I pay for a reserved parking spot that is marked with “reserved” twice on it. When people park in my spot, I don’t understand how they miss the massive writing on the floor.I call A&A wrecker and they got there under 30 minutes to remove the unauthorized truck.They ask for proof of residence and purchase of reserved parking spot before they move forward with towing.Thankful for their service and prompt response.

Not going to lie if it wasnt for them taking my car they would have gotten 5 stars. I mean the two ladies had such a great attitude and were very respectful. But to be towed at 651 and find out by 712 and then get my car back within 30 minutes to pay a storage fee is a bit much and they are more expensive than most tow lots. But they were patient with my attitude and to work in such a hated profession kudos 👏

My vehicle was towed from my apartment community for obstructing a motorized vehicle from exciting a parking space. I parked in front of a motorcycle (not mine) that has not moved in months. I discovered my vehicle was missing as I was walking out to get tested for COVID after being exposed, my sister in the hospital and coughing blood! And find out my vehicle was towed and it was going to cost a good $230! $230 I did not have, $230 I had to borrow, $230 I will not get back since I can’t work due to testing positive for COVID. All because my neighbor took it upon him self to use his motorcycle as a way to reserve a parking spot, the towing company decided times are really not that bad! The lady who took my money was polite. Oh and they damaged my brakes while towing my car as I had my emergency brakes on ... it’s truly devastating that towing companies are still running during times like this.The white car is not my vehicle.

I recommend suing them in small claims court. Simply contact the JOP in your county. It only costs $40, and by the time they catch up with fees it will put them under.

This company doesnt understand how to properly tow vehicles, if you have a truck or other 4x4 vehicle beware as they will just pop only one set of wheels up and take off (dash cam video as proof) ignorance is not an excuse for possible damage to vehicles. Furthermore I was hung up on several times by the front desk worker when I had genuine questions. After speaking with one of the day shift tow drivers about the way my vehicle was towed, he redirected me to the front desk where the lady proceeded to laugh at me and tell me how they clearly know how to tow. Was a simple request to obtain information I need to know and was laughed at, was not professional at all. Rather unfortunate.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would absolutely do it. This company illegally towed my car 8/27 & refused to answer any questions over the phone or in person until I paid them $310. Once I paid they provided basic information in small print on the receipt about taking them to court. The receipt listed it as I was parked on a street I could not park on, I confirmed with the HOA that this was a public not private road and that they only had authorized them to tow on the private side of the subdivision. On 9/7 they towed another one of my vehicles parked on the same public road & refused to answer any questions again. I ended up calling the sheriffs office about them stealing my second vehicle. Sheriffs office also confirmed it was an illegal tow & explained the process that I have to go through to take them to court to sue. These people are scam artists hiding behind the fact that they have a TDLR.

The person at the desk was helpful and understanding but the company seems shady as my friend observed an attempted break-in in her car. The rubber separator between the door and car body was manhandled. There was nothing missing from the car but it still seemed an attempt to get in car and search for valuables.

The tow truck drivers are good and friendly however the front office dispatcher is so disrespectful. She had on multiple occasions when trying to speak with her about a residence vehicle being towed from an area that resident had never been in. She had repeatedly hung up and even laughed at myself and the manager. Found out that her vehicle was towed from up North and there were signs that someone else had been in her vehicle. Instead of the front office staff trying to work with someone to explain what was going on she found it amusing and was laughing at the situation and hanging up the phone in a very unprofessional manner. They should really have their workers learn to be more professional and understand that sometimes vehicles are stolen. Basically the woman that answers the dispatch calls needs to be replaced!

Surprise, surprise. Scam service. I received one tow due to a completely unmarked parking area Ive happily used for more than a year without complaints or tickets. But they charged me double because of my little 4x8 trailer. 237 dollars later, they would not let me have my trailer until I paid extra storage fees and returned with the receipt from buying the trailer from Lowes. Another guy was there waiting more than 2 hours. His car was towed from his own paid parking spot from his own apartment complex. Unbelievable that in this day and age, shakedowns like this are still allowed to exist, and SHAME on apartment complexes who sell out their tenants wholesale and heartlessly. They give A&A blanket permissions to patrol and yank vehicles at will, using any number of sketchy excuses. We can, and MUST do better.

