The Eden is a wonderful place to call home. Not at all like the sterile almost hospital like atmosphere of many luxury apartment buildings. The staff from the leasing office to the concierges to the maintenance staff are always extremely helpful and wanting to make sure you feel at home. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
Best most friendly concierge!! Great location, beautiful rooftop lounge, view, and pool. All of the staff is super friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I love how they always communicate and let you know when you have a package waiting for you. They email all info and post on the community website. I definitely recommend moving to The Eden! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

The Eden provided me with a place I truly consider home. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are perfectly kept, and the building has every amenity I needed for a pleasurable living experience. Most importantly, the staff took my experience to the next level. From Marlon bringing me in to sign my first lease and making me smile and laugh daily, to Frank being the man, to Michelle being the nicest person in the world/always being there for me...this place is amazing. I would not waste any time looking at any other apartment building in the area because this is the one. If you are considering moving to Harbor East, its simple - move to the Eden.
Spent 30 days here and was not disappointed at all. What I liked about my stay here:1. Good and friendly people in the building2. Good views3. Friendly reception staff4. Good mail management system5. Good gym and club house6. Great events like Breakfast Mondays, wine Wednesday etc..7. Communication centre has 4 functional PCs and printer at No cost for members. What could be improved;1. HVAC system needs upgrade as the cooling and heating is not efficient.2. Beverage machine should not be timed, can be 24/7Nothing can be done about below;1. Noise from Traffic, Blaring siren of Ambulance and Fire department can surely wake you at mid night2. Smoke from generator of restaurant from next building - on the east side of the building theres a restaurant which would start its diesel generator which would blow smoke from terrace and most of the time wind will throw it towards the building thus enjoying the view from patio or opening the window wont be possible.3. H&S bakery is a block away thus you shall surely get the smell of bread being baked. In case if u do not like such smell then you should think twice before signing lease here.Overall the location of this place is good and is very close to food joints, whole foods, CVS, fells point and Wells Fargo Bank is downstairs!
I lived in a 1BR for a year, and truly loved living here.Staff & Maintenance - everyone I interacted with was great. I mostly interacted with Freddy & Marlon, who are super friendly and know everybody. Any moving, billing, or maintenance questions/requests were answered within a day. There were no nightmare maintenance scenarios to speak of! Utility bills were normal and nothing broke, which is what I was hoping for in a building.Noise - there was virtually no noise disturbance. I hesitated on similarly priced buildings in the area because of reviews about paper-thin walls. That is not the case here. You can sometimes hear people in the hallway, but your neighbor has to be absolutely blasting music to hear anything at all from next door. Overall, the building is pretty quiet.Amenities were great - I loved sitting in the garden, and the gym & pool are well-maintained. You can drop off dry cleaning, take a yoga class, and they would have events with food (moreso pre-COVID, but thats been ramping up again). Parking starts on the second floor, and there was always plenty of space - I had to park on the 3rd floor maybe a handful of times. The area right out front was easy for deliveries, or for people to drop off/pick up people. The units themselves also have great layouts. Ive looked at other apartments with strange walls or alcoves that hinder the space that make me wonder who designed them. The closets, bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom here were all ideally laid out. Absolutely loved the large windows & balcony. The bedrooms are larger than most similar buildings. The area is great - restaurants right downstairs, right by Whole Foods and a CVS, and the water on Lancaster St. was very nice to walk by everyday. Very walkable to Fells & Harbor Point, and Harbor East. A true gem of a building in the area!
Great apartments, amenities and service, stunning views of the Inner Harbor. Lots of restaurants, bars and entertainment all within walking distance., also close are drugstores, grocery stores and dry cleaners., absolute best location, Harbor East, Fells Point, Little Italy .
I was in Fells Point last weekend and decided to visit The Eden apartment. I met with Lease Consultant An Dang, who agreed to give me a tour of the building. Without an appointmentMs. Dang was very knowledgeable about the layout of the building and the surrounding areas. I was very impressed with the 1 bedroom apartment.Ms. Dang was very welcoming and friendly through out the entire tour.I decided that The Eden apartments will be my new residence come spring of 2020.Thank you Ms. Dang for a very welcoming tour.
My lady and I went apt. Shopping and though there are some nice places outside of downtown Baltimore, we immediately noticed how nice the location is to walk around day and evening, and with the buildings colorful interior, polite staff, the amenities, nice apartments, the good rental cost, it overall is a beautiful place to live and be around, but the icing on this delicious cake is its buildings office manager Mrs. AN DANG...Her perfessionism, attentiveness to questions beauty and charm alone sold us...even if you are not presently looking for an apartment, but have some time to spend, its worth some of your valuable time, che, I do not exaggerate and Im picky about my choices like WE all should be, so simply put, mi amigos, Check it out...and enjoy...and remember that we all in this life together, BECAUSE WE ALL MATTER
The Eden has been a great place to live since we moved in over a year ago. The staff is courteous, responsive, and helpful. Weve had no bad experiences with the building. Overall we are very pleased with the community and would recommend it to others.
Wonderful place to live. It has all the amenities as well as being in a great location for walking. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. We made a good decision to stay here.
Ive been very pleased during my three-plus years here and things will be getting much better with the end of the construction projects next door. Its a really nice place to live and the staff could not be better.
I love being a part of the Eden community! They have amazing monthly activities and are always keeping things updated for the residents. Also, I am convinced there is no better location in Baltimore. Everything you need and want is steps away!
The Eden is a great place to live. The apartments are well designed, the staff is spectacular and so efficient, and the I have enjoyed my living at The Eden for almost 11 years. I think you would too.
The building is located in a great area to walk to everything. It is well run - 24 hour consierge to take packages, excellent maintenance service and always clean. My view of the city and the sunrise is spectacular!!The Eden is a great place to live in Harbor East.
Great location. I’ve lived here for over a year and absolutely love it! Prompt service, nice people, & great community vibe. I’m surprised that someone had anything negative to say about Faith & Brandon in a prior review... they’re some of my favorite people in this building bc they’re so nice, responsive, & accommodating. Community paint night, weekly yoga, Sunday custom made brunch, coordinated charities, & other mingling events are some of my favorite activities hosted by the staff. The staff puts a lot of effort into constantly improving, for example, they just expanding the pool area to include a rooftop lounge area & fire pit open til 11. I renewed for another year and yes there is construction going on next door but I actually don’t hear much of it & plan on renewing again bc I can’t wait til all of it opens. I get no perks for posting this, I just honestly love living here.
(Maintenance and front desk) rude and unprofessional. Brandon and Faith were the main culprits I believe. They were, in large, part the reason we moved. Management was typical (excuses for their rude, inept staff). The Eden is a perfect example of Baltimore’s desire to be more than what it actually is. DC prices but Baltimore subpar customer service, quality & responsiveness. If given the opportunity I would not live here again nor would I encourage anyone (save an enemy) to live at the Eden.
The concierge was very helpful and beautiful and very kind.
Too expensive!! not worth the money.Person was hijacked at the front of the building.when I was there. Smell at food all the time since they have so many restaurants at the bottom of the building. The smell in my hallway was awful due to some people cooking and leaving the door open!!
Beautiful and quiet complex in a safe area and close to the Harper contains business center and lobby and private parking surrounded by restaurants and branches of banks
Best ever place to liveThe best place to live, especially for me, is treated in a clean, clean and sweet place
