Jean is EXCELLENT!!! I didnt really know what I wanted but I knew about what length I wanted (my hair was down to the middle of my back) and explained the problems I was having with my hair. Jean was able to give me the exact haircut and style that I needed. She was really nice and patient and was able to give me some recommendations for my next visit. Ill be back soon Jean!!! Jean did an absolutely terrible eye and lip wax. She does not listen to her customers at all and tries to belittle and demean them. She plays her insults off as jokes. Definitely will not be back

This place is AMAZING. Jean was AMAZIN. She is very knowledgeable about her work and that made me very comfortable in her chair she asked me what i wanted and she explained to me that if we did what i wanted the out come wouldnt come out the way i expect it to so we decided to do what she said. And i am very very happy with the results. The entire staff is very warm and welcoming i give them all 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 and i will definitely be back and i highly recommend them. This is one of the nicest salons Ive ever been to in this town. Ask for MeMe if you have naturally curly hair, she can straighten it for you with a blow dryer and a brush. She also does wonders with color. They do offer nail service, massage and walk in service.

I had a appointment with my stylist for my Mom hair to be colored, my mom lives in San Diego so she was all excited to get her hair done ...that Saturday morning 7am my stylist canceled on us ..I was bumm out I didn’t want my mom to go back home without her hair not done so I ask couple of my friends where to go ...one of them recommend Rendezvous ...walked in and ask if there was someone that can help us ...Norma said no worries I can do your moms hair and your sister too ...the service was amazing, we definitely be coming back ...thank you Norma you are awesome

I just got back home from visiting Rendezvous Salon and I was really hoping to have a good experience because they seem to have good reviews. When I walked in, I looked around for a receptionist to check in but I could not find one. Several women were sat down chatting, made eye-contact, went back to chatting and didnt acknowledge me at all.There was no hello or how may I help you, just nothing. I sat down, thinking that someone would get to me eventually but it never happened. It is embarrassing to feel invisible when you walk into any business, so I left. I have no idea what their haircuts are like, but I do know that their customer service is sub-par. Their tagline is An Experience Youll Never Forget - theyre absolutely right, I will not forget how unprofessional they were today and I will not be returning.