I was visiting an apartment complex that said I need to register my vehicle for parking and I spent the night. Then I come out to my car to see that it’s not there I go to the apartment complex and they said that it got towed to this location. I called them and they said that I need to give them an hour notice on when to pick up my vehicle. I get here right on time and I say I’m here to pick up my car and they said oh you need to wait some more because the person to tow out your car isn’t here. Then why would you tell me to give you an hour notice if you’re not going be here to give me my car back.

My friend was visiting for a night at my apartment complex and parked in a visitor spot. He even registered through the parking service for 3 days of parking. Funny thing is, they don’t send any kind of confirmation, so they can claim they never received any registration. They’re now charging him $300 to get his car back. No, that is not a typo. Three hundred dollars, despite registering his car for the visitor parking. The location was almost 30 mins from the complex and now no one is their to assist them and the multiple other victims waiting at the location. It’s been almost an hour now after they were told on the phone that someone would help them in 15 mins. Best part is, this is low income housing. This company is preying on people who can’t afford to pay the ridiculous fees. Good luck if you are unfortunate enough to be parked in a lot they patrol. You will get screwed over to the fullest extent of their capability.

I parked at my own apartment building garage but got towed. I got no notification till I found out my car is missing. When I called, they asked for $302 to release my car. When I got there, they said $312 (including $50 notification fee...)

I really want to share my story that’s really hurting . I registered and parked in Visitor parking . There was typo error in letter and they towed away my car mid night 12.03 when I was sleeping . It was so inconsiderate they given me receipt of 229.67 $ and charged 237.67 $ on my credit card . My license plate numbers were matching only that 2 letters didn’t matched. We asked them discount to settle as she had brain injury and she have issues with numbers . Which she is undergoing treatment. We told them and was ready to show them disability tag to have some waiver discount because of human error in typing . To me it was a surprise that they hanged up her call twice and ransomed me to pay . That was really unprofessional to charge more on credit card and not to listen as per federal law to person who had Brian injury . It led us to loose time and unnecessary hurdle was created which created a big mess .

Terrible customer service! They are like vultures & will find any reason to tow your vehicle. Ive seen them taking pictures of cars (mine included) at my apartment complex. What for? I dont know but my car was towed 3x in less than 2 weeks. Almost $700 Ive had to give these crooks! They stated my parking permit issued by my leasing office was invalid...all 3 times! Thats BS. & When I asked to speak to the owners or management regarding my car, I was told that I could leave a message but they probably wouldnt call me back. Lol Yeah, I bet. These people need to be shut down.

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. They towed several cars that had proper parking passes from my complex in one weekend. Then when we went to go get our vehicle back I told them of the situation and they flat out refused to hear any reason. It got to the point that because I was protesting the towing of the vehicle even when I attempted to pay for the stealing of the vehicle they refused to take my money. They physically shut the window in my face and refused to let me pay for the stolen vehicle. I had to leave the property as they were claiming that I was trespassing before they would do any business with anyone else to get the stolen vehicle back. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY if you can even call them a company. Conmen would be a better term for this joke of an LLC.

They trawl apartment complex parking lots like vultures searching for someone to tow, and they charge exorbitant, exploitative fees after towing cars that have been parked for under 8 hours, including cars parked with stickers from the complexes signifying they have a right to park there. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. This company should not be in business, they are only here to prey on innocent people who already live in low-income apartment complexes. Class action lawsuit when?

They towed my car on the wrong side of the road, The driver should’ve known better. Look for another more professional towing company.Its their job to know how to tow a car the right way. To be quite frank, I dont care that I had to pay $300 to get my car out of the tow yard. I got towed from a friends apartment after registering it. Im more upset about the damage that was left from being towed. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE DRIVING OFF THE PARKING LOT.I asked the front line worker if I could check my car for damages before I sign/pay for the release. I was told that wasnt possible.After paying I was told I could retrieve my car. Instantly, I see the damage to the cars front bumper that was clearly from a towing device.I also had my parking break on, and it had stabilization errors on the dash. Luckily, that went away after a couple miles (apparently thats normal). You would THINK they would take care of the cars that they tow to avoid damage, but from what I saw on my car is fast and cheap work.I told the front line worker, and was told to email their customer service email address. Ive filed a report, and waiting for a response. Ill give updates on my experience.

