I *tried* to use this business to get my car towed from my house to the nearest Ford dealership to get a new tire + new set of locking lug nuts for my wheels. I mentioned a few times that my car HAD to be at the dealership BY NOON today. Whoever I talked to said that wouldn’t be an issue and that they would probably get to my place early and would have it at the dealership early. I called on Wednesday (today is a Friday) to set up my appointment, to make sure I had it set up in advanced. He told me the day off my appt, I could expect a call between 10:30-11am, which sounded perfect. After that time came and went with hearing nothing today, I called multiple times to absolutely no answer. I have left a message. Still no call. It’s now almost 4:00pm. 5 hours after they were supposed to be here. 4 hours since my car should have been at the dealership. I’m incredibly frustrated and annoyed. I picked this place, because of how many 5 star reviews it has. Must be writing them themselves, because this was beyond disappointing and a waste of my time to sit around waiting for them. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Call any other place first.

We needed to get rid of our inoperable 96 Honda civic urgently. These guys not only got back to me quickly, but were able to send someone out within 2 hours of the call and paid a decent amount considering we had lost the title. I would definitely use them again, they were a huge help.

I highly recommend calling TX Towing if you’re having car trouble. This morning when I came down to find that my wouldn’t start, I was anticipating a total hassle trying to find someone to come out, tell me my battery was useless and then overcharge me for the whole ordeal. Instead, TX Towing got to my place within an hour of calling them and had my car up and running in no time. They were easy to book and communicate with, very professional and helpful, and reasonably priced. They managed to turn a major annoyance into a pleasant interaction, which is about the best case scenario you could ask for in this type of situation.
