Had the misfortune of using this company to tow a broken down fleet vehicle. Was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait and that they would send a receipt via email when service was complete. The tow truck driver got incredibly lost, even though he literally rambled off the correct address - 160 FEET away from dropped pin. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours (it was 100+ out) and when I called the next day, to request the receipt and inform them that we had to wait 2 1/2 hours, Cesar responded with Well? Not Hey I apologize or any kind of apology for that matter.If you want to talk on the phone and navigate a random tow truck driver for 30 minutes, wait 2 1/2 hours in 100+ temps and not even get an insincere apology call 360 Towing Solutions.

Desperately needed a tow this morning, and I called several places but never got a response. 360 Towing did a great job setting me up with a tow truck company and got me where I needed to go. Towing & Going were a great service, efficient, and made me confident I was dealing with professionals.I had to wait some time, about an hour, but towers are always busy and need a lot of grace. After all was said and done, they were a great service.

Overpriced and very rude on the phone requested a quote and when I said I would have to get back he hung up on me. Good news is that I found a better cheaper place.

Fake company posing as a local towing company. We hired them today and they said they were 30 minutes out. Well 1.5 hours later we are still waiting on the driver. Coming all the way from across town while we are 2 miles from their fake virtual office.We were in a rush and should have known. Fair price. But just hate it when these marketers who have no real investment in Austin pretend to be local companies.All they do is arrange the service with a local hauler and mark it up. Fine. Just don’t like the business model. Not again.

Had to inform the tow driver that my vehicle would scrape and needed to be lowered. After some inspection they finally lowered it.Was quoted around $65 for a 4 mile tow. The actual tow was 4.6 miles and ended up costing $134 plus $10 to use CC. Double the amount for 0.6 miles extra???Other than these issues the guy was pretty nice and drove pretty good avoiding the potholes.

Incredibly disappointed. When I called, I gave accurate information about my tow. I was quoted $89 for the driver plus an additional $35-75 for the 10 mile tow. The person I spoke with was pretty aggressive at getting my credit card number. According to the quote, my tow should have been $124-164. I was charged $291. This is truly bad business... the worst business.**Update - Owner response is misleading. They have not contacted me or done anything to remedy this situation of being overcharged $127. I would never utilize their services again, so that they can prove it to me in the future, unless the current situation of being overcharged is resolved.

Same as other customers, was quoted a price and had to give credit card number in case I canceled (So they could charge some amount). Was called by driver who was on his way was told it would be $195. We were in need of help. Told him to come ahead. Nothing special about tow. Less than 15 miles away.

I was quoted over the phone a total of $60 to $90 to tow my carWhen my car was delivered to destination (5 miles distance) the driver told me it was $200I asked why and he said 60 - 90 was the fee to actually go and pick up my car. May 21, 2019: Worst experience ever! $89.00 for the service call & was told I would be paying an additional fee of $35.00-$75.00 for the towing charge. I was only 2 miles away from my home & was towed & charged $75.00! A total of $164.00! What thieves! It took 10 minutes to load my car on the tow truck & 5 minutes to take my vehicle home. This is the last time I use these guys ever again!Update on June 1, 2019: On another note this towing company called me to resolve my problems with them and was told I was going to receive a $30.00 credit and to my surprise I was charged another $30.00 instead of receiving a credit. This is incredible! Who really runs a company like this? Wow never again will I ever use this company or refer anyone to it.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I called to have my car towed 4 miles due to a flat tire. I was told there would be a $59.99 service fee, and the cost of the tow would be $75.99 plus any special equipment needed to tow my car. I was told that the total cost would be communicated to me by the tow truck driver. The associate took my credit card number to charge me then in case the service was canceled. When the tow truck driver called, he said it would be $250, which is a significant increase from the price I was quoted. I told the driver that this price was not reasonable, nor was it the price given to me by the associate. He was going to text them to call me back. They did not. I called 10 times and left voicemails, but have yet to receive a call back. Its interesting that I had no problems contacting them to schedule the tow, but was then unable to reach them when I had an issue. This situation is a gross example of the shady business tactics used by this company to scam innocent people out of money. The fact that they charged $309 to tow my car 4 miles is completely unreasonable. Please dont make the same mistake I did by calling this company!

I’m not the type to leave reviews but this service was unacceptable. First of all, way over priced for a simple tow. Secondly, tow truck gets to my vehicle without a jack to jack my truck up (I told them my wheel came off) the driver then leaves claims he needs to get another truck with a jack, idk and did not return AT ALL. I tried to call the company back, which is supposed to be a 24 hour service, with no answer. I had to call another tow company, which was cheaper. It’s the first tow company to pop up on google in Austin when you search for a tow company DO NOT USE THEM WHAT SO EVER! So help me God if they charge my card !

