We were in and out with in 30 minutes for an oil change. The service was fast and friendly. Nick did a great job.

Our Check Gauge, light came on and the temperature indicator was running Hot. Sam and his crew came to the rescue and serviced our vehicle promptly and got us road worthy with and oil change and fluid addition. Our radiator H20 was way down due to the recent excessive heat wave, so they took care of us with excellent service when it was most needed. Thanks for an A+ job Jiffy Lube :-)

Came here for an A/C flush for maintenance, from the time I walked in to walking out I had a great experience. They gave me a run down of the types of services they offer and what the cost would be. The best part was the pricing and the well job they did.

I went in to get my oil change end of Feb, paid, and everything was great until today. I was driving down the freeway when I heard a loud noise that sounded like metal clanking on the freeway. I went to the closest Jiffy Lube I could and they took ownership in trying to get it fixed for me short of paying for the damage. They were amazing with helping and getting me the right contacts to call. I called this store (#3384) and talked with the store manager, Frank, and he stated that it was documented that I had 3 of the 8 screws missing. His rep did not go over this item with me at all, and he brushed over saying well it was documented. I told him what he did and did not go over with me in detail as I have a good memory with these items and would have taken care of it right away if that were the case. He deferred it to his district manager saying I would receive a call later today or tomorrow. I called corporate customer service, and they helped me make sure the claim went to his district manager Dennis. While I was waiting for Dennis to call, I called Frank to try to ask for a reasonable solution. I researched the Skid Plate ($116 + $2 for each of the screws) and said, Look, Im just asking to make this right. What if I go to Honda, get the parts, come back to have you install, and have 2 free oil changes for me to recoup the costs of paying for the parts. He declined and said I had to talk with Dennis. Dennis called me later, I told him all of this and asked for the same thing. He kept trying to say, [guys name] does a great job detailing everything. I told him that unfortunately this time, he didnt. I said that I could either ask for this resolution or ask for a check for just the parts costs (no labor). He said he didnt have the authority to do it, so he would call me back tomorrow to see what he could do, but they probably wouldnt be able to do anything because it was documented. I told them that I know they have a policy of not only documenting (in which I wouldnt even know what it would mean by the language they use and my knowledge of cars), but to also go over every line item verbally with the customer, and the latter was not done; thus, creating a negligible event. I felt I was being reasonable in my request, so I asked him to do the right thing. We will find out tomorrow when he said he would call me back. Update: After a hassle of back and forth, they sent me a check for the $116. Updating my stars from 1 to 3 because it was eventually made right despite the difficult process.

A co worker of mine went down to this location to have her oil changed.started out as the typical experience at oil change place. Then changed quickly. usually they ask what oil you would like and if you need an air filter (at this store you always need one). This is where it changed. she was charged for the most expensive oil they had. Then they said her air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced but instead they did it anyways and just tacked it on the bill without asking. A few days after this oh so wonderful experience she complained that when the a/c was not on recirculate that it smelled awful. Also her check engine light was on. My husband looked at it for her. as from the pictures you can see there is some issues. the air filter box was not screwed back down but the best part there was no air filter. then the oil cap was smashed between the hood and the radiator area. since the oil cap was not put on it spilled oil all over the engine creating a very nice fragrance inside the car. Called the jiffy lube and all that was offered by the manager was a 10 dollar coupon on the next service. which anyone who gets coupons in the mail can receive that presidential treatment. So if you are looking to wait twice as long and get half the work done this is the one stop shop. they also will offer to rotate your tires but not actually do them then charge you for doing them.

I stopped in Jiffy Lube on my way home. I was pleasantly greeted by a gentleman named Sam. He was very pleasant and efficient. Sam made me smile during a very trying time in my life. Its the little things for me. He displayed great customer service and extreme knowledge. Thank you Sam! I appreciate you!

