This was a very disappointing experience. I paid for the most expensive wash ($45 ish). They DIDNT vacuum the inside of the car. Maybe when I parked I was suppose to do it myself? For $45 I figured this comes with the package. So when I got home I did it myself. And when I looked at the front of the car there were dead bugs like they didn’t scrub it off. Normally I go to the $5 car wash and do it myself. But it was my wife’s b day today so I thought let’s get it detailed. Will never go back there again. No wonder it was a dead zone maybe 2 other cars.

So much for the $14 superior wash. Car and rims still dirty. Will never return.

Customer service is ok but not the best your car if its no clean they will do it again detail takes longer than they say. They have nice waiting area clean with snacks and drinks u can buy.

Awful service. First of all they didnt even vacuum the back seats. They were exactly how we had it. We didnt see a any difference of how it was before. Definitely we are not coming back.

Absolutely terrible!!! For $35 I wasnt expecting it to be perfect. It doesnt look like they even vacuumed at all. Streaks on the mirrors and some of the windows and lots of parts that werent even wiped at all. The car wasnt that dirty to begin with, it just needed some touching up. Id pay to take it through myself but will never again pay someone else to clean the rest for me. Please dont go here!!!

Worst car wash experience I have ever been too $40 car wash and my car sat in the sun till it dried. Then there’s only one guy drying and polishing and there are 4 cars waiting and they keep coming. I ask the guy if he has more help he says talk to the manager. I ask there is non at the time. Then come to find out the car he spend 20 min drying didn’t even pay for a wash and dry like I did he paid for a express and make his way into the line.. obviously there no chalk on the window that says wash and dry with scented spray. Never coming here again

I used to be able to get a pretty decent job at this place but this time was not good at all. Where the bugd land on the front of the car they were still there or at least remnants of them and the windows were not as clean and shiny as they usually are the whole job was just not like it used to be. I was somewhat disappointed and I probably should I have asked them to go over the whole car again, but I didnt. It seems to me that they should do a good job first time around.

Do your research before coming here. Everything is outdated and non-functioning the only reason the car got mildly clean is because they put a guy out front the washes your car completely before it goes into the machine. In the machine half of the Spinners arent spending and half of the water sprayers arent spraying. When you go to use the free vacuums they basically have no suction I mean seriously theyre still dirt on the carpet of my car. They would rather hire people wash the car for $7 which is the cheapest car wash they have then fix the equipment. Wont be back its an outdated old dump.

Got the 30 dollar wash, which is their VIP wash. They didnt even touch the back seat or the dash mat, as the dog hair I wanted to get rid of was still clearly present in a layer. Managers came out and cleaned it themselves when i asked them to take a look at it, which is respectable, but it should have been done right in the first place.

They did a decent job in the outside of the car. But when they say “vacuum,” they mean “use the air blower in an attempt to blow the dirt out of the car.” They didn’t vacuum. I sat and watched them. I specifically mentioned I wanted the vacuum done well as there was dog hair and dried grass in my car. They managed to blow out some of it but certainly not all. It was not very pleasant to spend $50 and then go home and have to vacuum it out yourself. And surprise! All the dog hair and grass came right up with a VACUUM!!

Worst experience ever at one of these do it for you carwashes. My vehicle still had bird poop on it when is was done. Dirty hand marks were left on each door and the interior wasnt even touched. I payed for the elite package and feel I was lucky they remembered the air freshener.

Completely disappointed. I needed a quick car wash and I paid for that $12 wash and the soap was like water down so the polish wasn’t even polish it was water down water. The employee had the nerve to tell me that the machines weren’t working yet made me run it through the wash twice to make it look worse than my car already was. He said that’s why we’re washing it by hand yet Only the water washdown works the soap dispensing does not work not even the blow dry works. I paid full price and they failed to mention that their wash was not working with the hopes that I wouldn’t complain I asked to speak to the manager manager would not even come out of his office. Poor customer service do not go here.I get better results for the three dollar car wash in surprise then they’re $12 car wash here. Don’t waste your money.At least provide towels to dry your own vehicle since your machine is not working. Or let people know ahead of time that your machine is not working so they don’t spend the money or time trying to get a basic car wash.

Paid almost 200$ for wash, buff wax and full interior detail. Problem1: Bugs left on hood and bumper (I prewashed before arriving, so the job was half done already. Problem2: I asked that they NOT use any oily greasy products on interior. Every non fabric surface of the entire car was unevenly smeared with a heavy layer of oily greasy product (equivalent to baby oil), including the radio!?! Probleme3: Spent 30 minutes removing it. Problem4: I had to go find my own car when it was done, they just parked it and never told me it was ready. Problem5: Asked them to be sure to get stuff between passenger and driver seat. It’s there untouched, I precleaned there too, 60% of job done before I arrived. I’m done. The more I look the more I want 40% of my mo money back... got about 60% of what I paid for.

