I was referred by a friend about three years ago, and it was a great referral! I see Vitality Health for Botox and fillers, primarily. I have found them highly knowledgeable and have received great service. They have been responsive to any follow up questions I may have had. The staff is friendly and it is a spa-like atmosphere, which always makes it a pleasant experience all-around. Most importantly, I have been very happy with the improvement in my skin since becoming a client of theirs.

The staff at Vitality were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was very easy for me to make my appointments, and their reminder emails are a lifesaver for me. I have had treatments and returned for medical consultations only to be greeted with kindness and compassion while looking for help with issues I have never been comfortable talking about. Their professionalism and kindness are exceptional, they offer a variety of items for skin care and nutrition that I have not been able to acquire in this area. I have been pleasantly surprised when paying for services, their charges are frequently less expensive than other med spas in the area. I have struggling with my weight for years and final I have it under control. It was more for health issues for me and not how I look. I wanted to be able to play with my grandkids and thanks to Vitality, now I can. I would like to thank Vitality Health for their professionalism and compassion. I referred many people to Vitality and was happy until Alana became very unprofessional, rude, and nasty toward me after I questioned the outcome of injections she had done on my minor daughter. Then she admitted she had a problem with me because she thought she overheard something I said which clearly she twisted, and then she proceeded to cancel all my future appts where I am prescribed an Rx that has a risk of seizures if stopped abruptly. This girl has no business practicing medicine if this is how she operates-what a whack job. Malpractice waiting to happen. Steer clear! She completely injected the wrong thing into my daughter, the one for old age fine lines, not plumper, cuz its $500 instead of $350.

Alana and all the staff at Vitality are extremely kind and professional. They provide service quickly but dont rush with their care. It is a truly one of a kind experience. All the providers are extremely knowledgeable and aware of all the latest in weightloss medicine and aesthetics. Cant wait to get my PRP tx done!

Yikes, these women are snappy. Overpriced and not helpful at all. Its their way or the highway. It seems like they target an older demographic that tends not to do much research before a purchase. I asked them a few insightful questions after performing some research and they snapped at me and told me they are the experts. I guess they dont like to be questioned. Wake up, its 2019, consumers are educated now.

Amazing and Supportive staff! They can answer any questions you have and are encouraging when you have road bumps with your weight loss. I have also done 4 Vanquish treatments and was happy with my results. Not sure if I’d do it again compared to just saving and getting actual surgery (unfortunately I gained a lot of weight while on certain meds after my first round of phentermine & vanquish, but would consider it again if I had stayed where I was, about 10-15 pounds from my goal).If you are already within the range of body you want, it could definitely be a cheaper, yet effective alternative.

The team at Vitality Health were great. Their review of my current health and prompt blood work review made me rest easy. Unlike a lot of medical weight loss type businesses they are not going to try and sell you what you dont need. They can be trusted to help give you sound medical advice that you cant always get from your general practice doc. Highly recommended!

I must say, my experience at Vitality has far surpassed my expectations. I came in for a consultation regarding laser hair removal, which I was somewhat embarrassed about, and the staff there put me right at ease. They answered all of the questions that I had and even the questions I had not thought of. The process was painless and the results have been amazing. If you are even considering having laser hair removal, you would be mistaken to not come here first and hear what Vitality can do for you.

When I first came to Vitality Health I had lost a bit of weight on my own and plateaued. I really needed some extra direction and support. I sure have received it! With their help and guidance I have broken through that plateau and continue to lose. I am so grateful that I took that fist step and made the appointment I feel so much better and healthier!

If you havent started getting Vitamin B-12 Lipo shots, then you are missing the boat. I have been getting these injections for a year now and have had noticeable changes in my energy levels. The staff at Vitality are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable in their field of obesity medicine. I highly recommend getting a FREE consultation from them and seeing what positive changes you can make to your day-to-day routine!

Made an appointment and arrived only to be told they couldnt help me. This was due to poor communication on their part and inadequately trained staff that answer their phones. Wasted one hour of my life that I will never get back.***6/19/2019 Update*** - I have two legal last names. I use my simpler name 99% of the time because its easy to spell and no one can spell my other last name, which results in lost files, treatment errors, etc. This is perfectly legal in the USA. But thanks for bullying me and being ignorant about something that is not only perfectly legal but also commonplace.I post any reviews under a different account so I am always in complete control of my privacy, such as when a Laser Hair Removal violates the HIPAA Privacy Rule by publicly disclosing my medical history by publicly posting my embarrassing medical details for the world to see (penalties range from $100 - $50k by the way so thanks for publicly disclosing my medical history - thats always a sign of a true professional). I strongly prefer not to post reviews using my full name as this is public record and I dont want the world to know my medical history.Bullying an office of women? Its a medical service both men and women have received before many times in a professional setting. Sounds like a double standard and sexist to me. Another sign of a true professional. Thanks for making me feel comfortable like any professional in the medical field should be able to do.If you want to be bullied for requesting a medical procedure to be performed and then be called a bully and a creep, then you will love this place.If you could care less about the privacy of your medical history, then you will also love this place.If you would love to visit a business that feels they are above the law, then Vitality Health just may be for you.I have since filed a complaint with the US Department of Health & Human Services and I strongly suggest you do as well if you privacy rights have been violated. I will also be filing a complaint with the Board of Nursing. I firmly believe their license to practice medicine should be suspended until they learn to respect the law and their patients medical privacy.

Do NOT Go here for Filler/ botox!! Big mistake!! Owner is not a doctor, she is only a P.A.. I spent a lot on the Restalyn Lyft and it did not “lift” my checks. Do not go here. Aweful.

These guys are awesome to work with and they seem to really care about all of their patients. The staff is knowledgable and they are always willing to help. Id recommend Vitality Health to anyone. The great thing is that you can always go in and meet with them for free to see if their services are right for you. I know they offer services for weight loss, botox, testosterone therapy, and other health services. If youre in the Westlake, OH area and need some of their services at least check them out, you wont regret it.

Vitality Health is a great company. Alana, Sara and the rest of the staff is fantastic. I took advantage of the Free Mens Fitness analysis during the month of July. My wife had kidded me saying nothing is free. However, I must admit that I was a bit skeptical, but went anyhow. In the end, Alana provided me with a ton of information, identified a red flag in my bloodwork that would have gone unnoticed and may have become a problem in time, and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Heres the Kicker: There was no High Pressure Sales tactic. At no time did Alana pressure to purchase an ancillary program or product. It was purely informational, and it was clear she only had MY best interests in mind. For this reason, I recommend Vitality to anyone in need of Physician Guided Weightloss, Testosterone Therapy, Laser Hair Removal, Botox, Fillers, etc.