Great actual tow service very professional, and polite, did a good job and took very good care of my motorcycle. But, do not request a truck if you are on the side of the highway and cant hear on the phone, because they charge $89 just to dispatch, then $95 to pick up your vehicle then $3 per mile outside of the city limits. Great tow service other than the dispatch company.

I would not recommend this towing service at all. We had to wait for 2 hours for the towing service to show up, and there was no proper ETA when we called the customer service number. Very inconvenient experience on a working day.

Called and like others. Aggressive attempts to get my credit card number. And guess what. Car is broken into and oddly theres expanding foam in the ignition key. What kind of theif carries expanding foam just to disable an already disabled vehicle. It made it more difficult for the next honest tow guy to tow my truck.

I Called in for a tow at 4:15 on 3/21/19. Was quoted 20-30 minutes and gave them my card and $60 and confirmed on that pretense. After an hour the quoted time was moved back to an hour and 45 minutes. I asked them to hold and ensure I could leave my car at the destonation that late and called them back, asking them to not cancel the tow. They then decided to cancel it anyway without telling me.Long story short, agreed to a service on false pretenses, had two hours wasted and had $60 dollars taken from me for no tow! Reporting to BBB right now. Do not call these guys, they will take your money and run!

I was quoted a price on the phone I confirmed the price with the dispatch. The driver showed up way later than I was told and then Was charged nearly 200 dollars for a 2 mile tow job. I could have pushed it for less.

These guys are only a call center making money by contracting. They simply call a company to do the towing. Better off calling directly to the company yourself. Rep told me his driver would call me in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later sitting in parking lot waiting broke down, contractor called me and said it would be 45 minutes before he could get there. Old ragedy tow truck...afraid we would need two tows! Driver overcharged me $30. Called call center 4 different times, we will call you right back never did. I finally threatened to report them to TDLR and credit card company. They magically got the $30 refund approved sir Then they still didnt do it!! They had the towing company contact me for the refund. Still took another 3 days, numerous calls and texts to arrange to get my refund. These people SUCK!! Dont be a victim. Look for an actual towing company. Not this referral company whos getting paid to do nothing!Keep looking unless you have time, money and patience to spare!!

In my opinion, these people are crooks. STAY AWAY. I just got off the phone with “RAYMUNDO” - probably not his real name - and I am not a happy camper. I was quoted a $59 hook up fee and told there’d be a max of $75 in addition for mileage and “condition” of the vehicle - though, how crazy is that? They will charge you more based on the condition of your car? The hell? I should’ve hung up right then, but nooooo. Worst. Decision. Ever. Anyway, I got a call from the supposed guy who was to be my tower a long while after the company said I would - he was supposed to call me in less than ten minutes after placing my initial call - but I didn’t hear from him until later and I told him we’d already been waiting for over thirty minutes, which is the amount of time that we were told it would take for the driver to show up! Anyway, I got tired of waiting so I called the number to the company but got the driver who was SUPPOSED TO be on his way. I asked him why he was answering the company phone if he said on the earlier call that he was in north Austin - didn’t get an answer that made sense, but he said he’d already called the company to let them know that I had a problem with the $220 fee they were NOW wanting to charge when it shouldn’t be over roughly $150 (considering the max add-on to the $59 was supposed to be no more than $75) but that the company wouldn’t get back to him. When I spoke to the company the first time to ask for a tow, they said they had drivers all over Austin and there’d be a tower to us in about thirty minutes. I reminded the driver that this is what I’d been told but that him telling me it’d be at least another 25 minutes minimum was not acceptable especially with the fraudulent feeling I was getting about the whole thing. He said he was the only available driver cuz they didn’t have any right now, to which I said that we were clearly lied to because we were told we’d have a tow truck here in thirty mins or less because they had so many drivers - yeah, right!! I told him that he needed to get them to call me ASAP because this was unacceptable treatment on so many levels! I told the driver it was not his fault but the towing company’s fault, just for the record. I spoke with ”Raymundo” who said he was the manager but couldn’t tell me the name of the owner (uhm, sketchy much??!!). He said “the new guy” misquoted prices to me and must have been confused. A back and forth ensued about who is responsible for that: the company or the lied-to customer? It seems to me in my dealing with them today that part of this company’s business practice is apparently one where it feels to me like they dupe you upfront about the time and the cost so later you are in effect “forced” to pay more money because they seem to be betting that after waiting WAY longer than you were told you would have to, that you will just capitulate and say fine, to hell with it, I’ll take your mistreatment without blinking an eye. Hell no! I told Raymundo more or less that I felt this towing company is running a scam and is very dishonest, and that I’m going to file a complaint with the AG office and put this review on Yelp and Google so people know better than to use them. Also, RAYMUNDO WAS AWARE THAT MY HUSBAND WAS WITH US AND IS A CANCER PATIENT. Of all people, my husband especially didn’t need to be putting up with this company’s tactics, rudeness, and poor customer service along with making us wait FOREVER FOR NOTHING, but Raymundo just wanted his $. STAY AWAY!! We got A-Tex towing to come and they got there in about 20 mins, so I’d recommend them, just FYI, and it was about HALF of what these people wanted - we paid $125.