We went for an oil change and we were on a tight schedule. They said it would be done in 45 minutes, that we were next in line. So we said cool and went to the bank across the street. Came back in an hour and they were putting another car in and still didnt even start on our truck. So we got our keys and left. They told us for sure it would be done in 45 minutes that they were almost done with the car before us and they did not do what they said. We went to Walmart and they were professional and got the job done and in 30 minutes.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars but I went today at 8 and it opens at 9 and no one shows up at 9 I waited to about 9:30 and nothing

I sent my son to get an oil change at this location they changed him $134.62 the same morning I was doing my work truck at a location in Peoria, AZ I paid 74.99 becareful with this location its been over charging customers for s long time.

Staff are always friendly and professional. They are quick with the vehicle service, I went on a Saturday morning and was done in less than an hour!

The Guys took us right away and were very polite, quick and gave us a discount for the little bit of time to finish our RV oil, lube and new filter job! Definitely will recommend them for RV work on the fly!

Have to say being that I have worked in jiffy lube and ran stores. This wasnt my best experience shop manager sam is excellent definitely can tell has is what Mr. Bove wants at his stores. His crew just isnt that good 2 cars and a 45 minute wait with 4 people working I know busier locations in this company that would of gotten 6 or 7 cars in that time. They just didnt have a pep in there step or the drive to get things done.

Prefer this location because of hours open. Staff friendly, practicing good COVID-19 precautions. Upfront on battery check and air filter- not perfect but not due yet. Honest without sales pressure. Yes, you can probably drop off somewhere for a few dollars less, but convenience has value.

Wasnt impressed with service, really expensive for basic oil change. Oil was dripped on motor cover and not wiped. Finger smudges from oil on window where they placed reminder sticker. Foot paper mat left inside car, when paying so much, to me, its the little things. Hopefully oil change was done correctly.

The employees were very friendly and the manager Sam went above and beyond to treat this lady with respect even tho my ignorance of the oil necessary required him to explain the differences very carefully so that I could make an educated choice.

Arriving with only cars in each bay, the attendant told me there would be a 45 minute wait because they were waiting on approval from the fleet owner of the cars in the bay.Having worked in places like this, you move the waiting car out and the ready in but thats not company policy. Even suggesting this the staff appeared perturbed.Drove 8 minutes away to valvoline, got an oil change in 15 minutes done when there were 2 cars in bay and 2 waiting before I arrived.If a policy is to make someone wait for a car that doesnt have approval from offsite while employees play on their phones... Not a good policy in my opinion.

Samuel the Cashier was very kind and explained everything to me. I was in and out about 30 mins or so for Saturday at 11:00am. Will likely come back to this place. $93.99 for a full Synthetic oil change.

Took my car for an oil change on a tight timeline. Technician informed me that it would be an hour wait plus 20-30 for the service. I waited an hour before my car started getting worked on and the manager, Sam, informed me that the nut was stripped so it was going to take longer for them to drain the oil. This added to my already right timeline but it was no fault of their own. Sam graciously kept me updated and I could tell he was working hard for not only me, but the other customers he was balancing. His hard work and care was evident. When my car was done, he apologized for the long wait (again, no fault of their own- they kept to the timeline they had given me) and offered to discount my service for having to wait. It was an unexpected and appreciated gesture seeing as how the additional time was no fault of his own. The place is kind of pricey, but honestly, it’s rare to find such great service.

Great Staff. I purchased the oil and filter that VOLKSWAGEN says you use. The staff had no issues using these products. First time in years the extra synthetic engine oil was left in the bottle in my car. Thanks Guys

The gentlemen working at this jiffy lube were expeditious and very customer service oriented. They pulled my engine air filter and showed me why they SHOULDN’T replace it. I never get taken advantage of or that I was undervalued as a customer.

This place will gladly take advantage of people who do not know better. Sent girlfriend in to get a conventional oil change, that was quoted at 49.99 by their surprise location. I found out after she had finished that they had charged her nearly $70 ($67) after their $15 dollar off coupon. They may have quick service but that does not compensate for their utterly expensive fees.