I was parked at my daughters apartments to bring her groceries up three flights of stairs. I only had my phone and keys. I came back to find my car with my purse inside plus some of her items I bought gone. Within an hour my car snatched. I was given this phone number to call and told to wait an hour. It was extremely hot and they are horrible people with extreme bad karma. Charged me 300$ plus the courts are closed so I cant fight the fee. This is called extortion. I can take your things then charge you to get it back. The tow truck driver smirked and blew me a kiss. Its called predatory towing. Extremely evil.

Just want to send a huge THANK YOU to A&A, my husbands car wouldn’t start when he was trying to leave work so i had to go pick him up, turned out his key fob malfunctioned. When I got to his work he was on the phone with our insurance company to get the car towed to the dealership, all the tow company’s our insurance works with couldn’t service the area we were in, so I got online and looked for different companies. When I contacted A&A they were super nice and sent a wrecker out immediately! When the gentleman showed up he was very professional and did an awesome job! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

On 1/20/2020 I was stuck on the side of the road and called A&A to come help. They were there in such a hurry and were so helpful. They helped me with my tire and even helped calm my nerves from being on the side of the road. I will definitely be recommending A&A wrecker to all my family and friends!

They towed my car from visitors, I was unable to successfully text the app they have due to their own system being down, it cost me $350 and they wouldnt reimburse me...undignified company.

Woke up this morning to find that my car had been towed at 5 am. I didnt find out until 6 am when I was leaving for work at a local emergency room, I walk out in my scrubs looking for my car to find out it was missing! I had no notice, warning, or clue where my car was. I had to call 911 just to find out my car was towed and not stolen luckily. After frantically freaking out for a few, i had to call my parents and ask them to drive me to work. My parents picked up my car an hour later and was charged $300. Worst experience of my life!

Typical predatory tow company. If they tow you for illegal parking on private property, expect to pay $150 for the tow, $20/day storage fee, $20 impound fee, and a $50 notification fee + tax. They will extract the maximum money from you as allowed by Texas law. If you are reading this and they impounded your vehicle --- I feel your pain. If you are reading this and you are the owner of A&A, well keep in mind most of vehicles you impound are owned by decent folks who cannot afford your greedy charges; in the end, Karma will find you.

Not sure why more people do not file civil suits against this company. I am in the process of filing a civil complaint and I filed a complaint with the Texas Dept of Lic. & Reg. I also uncovered that on 5/7/19 they were found guilty of improperly towing vehicles, fined $4K and made to pay back all the vehicle owners. Complaint #TOW20180011291. If you are towed by this company pull up Code 2308.456 and if the tow was not up to that statute, file in Civil court. It only costs a small filing fee. Obviously they make so much money on illegal tows that the $4K fine was not enough to deter them. You need to stand up to them and file in Court and you only have 14 days from the tow to do so!!!

They towed my car from rosewood court apt when my starter went out, green tagged my windows and I have on going police report...after my starter went out and my triple a membership insurance dropped my car in a no tow zone because theres no parking available

This place is a SCAM!!!! I would give it negative 10 stars if possible. Ripping people off & STEALING money! My vehicle was towed in last night and I spoke directly on the phone with a representative & was given a total amount due to get my vehicle returned. I asked specifically if the amount would change if I decided to pick my vehicle in the morning at (8am), compared to the current time of the call (12am), a difference of only 8 hours, and was reassured as long its within 24 hours its the same price. Well after all that confirmation, low and behold I show up at 8am and was given an increased total amount. The lady behind the trailer was filled with attitude as she repeats that there is an additional overnight fee. This place completely lied, its a scam, read other reviews, they are doing this to many people. RIP OFF!!! SCAM!!! LIARS!!!

Got towed at my own complex on my friends birthday in the middle of a pandemic. Leasing office did not send new sticker so I basically paid for a parking permit while not being covered from towing. Only half of the staff was wearing a mask.

Was made to stand outside in 90-degree heat for 10 minutes before somebody would take care of me. Just because my car was towed doesnt mean you need to treat us like low quality people. At least put somewhere for us to wait with air conditioning. Excellent service once somebody was able to able to assist me.

