Moe, my toe truck driver was awesome. He called ahead and let me know his ETA. When he arrived he was friendly and efficient. Best tow truck experience I’ve ever had!

Whomever drive this truck, Hispanic male with black beard, do not need to drive for this company. I’m not sure if he is drunk or what but he tried to run me and my small son off the road, spreading up behind us and onside of us, coming over into my lane; if I didn’t swerve over we would’ve been knocked off the road. We were on I35 going South. He was also pulling someone’s grey SUV! Just horrible!

I wish I remember the name of the young guy from Zaben Towing. It was a few weeks ago, but he was on time, very helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me out. Thanks again!

Pray you never breakdown in Austin on Sunday night. Our roadside service said they dispatched Zaben at 9:33pm, they never showed and never answered their phone. After numerous calls to our roadside service and getting the Travis County sherrifs office involved, we were finally picked up by a different service at 2:30am.

Professional reliable service, felt my car was in good hands. I will recommend this company to others.

I originally requested a towing service to the nearest shop but when Zaben arrived he went above & beyond! He actually was able to fix the issue right there & we noticed I had a flat so he put air in my tire then proceeded to check the other 3. He also gave really great advice about my vehicle & recommended a great mechanic. I was amazed at how great the service was because he made my day & definitely saved my wallet, if you’re ever in Austin Tx I highly recommend Zaben Towing it’s truly a great company & I will definitely be requesting them through my insurance anytime I have car troubles again!

These men were so rude I couldn’t believe what I was hearing on the phone. They didn’t even tow my car!!! They guys up and left without saying anything while I was on the phone with his manager!!!!! Horrible people and horrible company

We got a flat tire late at night and Sam came to the rescue! We called and he promptly showed up and quickly got us back on the road. Best road side service we’ve ever had!

Dead battery. We tried jumping the car and some other roadside assistance tried helping to no avail. So, we called Zaben Towing. THEY SAVED US! He tried jumping the car again, identified the problem, and had us back ina running car in ten minutes. He was so professional and kind and made us feel safe. THANK YOU!!!

My front tire blew out today on 290 toll. Originally the insurance sent roadside help to get the tire changed. He could not get it off. Another guy was sent. He could not get it off. Finally a tow truck was requested and it was Zabens that got the request. The driver was so professional and courteous. He really went above and beyond to reassure me everything would be ok. We got my car to a tire shop. He went above and beyond to ensure they would be able to get the tire off and fixed before he left to ensure I wouldn’t be stranded. It’s hard to find this type of caring, compassionate service these days. I am extremely grateful to my driver!

Great company. Being in a towing truck is awful because its never for a good reason, but my driver was great. I wish I could also review the guys at the highway ensuring I did not get rear ended, very appreciative. My driver was very friendly and took care of my car very well. This is the second time I had to get my car towed, but this guy really went above and beyond to ensure there was no further damage. Unfortunately I forgot his name. He got my car around 7PM today on highway 290, so if there is a way to recognize him please do so. Very friendly and prompt, beating the 1 hour window my insurance had estimated. I hope it never happens again, but if I need a tow I will request my insurance to hopefully do it with this company.

My husband was broke down at AUS tonight. Which is 2 hrs from our home. Our roadside assistance called Zabens. It would have cost us $450 out of pocket for the tow back to Victoria. The dispatch that spoke to my husband walked him through a temporary fix so he could get home. I don’t know what to say. It takes a truly outstanding company to do what y’all have done. Thank u so much!

The tower got there right when they said they would and it took maybe 10 minutes to get my car unstuck. The tower was professional, quick, and careful and no additional damage was done to my car.

UPDATE: I have now been towed by this wonderful company about 5 times now (thanks to Austin construction debris), and as usual, super kind and helpful service. We were driving to the airport in Austin and due to the very confusing signs unfortunately we damaged the car significantly and had to be towed. Thank goodness our insurance company recommended Zaben’s and we were fortunate enough to get help from the owner,Sam.We have never met a more conscientious, kind, empathic, intelligent business owner in our many years of life. Not only did he show patience and kindness as we were navigating the parking lot at the airport where we needed to store our car until we were approved for repairing the car because it was a weekend, Sam also showed quite impressive depth of knowledge regarding our car and the damages we had sustained and offering us invaluable recommendations.A week later we needed Sam to help us with the car after we had towed and once again he was stellar, kind, generous and demonstrated a level of integrity we haven’t seen in any business!We are from Denver and Bellingham, Washington and wish that this level of service, intelligence and integrity existed in more cities. Perfect company towing

Disgraceful service. I specified to have my truck towed between 12pm - 2pm while emphasizing that the rear passenger tire was completely destroyed and could not be removed, and consequently the truck would need to be towed from the rear instead of the front.The first tow truck driver texted me at 11am saying they would be at my house in 15 minutes, 45 minutes earlier than the time I specified. He then abruptly left when I told him he was early and that I would need time to meet him since it was outside of the specified window.The second tow truck driver showed up about 30 minutes later with a large flatbed. He inspected the rear tire (the one I had mentioned was destroyed and could not be replaced.) He asked me if I could put on the spare and that the truck could not be towed in its current condition without bothering to explain why. I explained to him that the tire was contorted around the rotor and could not be removed. He said Thank you and immediately left. Overall, 1/10, definitely would not recommend.