OK car wash. Wasnt very busy at 1pm on a Friday afternoon so that was good. But they dont do the best job drying the chrome or cleaning the windows without lots of streaks. $30 for a somewhat basic wash.

FCA is an affordable, quick & quality service if you do your own vacuuming & interior cleaning. I have a membership that allows unlimited washes. So I run through about 1/wk. Worth it! If you wait for their staff to do your interior work, you may be there awhile.

Got a carwash today. Bought the 8 dollar one. Love how at the end someone cleans the water spots off for you. Definitely worth a tip! Plus free vacuums. Lovely!

Terrible service!! So done with this place as service gets worse and worse. First, asked for their mon-thurs discount and cashier said she never heard of it. He sounded confused by the $2 off and said just bring the coupon, I said there was no coupon and he was speaking to someone asking about it. How does a manager not know what’s on the website. Then asked about interior and he said they don’t do trunk as it’s “personal space”. He never really answered my question about third row then said if we give permission to do trunk then they will do it. Well not according to the guy who I asked to do it the second time there. No offers to comp me on anything given all the trouble and no acknowledgement of my frustration. Seriously if I spend $40 including tip you can’t just get some of those other areas done?Don’t waste your time or money on principle alone. They have gone downhill over the years and there’s no care for the customers.

For $16. . I couldve gone to the Circle K wash and it wouldve been the same job for $5. He dried my car with damp towels and honestly super disappointed. I wont go back till I hear better things. Sad. The guy who charged was super nice and amazing.

Hit or miss- the washes have been going downhill recently. Best bet is to get a Groupon for 3 VIP washes for around $30, and thats a fair deal. The waiting area is fairly descent and make this place better than many.

I had a membership here and used it for almost two years. Until the car wash hurt my car. Right front fender, Larry h Miller dodge said they had several cars in with this kind of damage and it was caused by the car wash. I have sent numerous emails to them, dropped of the estimate to elario, the manager, no response. We lost the skid plate to our 15 Honda Civic because the didnt secure it after an oil change.

Paid for a wash and wax $60+ and had to turn around when I got home I realized the card that even been touched by any kind of wax machine.... water spots everywhere dirt still on the bottom trim inside was wiped down with a barely damp cloth foot prints still visible on the door silhouette vacuumed done poorly came back they only vacuumed the driver side trash still on the passenger floor.... been here a few times, this was the last take your business elsewhere

Just left there and so disappointed. Purchased VIP wash and ended up with this. Also was charged $10 mud fee (which I was okay with) but still didn’t even get a semi decent wash. Will not go back.

This is the worst place I have been too. I need my vehicle hand washed cause I have a ladder rack. Took it here and they charged me $51 to do so. There was still marks for the side of my door. Had to have them redo it to get it off. I pulled out and realized they didn’t clean the inside of my vehicle, and the windows were still dirty. I bring it back around and they told me they are busy and it would be 45 minutes for them to redo it. Ummm. No! I already waited 45 mins cause they are always behind. They moved it to the front of the line and still didn’t clean it right. Never coming here and certainly hope no one else does. I’ve been there twice and the first time wasn’t the best either. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I have a monthly wash but the vacuums always overheat so its very seldom you get to use it, and the vacuum area is always dirty so after you vacuum you have to clean your footwear all the time or all the dirt will transfer to the carpet so its useless! If only there is a closer car wash Id transfer!

I’m not even greeted by the guy, so I say “Hi” get no response he walks back and forth to the podium 3times before he waits for me to tell him what service I wanted, then I say “thank you” and he says sure, do you want a fragrance? So I asked his name to put in a complaint. That is not how you keep customers!

Paid for the best wash they have, pulled over to vacuum after I went thru, car is still dirty!! Its not like my car was filthy when I got there, normal road grime, paid $17 and still have a dirty car. Wont return.

I was here for 45 minutes for just a basic wash! They were standing around talking to people while only one guy worked on the cars to clean them up. Poor guy. One of my seats wasnt vacuumed and the writing was still on my window. Ill never come back here.

Not worth it. I still had to clean my SUV afterwards (inside & outside). To expensive for the quality of work. They didnt even tell me when its done. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This place is a joke! They close at 5:00 PM every day even though other car washes in the area stay open much later. Their equipment is run-down, and not in good shape. The blowers dont even get your car dry. I would go somewhere else.

