leasing agents have a bad attitude.
Ive been a resident since 2015. Pangea Oaks is a decent place to live as long as you dont need ANY assistance from the rental office or maintenance.
