Lived at this apartment community for 2 years and really enjoyed my apartment. Very convenient to everything and it’s a hidden gem in the city. Apartment was a decent size and comfortable. Also having washer/dryer in the unit was a plus. The walls and floors were thin, where although I lived on the 3rd floor, sometimes I could hear the neighbors below me walking as well as neighbors talking or the tv depending on how loud they were. Also in the summer, the stairwell got extremely hot. I do recommend this apartment community to others and staff was friendly. Maintenance always fixed issues in a timely, efficient manner!
It has been a pleasant experience thus far. Common areas are kept clean, staff is friendly. Maintenance staff is always professional and usually quick to get to your request. Walls are paper thin and you can hear when someone is talking although you cant hear the conversation.
I am a current tenant and I wanna share how much I love this community. Its a quiet, safe neighborhood with a lot of greens. The rent is reasonable and the amenities are updated (they have renovated units). I live on the first floor and half of my unit is underground. It worried me at first, but actually I didnt find any bugs or rodents during the whole year. Also, I have enough sunshine in my unit so I have nothing to complaint about it. As living on the first floor, I can hear people walking sometimes, but its not loud at all. I think all my neighbors are pretty nice and friendly. My only issue is heating during winter. I think the temperature sensor locates in the living room and living room gets warm quickly. But in my bedroom theres only one vent and not easily warms up. So I have to set the temperature at 85 during the cold days. But its easy for me to understand, it just means I cannot wear only t shirt at home during the coldest days. Although they do have some small issues, you cant beat the awesome manager team they have. They are the best people I have ever worked with, from the fist day I came by and looked the unit, to the the day my lease ends. I was out of town when I signed the lease, but Felecia sent me the photos of the inside of the unit to make me worries free. I received small gifts and greeting cards from them during holidays, which is very sweet. All the maintenance requests I submitted were handed within a day or two. They knocked when they entered the unit, and left a notice telling me what was done if I was not at home. They have people clean the hallway of each building and did a great job in maintaining the ground as well (grass, trees, etc.) Also, they did the inspection occasionally for the units (I didnt meet them but I read their notice at door). I will move to the other city so I have to say goodbye to my sweet community. But every of my friends asking me for the apartment recommendation in Mt Washington, I told them to call fox glen! !
This is a great apartment. Its reasonably priced and is quiet and has a nice neighborhood feel. You get a FULL SIZE washer/dryer and good sized rooms. Its also close to 83 so you can get right downtown or north toward Towson in minutes.
I feel safe here an it’s a quiet neighborhood. Never had any issues with maintenance and they come quick. No bug or rodent problems. Friendly office staff. One of best apartments complexes in the area.
Best decision I made! I moved here and late Jan 2021 and its been awesome! Staff is great, community is quiet, clean and rodent free!
We moved in 3 years ago and can I just say the complex is amazing. The rooms are very spacious and perfect to raise a small family in. The office staff are very kind and respectful and respond quick to any problems you might have.
The staff, from maintenance to office, are always genuinely helpful & caring. I have loved it here for the past 5 yrs
Fox Glen apartments is has all of the perks of county plus city living. If you want a bang for your buck, move to Fox Glen apartments. Consider this location for your next move. Yes! Location, location, location. It has the perfect location, that is picturesque. You are minutes away from downtown Baltimore. About 15 to be exact, 12 minutes from 695 in either direction. You truly couldn’t ask for a better spot. It is a few minutes away from the Pikesville, Mt. Washington, Hampden and the Quarry Lake neighborhoods. Therefore you are never out of options for things to do. You are in close proximity to grocery stores like Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. You are also exactly 4 minutes away from Shopper’s and Giant. In addition, there are schools, if you have small children. Cross Country and Mt. Washington Elementary are within walking distance. There is a small jogging path that is very scenic. You call drive along side, walk your dog or take a jog up to Roland Park Lake. The staff here are so accommodating and very kind. AJ is THE best and the maintenance crew are top notch guys, that come to your home right away.Lastly, the price point is cheaper than the competitors. I’ve visited the apartment located directly across the street. I still don’t understand why they charge 2-300 dollars more when Fox Glen has more features.