Worst experience. Got here for an oil change. No one was in line. They wrote all that needed to be done on the window. The. Told us to park and they’d take care of it. After An hour I didn’t see our car. I went searching for it to find it parked somewhere. I asked what was going on to the cashier, who was busy talking to some man and taking pictures of their coffees together. (So sorry to interrupt your visit). She then got the car in the bay for oil change. After another 45 minutes we were finally being checked out. Went to the front with the cashier and said something about waiting for 2 hours because they forgot about the car. She quickly said it wasn’t her fault. I asked whose it would be then. She said the “finish line guys”. I told her, that since I’ve been here they lost my car, lost the keys to another customers, she had time during all that to sit and talk to some guy while all this was going on. If I ran my business like this, I wouldn’t be in business. Won’t be returning. I’d advise no one does either. Terrible service. Not just to me either. Much better service other places!!!

Went there today to get my car washed no one there as Im pulling up the worker is washing his own van scrubbing it with the brush. I get called forward no one does a pre spray on my vehicle. No scrub down with there bush. Every time I come here I leave with my car still dirty. Im canceling my monthly payment. If you pay $5,$10, or even the $30 a month no matter what every wash is the same no matter how much you pay.

Goodness! I wish I had read the reviews before coming here this morning--5-9-20. I got here exactly at 10:00am to have my car detailed for Mothers Day. I was told car should be ready in about 2 hrs. So, I decided to wait it out in the lobby. Found out about 12:00 noon--They hadnt TOUCHED the car!! Now, its almost 1:30pm...still not done. I only came here becauseI used to bring my car here religiously about 10-12 years ago... service was always great. I cant believe this experience today. Another customer is here, and had his truck detailed. He got in his truck to leave, and got right back out again, claiming that his window is now broken! Wow. I will not be back!!!😡

Took aver an hour then had to leave without car being attended to. They apologized.

I come here every time I need a chip repaired in my windshield & the workers are awesome!! They are helpful in regards to contacting insurance, & the repair is always done quick & correctly. Tamara & the other man who helped me out today really went above & beyond! I will definitely come back in the future

Worst services in the detailing area...I waiting for 3 hours today...guess what!!! Headlight and the grill dirty,between the door dirty,wheel and tire dirty, i finish to cleaning for my self...because this guys just play around...I spend $101.00 fora good inside detailing and wash the truck out side. Never in my live I go on this place.

Worst car wash ever, as my car looked worse after the was. It was like it was rinsed with dirty hard water. Wasn’t worth the trip back for a rewash. Just the took the loss hoping that others will not make the same choice. Not sure how this place stays in business.

I wish I could give less than 1 star! I just paid almost $30 on a car wash that I couldve done better by myself! The dash was barely touched and dusty. The windshield still had dead bug splatter. I kept saying the inside windows werent done and they scrubbed it with some water but it didnt look much better but I came home and got it off with GENERIC window cleaner! Maybe they shouldve taken as much time on mine as they did with her moms car which was right next to mine. The cashier was so busy on her phone that she didnt even notice me waiting to pay. Kudos to the young lady who spent more time spraying my car down than the others spent drying it off! I never have a good outcome with this car wash so I guarantee I will stop torturing myself and take my business elsewhere!

I have been going to this location for years. I have noticed that the regular wash has been hit or miss. I had my car detailed there a couple of weeks ago. The service was terrible! I dropped my car off the day before so there would be plenty of time for them to do a good job. I went to pick my car up and all that had been done was an interior shampoo and some hit or miss window cleaning. I got the manager and he assured me it would be taken care of. I waited there for about 30 mins and when I got into my car, the cup holders hadnt been touched. Dont waste your money or time with thus place. The staff does not know what CLEAN is or how to achieve it. I wont be going back

This company has terrible customer service . I came to the business for a car wash/wax and when they returned my car, the front hood of my vehicle was damaged. The gentlemen who detailed my car didn’t even tell me he damaged my car and the didn’t even take the time to wash the writing off my window . I tried calling the manager get numerous times but he wouldn’t even return my phone calls . Save you money and go else where it was terrible.

Outside of the car was good, inside was not wiped very well had to rewipe inside and front windows were smeared had redo it also

This is my first time I came here and spend $32.00 for a wash. I have notice they rush my truck and the vacuum was hit and miss and even the wash was the same with water spots and hit and miss dressing the tires and inside. They try to sell me a full detail and said some other time, it seems the guy had no time for me and just wanted to rush my truck. I am not the kind of person to leave comments and complain about anything but I feel others should know about this car wash as there are many competitors here in Arizona. As for The experiences I just had, I promise I will go elsewhere.

Worst detail experience I’ve ever had. First I was told it would take 2 hours, but took over 5 hours. Not to mention the young woman working at the front desk was incredibly rude & unprofessional. I just received my car back & it’s not horrible, but it’s definitely still dirty on the inside. Definitely not worth the money & I will never be coming back.

$44.50 car wash. Pretty sure they left interior dirtier then when I should up. Was there 2 hours and car looks terrible. Spoke with management 2 times and nothing was resolved.

