I’ve been coming here for years. They always do their best to get me in and always do a good job.

My nails are far from “Perfect” all thanks to the woman who did my manicure. My boyfriend is about to propose so I wanted to come in and get my nails done. They tried to up-sell me so I thought “why not” I went for the deluxe pedicure ($40) and manicure ($25 deluxe with gel). The girl doing my pedicure was nice and did a good job. While she’s giving me this spa-like treatment I am having the other take off my last gel set. SHE TORE MY CUTICLES AND MADE ME BLEED! My whole hand stung and on my ring finger especially! Her trim is jagged and uneven after filing and all. I asked for a simple triangle cuticle design that she couldn’t do and was about to just paint it her way. I demanded she not do my nails at all and was not going to pay for the manicure. When the manager looked at my torn cuticles she spoke with the lady who claimed it was “my fault” she ripped the skin off my nail. Do not recommend! Another girl paying said they’ve been getting lots of complaints lately. No kidding.

Had mani pedi. Mani was good. Lady doing pedi had very poor understanding of English.

Really enjoy coming here, especially getting my pedicures done by Tracy. Right now, with the pamdemic, they are doing a great job at keeping the distance by closing every other pedicure chair & having barriers up.

Had a great experience. The did my manicure, pedicure and eyebrows. All three look great. My daughter also had a manicure and pedicure, and she absolutely loved the attention she got. Other places do her nails as an after thought, hear they treated her like all the othe clients.

Tracy has been doing my moms and I pedicure for two years and she so good plus she has a beautiful attitude and her customer service is excellent 😊😊

The pedicure in the southwest

I have been here a few times. My latest experience with a amazing woman named My was absolutely perfect. She took great care. I like to use nail polish even though Im a guy, because I had surgery under a nail when I was a kid. It covers it well. She is the first person to take care of this by using a dremel carefully and helping to shape it to be normal, as the surgery made the nail grow weirdly. Next time I come back, I want My!

Ive been here twice, once with my sister in law, once by myself, each time getting a full set. If you go, I recommend Helen. I told her once how I wanted my nails to look, showed her a picture, and she totally rocked it. She recommended a different color than I originally asked for, and I was much happier with the final results. They are always very polite and acommidating with the TV displays.

My family has been coming here for years. All through high school up until now in my late 20s. Kevin and Helen the owners are very sweet and attentive to our needs. Th3ir staff is always welcoming. Deffenitly a family environment. I have taken my baby with me several time.

I love this place for pedicures, I have been a walk in & also made appointments. Theyre friendly, ask if everything is okay, and my pedicure never feels rushed. Shoutout to Mary, shes the best and I always ask for her.

Ok place to get a full set or pedicure. They offer many options of everything. Chairs massage and looks clean. Not a fancy place at all so dont expect much.

They really have excellent service! If you have ingrown toe nails, they can fix them with very minimal pain and this is a first for me! Especially love Mary!

Horrible. I just went to get a full set manicure, and the service was bad. They were rude and rushed everything . he was constantly giving customers dirty looks. And my manicure did not come out good, theres bubbles, and theyre not even, theyre crooked ! He even ran over my toe with his chair and did not apologize, he was constantly stopping to check his phone, and get on it in the middle of my manicure, i do not recommend this place to anybody . definately would not come here again .

I won’t recommend this place at all . They were very rude ..disgusting service- they made my nails bleed and on top of that asking 45$for full set acrylics ( before I asked they said 40 ) he himself changing his statement.

I came in to get a mani the guy made my nails bleed and didnt care to fix it, in top of that he decided its ok to answer his personal phone. I wont be coming back

Horrible, my friend and I went here. The service was terrible!! My friend had never had a pedi befire so we asked the lady when we arrived to have us seat together. We told her we would wait until spots open up. The manicurist had a woman in the middle of her pedi move so she could seat us. They then sat me in the water for more than an hour!! My friend was already done with her pedi and gel nails before they even started on me. One of the women that had been there before we had even entered had not even been started on!! Then they started screaming amongst themselves. One of the guests had to tell them how unprofessional it was, before they would stop. They charged me for a pedi and gel on my credit card because I originally asked for those services however they took so long I wasnt able to get a gel done!! Never will I come here again!!!

Worst brazilian wax ever. She left alot of hair behind.

I got a gel manicure about a week and a half ago.. not only did they not cover the entire nail on a few fingers, the gel started peeling off. I wont be going back there...

Got a gel manicure here and after 2 days, 3 nails already chipped! Gel manicures are supposed to last 2 weeks not 2 days! I also got a pedicure and all the nails on my left foot are crooked. 70$ wasted

They are the worst she hurt my toe and after my finger was infected they are the worst I do not recommend them

VERY RUDE SERVICE ! Called to ask a question and was no help at all and sounded like they didn’t want to talk to me, went in and the workers talked the whole time and never listened to what I had to say, messed up my nails and never got a refund.