No problems with the customer service but a complete mistake on their part. So they pulled out the air filter to notify me it was Dirty. I decline to get it replaced as I could do it myself one week later I start having problems I come to find out they had replaced my dirty air filter backwards Which allowed my engine to take all that dirt and dust that was collected there Which ended up Covering my mass airflow sensor which made my vehicle stall A complete screw up on their part. who knows if this will damage my engine long term seeing how all that dirt and bugs went straight into my engine.

Very knowledgeable, courteous, and took care of my car in a timely manner. I strongly recommend Jiffy Lube. Thanks guys for all your hard work and help.

I took my toyota tacoma there today. Great customer service. I was there for an oil change & tire rotation. They recommended new filters, etc. I had to refuse flush & transmission flush because it would have cost me more. My total bill was $315 dollars. They finished in 25 minutes. I asked them to even put air in my tires. Later today, my tire indicator popped up again. Now I wonder about this place. 🤔🤔🤔

We needed an oil change in a hurry while we were traveling cross country. We drove out of our way to get to this shop and it was well worth it. Staff was friendly and quick. Placing us back on the road in 20 minutes flat.

Way to expensive when you can go else where

These guys (and gal) went above and beyond for my basic oil change. They stayed open late, which was great because we are leaving on a trip early in the morning and really needed it, they even cleaned the windows and picked up the trash my boys had tossed on the floorboard.They are fantastic, and always straightforward about whats going on with your vehicle.I HIGHLY recommend this location.

Honestly I felt like they were very fair. Turns out I did not even need an oil change and they informed me of that at no charge. They even put air in my tire. Bri, Zach and mike are who I worked with. I will definitely be back. Overall they seemed very trustworthy

Good service but they charge almost 80 dollars for oil changes. There other places that charge you 40 to 50 dollars to do it. This oil better have 24k gold flakes or diamonds in them for charging that much.

As other reviewers stated, a bit overpriced but that’s all Jiffy Lubes honestly. I like jiffy lube because they can get your oil changed in 15-20 mins and of course the wait depends on how many people there are, but they said they didn’t do appointments at this location which I liked. I can come here after work or sometime in the afternoon and know that even if I have to wait I can at least get my oil changed that day unlike other places. Had originally gone to Firestone a couple hours before they closed on a Sunday because it was near my house and they said they couldn’t fit another oil change in their schedule. I didn’t see many cars there but whatever. I did have to drive a little bit further as someone else said to come here but who cares because Jiffy Lube got it done. I appreciate it. Thank you and keep up the good work. Note: look for their coupons online.

Overpriced, wanted to charge me $40± for a $10 cabin filter. Do yourself a favor and learn to change your own oil.

They were quick, efficient, and thoroughly great. This was definitely a no fuss, no muss, not gonna pressure you to do everything under the sun kinda place.

44$ For a $16 air filter told me the extra fee is for labor, two clips what a rip off oil change over priced too wont be back for sure!

This place is amazing, they took the time to go over everything that should be done with me then completed it all within 45 minutes. Gave me some discounts on a couple of things. Their service was quick and efficient but the thing that stuck out the most to me was when I finished paying and got into my car, they vacuumed it out and cleaned the windows, something they didnt have to do by any means but did anyway, absolutely amazing. 5 stars from me and my future business whenever I need my car serviced.

Soooo slow. I guess if an hour plus to change oil is a jiffy then they are doing great. They seemed to be interested in repairs & profit more than customer service. I guess they dont have enough competition here.