This place is a joke. I came to stay with my aunt for the weekend and woke up to my truck towed. They said they took it because I didn’t have a parking permit, however no one that was parked on the side in the complex had a parking permit. This place is a joke. It cost me $300 to get my truck out. That was a lot of money for me during this time because of COVID 19. They just wanted to make some money. The same spot they took my truck from, someone else parked there and they didn’t have a permit. I guess they just needed to make money off people. That’s crazy. I will be fighting this. If your going to tow my truck, come and tow the other vehicles as well. Horrible company.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I visited a friend at salado at Walnut Creek off Anderson lane, was not even there 2 hours, walk to where my car was parked and it’s not there! I parked even where it says visitor parking. Took me over an hour to finally locate my car because whomever towed my car gave the wrong address from where it was towed. I took an Uber to the lot, which by the way is super sketchy, you have to be there by an appointment time, and they won’t take you before the hour, fortunately my Uber driver was such a kind man, he waited with me, and even got out of the car to try to knock on the door, which nobody answered, a few minutes later a woman opened the window and said that I have to wait for my appointment time, it was 3 o’clock in the morning! I don’t know how these people sleep at night! Just such crooks!

If you get towed because you didnt park right, thats on you. My experience with this company has been great. I have needed them to tow my vehicles on a few occasions. Once was an accident, which I requested them to the officer on scene and other times for breakdowns and moving large equipment with their flatbed. Central location.

A family members car was towed away in the apartment complex we live in even though we registered the car on the visitor website. We had proof of it and they did not care and said we had to pay to get the car out. The rudest and worst company to deal with.

Our car was illegally towed from our apartments by this company while our car was under the carport that is paid for every month. The tower did not consult with the front office before taking the vehicle and cost us money and time to get to their office. But oh no that’s not the end, when we arrive at the office the customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever received and you are forced to stand outside at a window while standing on shattered glass and talk to people who obviously don’t want to be there and make that fact known. This is a poorly operated, maintained and overall non functional business.

Our apartment community recently seal coated the entire parking lot and A&A Wrecker & Recovery was very helpful informing us how to legally proceed, provided a very specific letter to inform residents and cleared sections on time for workers to start parking lot repairs. They are pretty fair, owner is very knowledge of the law and listen to her clients and business needs .

If I could I gave them -0.. my car was there for 1 hour (because they told me I need to gave them 1h noticed before I go)) get charged $298.30 ((and they didn’t gave me my change)) I call to see if they can answer some questions for me and the lady on the phone and the one who was working there that I assuming is the same person.. was very very rude they need to go get some costumer services classes if there unhappy on your job you shouldn’t be working with costumers..this company is a really scams

Give em 5 stars. Someone parked in my spot at my complex. Was very quick to come and have that joker’s car towed. And no, I don’t live in a low income complex.The complex clearly states covered parking and garages are reserved. Therefore, you run the risk of getting towed.

Terrible towing company towed my little brothers car and didnt even have it 10 minutes and tried to charge $300 and when we called to see if they had the car the lady on the phone got very rude and told us that we cant come get the car we have to wait until the next day now let me remind you these people are open 24hrs so Im not understanding why she felt the need to tell us that we can come get it tomorrow because she felt like it so we had the Sheriffs meet us there and we see her in the window she leaves never comes back and right as the sheriffs pull up shes actually leaving the premises without even speaking to us or anything so we have video of everything as well as the Sheriffs do and we will be filing a lawsuit this place needs to be closed down...we actually came back home and tried calling again to see if she would answer and she answers the phone and acts like nothing happened and dont know what Im talking about so I have my little brother call and she tells him to meet her there at the place at 1:30am after we had already been there since 11:30pm so yes we are definitely taking this place to court!!!!!!

I couldnt agree more with everyone elses feedback. I called at 4 to pick up my truck spoke to Denice. She said wait an hour and someone will be there. Its now 5:45 and no one is here. I called several times no answer and when someone would answer they would disconnect. I then used my husbands phone to call and then she answer to say someone was on the way without asking me for my name or what vehicle I was calling in reference to. Then ask for the name of the person who was coming out and she answered me and quickly disconnected.

The company has a lack of coordination and professionalism, although like some people say “it’s on us” it does not excuse any reputable company to give people the run around. They don’t have straight forward answers(price, eta, etc.)and keep you waiting for over an hour. They don’t don’t even take the time to read the good comments received, they just say “We are sorry for your experience we...” .

They straight up STOLE my brothers car... No notification or anything and there is no phone number to speak to and actual person. Most unprofessional company i have ever seen these people should be arrested for theft.