Fox glen is a very well maintained and affordable apartment. The management is very professional and helpful. I have lived there for 3 years and highly recommend the place. My moving to moving out was all perfectly smooth.
The staff is very responsive to any issues and are willing to make the necessary changes.
I absolutely love it here, the area is very quiet, the neighbors are nice and the staff here is awesome. My apartment is so cozy & relaxing, However the walls are thin and we can hear everything our neighbors do that’s my problem. If I ever I need anything fixed maintenance come in a timely manner to fix everything, I never have a problem with maintenance orders. Overall I would definitely recommend Fox Glen Apartments to a friend
The neighborhood is quiet and I feel safe in the community. The apartment is spacious and the laundry being in the unit is a plus. I have had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed and they were completed very quickly. Im on a ground level unit and it tends to be chilly so the heat has to be up higher than normal. The property and community is overall nice and convenient.
I really enjoy living at Fox Glen. The grounds are always kept clean. Maintenance staff are very responsive and consistently display a pleasant demeanor. Property manager, AJ always handles any issue or concern in a positive, professional, and timely manner. My interaction with leasing specialist, Felicia is always a pleasant experience. Overall, Fox Glen is a nice and affordable apartment community.
I have been here since last October and so far has been a great place I can give a overall 5 star rating, because the staff and maintenance have been wonderful no issues overall, friendly, courteous, and professional, everything has been great like others said the walls are a bit thin and you can here your neighbors but for me its not anything major as my neighbors are not noisy at all really anyway great place to stay. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone.
We lived there for more than 2 years. After leaving, the apt management asked us to pay for the washer, drier, and the refrigerator in full, i.e. a total payment of more than $1000. All the three equipments work well. The only thing is that there are some cleanable stain on them. Cleaning these do not worth that much. I guess they may also apply this to future residents, i.e. when you move away, they may ask you to pay for all these equipments in full for some small stain even if they work well. Also the building has very bad sound proof. If living in the 2nd floor, one can clearly hear the steps and other noises from the 3rd floor.I found somebody replied saying there are irremovable burn marks. Thats where we strongly disagree. There is no irremovable burn marks. There are some marks which they took pictures. We know that marks. That is not caused by burn, though It looks slightly red. Its caused by water and some food dirts. Its totally removable, since we did it once before. But this time when we move, we didnt have the time to do it. Just use wet paper towels to wipe it a little bit harder will remove it.
Compared to my last apartments this is by far the best. I love my washer dryer. I live on the ground floor so my neighbors are not too loud but I do hear them especially there child but fairly ok. I would say I just have a bad ant problem but I think it was resolved hopefully. The living room does stay cold I just think because it’s a big area. I would recommend family and friends to move here it’s quiet and I always have a parking spot regardless of what time I come home so that’s a blessing. View Less
I love it already and havent moved in yet.
The walls of this place are PAPER THIN! We hear everything the upstairs neighbors do. We can tell what song or TV show they are enjoying because we hear every word. The leasing office does nothing. There is NO sound barrier between floors. Vastly over priced for such horrid living conditions.I the only reason Im giving it 1 star is because the grounds are well maintained.
I LOVE FOX GLEN (((( AJ))]AND HER TEAM ARE THE BEST THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. THEY GO OUT THERE WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY FEEL AT HOME.
I love the community and my apartment for the tranquility, the landscaping and peacefulness of the area! Watching the deer and the other small animals as they enjoy their natural habitat!!! It is a breath of fresh air!!!!
Great apartment and location. However the floors and ceilings are paper thin. Pair that with rude, noisy neighbors and its a miserable experience.
Really nice apartment and very nice staff