Great customer service

First off, this is more of a general review of jiffy lube, not just this location. I just bought a Toyota Tacoma and I had used jiffy lube in the past for oil changes. This time has been terrible. I brought my truck in for an oil change, every other truck Ive had has taken factory recommended conventional oil. This particular truck has factory recommended synthetic oil. unknowingly I told them I them I wanted conventional oil. AFTER the oil change they tell me they will not warrantee the job because I didnt use the factory recommend oil. I totally understand that they wont, it just would have been nice to know that before they do the oil change. I decided to go ahead and use the recommended oil that same day, just to make sure it would be alright. Ever since I had the oil change my truck has been leaking oil! It had never leaked a drop before this and now I find small puddles in my garage every morning before I go to work. I took my truck back to jiffy lube yesterday and they say they changed the gasket, however when I left for work this morning, there was still a pool of oil under my truck and also all over the skid plate. This has been a terrible experience and I will never be going back to Jiffy Lube again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Pros: the place was tidy and they moved us through quickly. Cons: as usual with any jiffy lube, they ripped us off ($92 for a simple oil change - its an RV, but the oil filter is VERY easy to access), even though they originally told us it would be $70 for a high mileage oil change and check over when we first arrived. Next, after doing the change and inspection, they told me that there was a major oil leak and minor transmission leak and that it should get fixed ASAP. The oil leak is very minor, a very slow drip. The transmission leak doesnt exist, and is in fact a very major coolant leak. A coolant leak which before the oil change didnt exist. I know, because I inspected the undersides of the RV before I took it in. So jiffy lube actually sabotaged my car and caused more damage than anything. Thanks a lot.

1 star review for 1 star service. Not happy with my experiences from this place. Ive left the place frustrated twice. They wasted over 4 hours of my time (in 2 different days) and my vehicle was never serviced. Im taking my business to a different location. When you have more 1 star reviews than 5 star reviews, you should probably make changes.

Terrible, I just wanted an oil change, before I knew it my bill was $350. They said they wanted to replace my radiator hoses that still looked brand new, my battery, spark plugs and all my fluids, air filter that still looked clean. I am going to learn how to do all these replacements myself just so I never have to set foot in Jiffy Lube ever again. Crooks, all of them!

Took my wifes car in for a routine oil change just to be told it would be $86 for the service. Seemed a bit pricey but it had to be done so I agreed. They take her car back and not even 3 minutes later the maintenance technician returns telling me the drain bolt is cross threaded, that I would need a new oil pan. After questioning their finding they were certain it was cross threaded and I would need a new oil pan. So I wanted a second opinion on the issue so I took my business elsewhere. Not only was my drain bolt not cross threaded, they only charged $60 for an oil change. I would not recommend this jiffy lube to anyone. They seem to be out to try and rip people off.

Horrible service, refused to change our oil two hours before closing. Guys were jerks as well. Our mistake for going here in the first place, but we were in a pinch. Save the hassle and go somewhere else for quick service.

Worst experience. Same experience as previous person. I have oil clean up to do and a God awful smell from the oil waste. My husband will check today if they actually put in the engine filter I paid for. These guys are horrible. My invoice say they did complimentary services that they really didnt even bother to do like top off my fluids and etc. Im reporting to BBB and contacting my attorney today.

They are kind of slow a couple of them are rude, but so far no major issues. They like to push all the services they can on you and It seems like their prices go up every few months.

Do not come here I got a oil change for my car and when I left my oil filter was leaking because of these guys and I had to go to another place which is Firestone to fix it right and these guys here at this store all of them nothing but liars why because they said I would receive a check in the mail being I had to go to another place to get my car done right so stay away from this location.

They fixed my brakes in a timely manner with professional courtesy at a fair price.

This is the first time Ive been to this location.I was greeted as I pulled in they opened the door for me and walked into the center (opened the door for me). The place was cool and clean inside.I used the bathroom and it wad also clean. The Manager Jason helped me, he was very PROFESSIONAL, VERY DETAILED and PERSONABLE.He even took care of me with some extras. He even brought me out to the car to show me a potential issue with my vechile which I appreciated. The service was quick and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMEND this Jiffy Lube location to anyone in the west valley goodyear/avondale area.
