This was my 2nd time coming to this location.. still dissatisfied with their customer service. I made my appointment and when I show up I saw the sign to wait in ur vehicle till an advisor comes out. So I wait a few minutes.. a few workers pass by.. still no acknowledgement to me and no advisors came. So I walk inside hoping someone sees me looking lost and confused.. nothing. So I walk up to an advisor asking to see the person I requested. He told me where I can find my advisor so I go over to him. The advisor was on the phone on hold. Didn’t look up to acknowledge me for awhile. Finally he sees me but doesn’t put the phone down even tho he told me he’s been on hold for awhile. Slightly goes over why I’m there. When I go to pick up my vehicle, it was slightly better service but not great. My vehicle wasn’t even washed. Are they not washing cars here orrrr what?? Anyways that’s why I rate 1 star

Excellent service and reps are friendly for the most part.

They are wasting my time. I called and make schedule before I start driving . When I get there they said I have to Waite hour and half and they are not willing to give me a ride. I am very disappointed.