This company is nothing but a bunch of a scam artist. Communication is next to nothing and they do anything to drag time out to get more money out of your pockets, lately theyve been coming into apartment complex near McNeil and 183 and staking out them. They tow cars away between 10:00pm to 5:00am when everyones asleep and nobody can stop them. Theyve dragged my neighbors car away from him and by law, if the owner of the car gets there before the car has been locked down, they legally cannot continue the operation. This company is trash nothing less.

The worst towing company. They don’t answer the phone and when you finally get through to someone thy are rude. Lady hung up in my face 3 times because she was too incompetent to find my vehicle even after explaining to her that ive already picked up belongings from the car on the lot. I also left an “hours notice” 3 hours ahead of time telling them a time when i would come get something out of my vehicle and when i arrived at the company no one was there and no one knows when someone will be back. You guys should have more of a professionally ran business full of kind and understanding people that can actually read, communicate, and do their jobs. I will be calling Christina (the manager) so that I can get recordings of my phone calls.

Charged me 318 for legally stealing my car now I wont make rent because of this predatory company and face potential homelessness. Biggest scam in the history of all scams, my car was parked in a visitor parking space with a visitor parking pass at my friends apartment, I came back 10 hours later for my car and it was gone. They’re known to make deals with the apartment complexes to let them keep a portion of the money if they allow them to tow a certain number of vehicles.

Please read this complaint and share with your friends, colleagues and relatives since it is really important. Yesterday evening my car was towed away by A&A Wrecker and Recovery, LLC since I parked my Lexus RX 350 on the grass. Once I called them to pay the charge and pick up my car, the staff on other side of the line said to me that while towing my car, the axle of the car was broken and they would repair it tomorrow and let me know. But I said on the phone that Do not touch on my car, I will come by and take the pictures of the car and talk to my lawyer then we will figure out what we are gonna do. This morning I called them to learn where my car was located but they did not give me the address and I called the police to get help. Despite my car was damaged and hidden from me, police officer said to me that since it was a civil-civil issue, they could do nothing. And then I called the towing company again and got an address to pick up my car. By the way I believe he was the manager on the phone said that my car was not damaged and I could pick it up with one hour notice. I called them around 10:11 AM and I was down there at the address at 11:30 AM. Guess what happened, my car was not at that address, indeed no one was there. They gave me the wrong address on purpose. And I called the company again to figure out what was happening. The lady on the line told me that I was at the wrong address. I had started to ask what was wrong with them? Were they crazy? and they lost their mind or not? She just hanged up. I called police to get help again and I got the same answer from them. I just asked the police officer if he was me what he would do? He said to me that he would go to the attorney or court to sue them, that was all. After a few minutes thanks to the police officer, he called me back and give me the right address where my car was located. I went there, paid the charge, picked up my car and went through a mechanic to check whether they did anything beneath it. The mechanic lifted my car and checked under and said that my cars rear right control arm is bended. His estimation of repair is around $350. If I will not get it done, my right rear tire is gonna be eaten in two weeks. I called them to inform how they damaged my car but the man in charge just told me that they will let their manager know about the situation. I am going to write down a petition to DPS to help me and talk to an attorney about it. So please be advised that if someone from A&A says that there is something happened while towing your car, be cautious and get your checked after you pick it up.

I dont understand why you stake out cars when you choose too. There are cars all the time with no tags but because the tag in our car was not clear enough for your liking you tow it and the way you towed it messed up the front of the car because it is low. Everyone wants to do business but has no morals and wait for hardworking people to tow them. Then even know there is some one sitting there scrolling through social media you make them wait over and hour to get the car for what ! The customer service is trash and then gets upset because you give them the same tone. There is no management to speak to as well. I called several times before being able to get through and then because there records shows a certain the customer is left to have to deal with waiting longer.

My guest’s car was towed last night from Salado at Walnut Creek even though he had the guest permit and it was parked in the guest parking. When I called them and asked them, she started cursing me in a very nasty way which I never heard from any customer representative. First of all it was there fault and then I had to hear her bad mouth as well. They are nothing but stealing the money from people for totally wrong reason. They are nothing but the legal thief.

