So I brought my wifes car in to the service shop a few days ago. My service consultant was at lunch since I had arrived early so another gentleman helped me get everything set up. We went through everything I verified the services I wanted to have done and signed the document agreeing to those services and price. Upon completion when I reviewed the invoice they had performed services I had previously declined, forged my signature on the document stating the different price point ($400+ difference) I had not agreed on. So after my wife stood firm, they finally gave us the original price I signed for.If they needed to include additional services thats fine a call would be nice, but signing something for me without my knowledge was not acceptable.
I bought cars there and taken them for service there, one time they returned it with grease all over the bumper real dirty, second time with a lot of oil outside the engine and it’s a 2021 we only had it a couple of months this is how they treat your new car, Not taken it there anymore. Bad services Really Bad service
I had some recall work performed this trip. However I have used their services for more than 4 years with always excellent results. Timely, fair priced, excellent customer experience.
Had an electrical/locking issue with both the front driver and passenger doors. Both door actuators had to be replaced. My service rep Kyle, was terrific and made it a very positive experience.
Has my car done and ready to go even sooner than expected! Eric was super friendly as well. Thanks guys!

All the employees are great! & always very attentive and informative when discussing any issues with my vehicle. In the past, they assisted me with issues that were far from my budget, but needed to be taken care of. I was able to set up payment arrangements and got the work done. My car takes me from point “A” to point “B” and by doing so I had all the work done, and was good to go in just a few hours! Shoutout to: Mike, & Cheryl whenever I was at work I would receive those texts like “Hey girrrll, remember that recall. You need to get in here!” Lol but honestly Just the convenience of being able to set that appointment up through text saves me so much time! Keep up the good work everyone!
Actually my wife took our vehicle to our routine oil change, because I was at work.. she called me disappointed because they had to keep the car for an extra day..and they wanted to send her home on an Uber, not even asking if we had stuff to do or kids to pick up… they ended up giving her a rental, but had to deal with the employees attitude and and dismissiveness…The funny part is that the last time I went for our routine check up I had kind of the same experience with the employee but I just shrugged it of as them being busy or having a hard day, but I guess it’s kind of there stride
The staff are very nice, they all try their possible best to make sure my vehicle is fixed.

I have taken my car there 3 times for check engine light. First time they returned my car and said the light came on for no reason. 2nd time was a p80 valve which wasn’t the problem. 3rd time was a vacuum pump something or other that they don’t even have in stock and Volkswagen doesn’t have any available. Never washed my car once when I picked it up and very unprofessional with communication. I should have known better than to bring my car here with all the terrible reviews this place gets. I feel dirty every time I step foot in the place. If you take your car here for any reason I assure you you will be disappointed. I was told to drive my car with check engine light on until someday they call me back with the part needed to fix the problem. How professional of them right. It’s been one week and crickets not even a follow up to say they still don’t have the part.
I have been provided service for the last 10 years by Larry Miller VW and know they are reason “Greta” my 2008 Passat Wagon remains in excellent condition and on the road as she approaches her 14th year.Barbara and team are very sincere in providing service and sharing knowledge. I was always comfortable with any repair they have recommended.

New vehicle but the air conditioning started to work inconsistently. Called service, set up an appointment, dropped it off, got a text that it was done, picked it up before 8:00 pm and now it works great. I believe the service rep was Mike Erickson.

A few months back I took my vehicle in for tire rotation. As soon as Barb opened my door she smelled fuel. Long story short, they kept my car until the issue was found and fixed.
