FIX Auto Avondale did a great job on fixing our auto after a front end collision. They were polite, professional, and did great work in less time than I even imagined. I would highly recomend them to anyone in the area that needs Auto work done.

Hands down, best experience with a collision center. When i dropped my vehicle off i instantly had a great feeling. You walk in and the vibe is very calming. Everyone is soo nice. Every week you get either a call or a text until your vehicle is finished. These calls and texts let you know the progress of whats happening. When i picked up the vehicle they spent the time going through everything with me and making sure i understood everything. Even offered me some info about vehicle depreciation to bring up to my lawyer. Will definitely use this place if i ever need to again.

I was in a car accident in San Francisco & I’m so thankful I was able to drive my car back to Arizona to get it fixed by Fix Auto Avondale. They gave me a quote & had my car fixed in 8 days. I had a dent in a pearl white car and they did a wonderful job. They worked with the insurance company and they called me with updates of when they started, when painting was started and a eta of when it will be ready for pickup. They so kindly stayed a little later for me to pick up since I didn’t get off until end of business day hours. I will highly recommend this body shop to all friend and family!! Honestly dont have much to go on except things looked old and people didnt feel honest or like my best interests were at heart. Maybe they do an amazing repair job but i chose not to go with them in the end because it felt off.

Eric the shop manager made sure I was happy and gave my estimate for my insurance was amazing very personable and he was very precise I’m getting my Nissan Rogue back on the road for me. Melanie kept in contact with me they let me know when things were going to be ordered and how long it was going to take. They hooked me up with Enterprize Car Rental so I had a car for the week. I have a 2014 BMW R1200RT that I bought new in my home state of Alaska.In 2015 I rode it to the lower 48, & it has been in the lower 48 states ever since. The bike now has nearly 50,000 miles on it, even though I only get to enjoy it 8 to 10 weeks per year.Troy & his company have painted parts of it twice. Once initially when I bought a trailer for it. The trailer did not match the bike.Thanks to Troy, & his staff, the complete vehicle is painted to match in color as well as pattern. The trailer & new BMW top case & side cases are now completely matched. The paint job includes very subtle ghost flames on the trailer as well as the side cases and top case.The paint work is quite attractive, & I am proud of its appearance.The trailer is small with only one wheel. It can carry up to 75 lbs easily & tracks with my bike perfectly. Any time I stop for any reason, it draws a crowd.Troy is dependable, timely, & his attention to detail is unsurpassed. He will remain my choice for this kind of work.He also helped redesign my trailer hitch, to work better with my bike & trailer unit.You can be comfortable with Troy as your choice for professional work.

Ive taken several vehicles here and have always been impressed at the quality of work. I had a brand new Dodge Challenger that struck an Elk and it suffered extensive front end damage. They repaired it to the point you couldnt even tell it had been in an accident. All the seems including the hood were perfectly aligned. The paint they used was high quality and matched to perfection.

Called to try and get a quote for a full paint job. Never got a chance to schedule an appt to bring the car in. Lady on the phone told me their basic paint jobs start at $ 8000 and go up from there. Needless to say I am going to pass but may be next time they should at least give you a chance to say what car you have or what needs to be done to it before they dismiss you like that. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

They had my car done in a timely manner, the repair to my rear bumper was done so well I didn’t even know I had ever been in an accident. Paint job was spot on my door handle look like new as did my bumper. They must have clean the entire exterior of my car cause it looked new again. They charged for parts we DID NOT NEED, did not call us as a courtesy to tell us what was going on. Went straight to our insurance company for more money! I told them to load old parts in truck bed. When we got there the owner Troy couldnt show us the CRACK the grill had in it, BECAUSE it did not have one,etc..etc. small dent in fender 4in around ment they had to replace the whole fender. If they were a body shop they could have fixed it. The best I can say is RUN!!!!!

My wife was side swiped by someone and left pretty good damage to our vehicle. We had a family trip planned, I dropped our vehicle off here and rented a car for our trip. Not only was it done by the time we got back from our trip, it looked like the damage never happened. All paint was matched perfectly and blended to where you couldn’t tell anything was ever wrong. I highly recommend and will take any future issues to these guys!

My vehicle was in an accident and needed to be repaired. I took the vehicle to FX Auto Body towards the end of July. The vehicle was in their possession for nearly a month. After picking up my vehicle I noticed that the repairs did not look right. I had asked another body shop to give me their opinion on the repairs that had been fixed. After a quick glance at the vehicle there was numerous things wrong with it. There were missing bolts, clips, screws, parts that fit incorrectly, fluids leaking, and a lot more. I called my insurance company and informed them of the situation. The next day my insurance had went out to the second body shop and was appalled at the work that was done. Higher ups from my insurance went to look at my vehicle and took plenty of pictures and inspected the vehicle. My insurance company then made the owner of FX Auto Body go out to the second body shop so he can explain himself and the horrific repair that was completed on my car. The owner had nothing to say. During the first repair of my vehicle I had to find my own way of transportation because I do not have renters insurance. I will be without my vehicle for a second time (not my fault) because FX Auto Body failed to ensure my vehicle was done properly. FX Auto Body paid for a rental for me for 8 days (this was during the inspection time between all parties). The owner called me and told me he refuses to provide me with a rental vehicle anymore because the time that it should take to fix the damage we caused is 4 days. FX Auto Body has failed to keep in mind that my vehicle is getting repaired AGAIN because of damage they caused and damage they missed. My insurance company even paid for brand new parts to be put on my vehicle and FX Auto Body put my old parts back on. Where are my new parts? Sitting in your shop? Did you sell them? Hmm. I feel as though FX Auto Body has done everything they can to sweep this situation under the rug and forget that they potentially put my life in harm’s way. Troy Buck the owner is a very unpleasant person to work with and my vehicle shows their horrendous quality of work. Troy stated that the tech that worked on my vehicle was terminated. That does not solve the issue. Was there not a Quality Check performed on my vehicle? Is this not a procedure? I will do everything in my power to save anyone’s car from suffering from a loss like mines. Moral of the story: They will take every dollar they can and not care for the safety of you, your family or friends.