I wish I could give this place NO stars ! Horrible service young Hispanic girl around her 20s who acts like she cant speak Spanish gives you attitude from the start, wont give you her name and states managers are not available but some how she is able to contact the managers to keepChanging policies at her convience, wont even provide me with managers name or anybody upper than her. They towed my vehicle by accident because my vehicleWas perfectly parked in the RIGHT PLACE. Im Hispanic my self and cannot believe the amount of disrespect that came from this Girl, no courtesy, no respect bottom line not raised RIGHT ! The whole place is a joke

This company its the worst starting with the ladys in the office. They are so rude, treat people with no respect. I felt discriminated the company should have more professional people with more ethic and morals.

Illegally towed my car in a parking spot that is open to the public and terrible customer service. I’ve worked with several courteous wrecker services and none have ever been as horrible as this company. The rude employee claimed I didn’t provide a one hour notice however I stated I would be coming to get my car and the employee never mentioned such a policy when I was on the phone for 6 minutes. When my father called to discuss the issue the employee hung up on him three separate times refusing to explain to him what had happened. In response to the employee refusing to release my car, I was forced to contact the local police department and they dispatched a sheriff’s officer in order to mediate the process. The incredibly rude employee refused to explain the documents she was having me sign and in doing so refused to release my car after the payment had already processed. Had the officer not been there to control the situation I would have never gotten my car. This employee and company have been reported to numerous agencies for illegal and terrible service.Message to owner: Do not bother responding with the same generic copied and pasted response you have used for every angry reviewer. The generic reply is only a reflection on the ignorance and poor business practices that are used to run this company.

They towed my husband’s truck while he was working and then locked the keys in the truck. He had to pay $394.69 with in an hour before getting the truck back. The lady at office was very rude and wouldn’t give her name. They are thieves and very disrespectful. I really hope they go out of business soon.

They only tow expensive cars and charge you an arm and a leg to get it out STRAIGHT SCAM. They favorite line is “there was no Permit present and took a picture” would not recommend parking in no complex that has them as a towing company !!

If possible I’d give a 0. I hope the company gets more legitimate business than secretly towing peoples’s intact cars.

Disgusting family running a disgusting company. They practice UNETHICAL TOWING from driveways during holidays. Mario is a rude creeper. His sister and or girlfriend or whoever answers the phones will hang up on you multiple times with an attitude. Awful company who does predatory towing 🤮🤮. Completely Trash. One of their drivers cut me off while driving. I sped up to go around him and he aggressively came into my lane to cut me off. I finally got around him and he flipped me off. After reading these terrible reviews, Im not surprised. Just thought I should throw my one-star rating out there as well.

My apartment building SEVEN apartments of Greystar started working with this towing company. They were given a key fob to go in a tow anyone they want to. They towed my vehicle which had a proper parking tag while I was on vacation. They dont notify the apartment or the owner of the car when they take it from a secure parking lot with a proper tag on it.The lady who works there is a piece of human garbage. I gave her the proper hour notice that they beg you to abide by. When I arrived i had to bang on the door for 5 mins because she was sleeping at the desk. She rolled down the window, and as I was politely saying hello, she barks ID and basically for the rest of the conversation she cuts me off with everything I say. Throws an ipad in face and demands I sign stuff, without explaining what I was signing. When I asked what it was, she lightly yelled at me a bit and told me to hurry up. And every moment was as unpleasant as the next and it continued like that tell I drove of the property.

I just hired a lawyer to file a lawsuit on this company they illegally towed my vehicle off my driveway and then the tow truck driver forged a signature of another driver that wasnt even working at the time on the slip they damaged my 30,000 dollar classic car by 2,500 dollars in damage and when I asked to speak to a manager they refused I left my number and they never bothered to call back . I have filed complaints and they also towed my other vehicle earlier this week put scratches all over my trunk and I had permission from the office to park there I have spent 750 $ over the last week paying unjust towing fees . This is by far the worst towing company I have ever had an experience with they are crooks do not hire them and if they get your vehicle be sure to check your car and your receipt . These people should loose there license and I am appauld they are still allowed to operate . Who ever the manager is you should BE ASHAMED. I am handicap I have one leg and you towed my car from my drive way . You will be hearing from my lawyer .

The guy who did the towing for us was very kind and helpful. He was timely and professional. I would definitely recommend this for anyone else!

Very fair for a tow business. If theres a problem they do take it serious. They take pride in being the best in the business tow wise & in customer service & satisfaction.

Civil action will be taken soon. Was towed at an apartment complex for taking up two parking spots. This was not the case. Apparently this towing company drives around at 3am looking for random vehicles they like. Why are people so crooked. What goes around comes around.