Pay for the elite exterior wash. Bugs still on vehicle. Wipe down was piss poor pathetic. Windows are completely streaked. No tire shine that is supposed to be dun as well. The triple foam feature did not work at all. Dont think we will be back

I have not been back here in over a year because last time I dropped my car for an oil change and came back 90 minutes later, they had not done the oil change because they were out of the oil. I was mad that they did not call. Should have learned my lesson because here I am again and it has been over an hour and they just now pulled my car into the oil change bay. They should tell you before you leave your car how backed up they are. Completely rude not to warn a customer that it is going to take this long

Pros:- good decent prices for basic exterior carwash- monthly subscription available makes it convenient to be a regular customer- friendly and helpful staff and attendants available all the time, never had a problem with the staffCons- short schedule theyre open just 8 hrs per day 9 AM to 5 PM if Im not wrong which is unusual for a retail business unit, so if you too the customer have the same or similar work schedule you are out of luck with this location will be closed by the time you get there- prices go up exponentially once you venture to use above basic carwash servicesBottom line:Its worth a try if you are in the area and get them while they are open its still a good option for a carwash service when you need it.

You would think that’s always the case getting your car washed but it doesn’t happen. There’s a spot here or there, not the case with Aaron and his team. Super pushy salesman at the beginning, that as soon as I said I didn’t want a full detail, acted like he couldn’t care less about me. And when I got the car back, I had to go over and get a rag to clean this off👇🏼... not coming back...

Got the full detail for my car, inside and out. They absolutely destroyed the back of my car with their buffer. Showed it it to them and they acted like it was there before. I almost never drive this vehicle because I ride motorcycles most of the time. It was the end of the day so I came back the next morning and talked to the assistant manager and he said the manager from corporate will be there Tuesday and will give me a call about a refund. It is now Thursday and I havent heard a word. I will be in touch with a lawyer to see options.

First and last time. Feel like I was tricked into getting a wax. When you ask for a $25 car wash and the guy says the wax is only $33, he means added to the car wash price. Get to the cashier and realize your paying almost $70. OK I fell for it. But then the the wash and wax wasnt even done well. There were streaks in my windows and the wax. Interior also had lots of streaks and felt like they missed wiping down certain spots. I also noticed large water drops and had to tell them to wipe it down before I left. Added bonus - half my car is matte, so I paid all this for basically half a wax job.

Great service, was in and out quickly, completely satisfied w/ my detail, will be back! 😊

Took 5 hours to get my 2018 Tundra detailed. Never in all the years have I waited so long. You can see all the employees talking with each other and nothing getting done through the window. I still have wax underneath the bed gaurds. Never coming back here again.

I have used the Avondale location for yrs and although it’s not the same result as a detail would be it’s been pretty good. Went today and bought the platinum wash for $36.00.. what ba joke. The inside was a mess. Dust everywhere and nothing had dressing on it and I waited over an hour after it went thru the wash. There’s a reason why it won’t let me add pictures. Save your money or go to the$3.00 car wash, it has to be better than this place

I paid $45 for the elite car wash and wax. They didnt clean my back window, the cup holders or inside doors. They spent a whole 15 minutes maxing (no buffing just a quick wipe off). I hadnt been to this car wash since they first opened because of the poor quality job they do. I desided to try them again since it had been 2 or 3 years but they are still just as bad. I will never return!

Worst service Ive experienced. I had a detail done and when I received the car back it was not cleaned. There was visible dirt everywhere. The only good thing was the inside of the car. The inside is the only reason it recieved one star.I will never return.

I don’t like to put my car through the brushes so I get it hand washed. I pull up and they tell me that I add $10 to any wash for a hand wash. Then he comes back and tells me that it is an extra $30 not $10. So I figured they must be really good. I paid $65.99!!!!! They had my car for 20 minutes and then they were done. My hood, roof and trunk are matte black. You could still see the dirt swirls. My windshield still had dry water stains on se areas and my wheels still had brake dust on them. There is a place on 91st and Northern that took their time and took care of my car and for only $38. I’ll drive the extra distance for the better service.

So I didnt even want to wait to leave the car wash to give this review. I review just about every place I go good or bads service. This place was by far the worst car wash I have ever been too! Car still dirty after they said they were done I grabbed a towel and continued to wipe the car off. Windows super streak up. I told the guy and he just walked off. Another African American gentleman came over and helped! Too many GOOD car washes to have to deal with bad service.

Every time I go there its never crowded but I always have to wait at least 30 minutes. Nobody is assigned a job to do they just run around washing the same window. This last time I watched three guys wash the same window. Nobody is assigned to to do the inside back window so I grabbed a towel and a spray bottle and washed it myself. Ill never go back unless they hire me to run it. Seriously!

My puppy threw up in my car earlier. I wanted it cleaned up by professionals and they still left it in my car. Paying 150.99 is overpriced for the service I received.