Make no mistake, 360 Towing Service is nothing more than a call center and contracts the towing out to actual towing companies and/or independent drivers. In this particular instance, they contracted out the tow to Azteca Towing.To describe how this whole ordeal started, I called 360, never having heard of them before but deciding to call them because Google said they were nearby, hence I was hoping/assuming it wouldnt take long to get there. It of course took an hour for them to finally show up after multiple phone calls and confusion on the drivers part.To go back in time just a bit, the alternator on my truck had apparently gone out and the battery went dead on me as I was pulling up to the restaurant. Luckily, I was able to park nose in and there was plenty of space to accommodate a tow truck to come in and pick my truck up from behind. Its pretty much the easiest situation a tow truck could encounter.Anyway, when I called 360, they told me it would be $59 plus a range of $35 to $75. When I asked for them to break the range down and what would result in a $35 charge versus $75 charge, they couldnt/wouldnt do it because they claimed it would be situational and up to the driver.Of course, the tow truck driver from Azteca arrived and did not speak English, so I had no way to ask him what the charge would be when he arrived. Long story short, I was stranded and was quite positive that 360 would charge me anyway just for showing up even if I declined the service because it was unclear what the ultimate charge would be. What choice did I have at this point? So the driver picked my truck up by the rear wheels in about 5 minutes and away we went to the auto shop about 3 miles away where he dropped me off.I never got a follow up phone call. I never received a receipt. I never got anything. Just a $144 ($59+$75+tax) charge on my credit card, which of course was the max charge, for a tow that was super not difficult for the tow driver and only went 3 miles. No explanation of why I was charged the max. No nothing....I subsequently called 360 yesterday to ask why Ive never received a receipt, and I told them that any receipt I might receive should break down why I was charged at the highest limit of the range that 360 Towing quoted. The guy on the phone tried to get me to call the tow driver to ask him about it, to which I replied that the guy doesnt speak English.I again asked why 360 couldnt just send me a receipt with a cost breakdown and explanation. The guy on the phone then said he could maybe get a translator. I said, no, why cant you just send me a receipt since its YOUR company? The guy then said, ok, he could send me a receipt to my email, which I then gave him the email address to. I STILL have never received a receipt, which isnt a surprise because I knew the guy was lying through his teeth when he told me he would send me one.I believe that 360 Towing engages in bait and switch, enticing customers with a lower amount, being vague about how the charges are calculated and then charging the highest amount they can. These charges are fraudulent. Ive just disputed the charge with my Credit Card company, and Ill also be reporting the license number of the tow truck to the Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).Buyer beware! These guys are terrible.Update (6/8/18):I still have not received a receipt or cost breakdown and no attempt has been made by the tow driver to call me. Such BS.Go read the other negative reviews here and on Yelp and elsewhere. Also, if you go read some of the positive reviews for 360 in Dallas, youll see the name Eli often come up as one of the drivers, just like you see Eli in positive reviews for 360 here in Austin. Youll begin to notice a pattern with these guys.360 is obviously opening new Google accounts to make fake positive reviews. Doesnt it seem odd how the reviews are either ALL 1 star negative reviews or 5 star glowing reviews?

Their ad guarantees arrival within 30 minutes. I was also told they would arrive within this amount of time over the phone. Its now been one hour since I called and Im currently sitting on the side of Mopac with two small children in the cold. This company is a rip off when I call they told me that its going to be $59 to tow my car and then $3 per mile when I reach my destination the guy said it going to be $75 for service fee and and they never told me that that on the phone. When I call back be said they told me but they never told me nothing. The driver also was very mean and disrespectful. Never again will I use this company. They are scammers!!
