When you car is totaled and there are police, fire trucks and EMS on the scene, can be difficult to think clearly. A car crashed through the brick wall in front of our house yesterday, and stayed there, halfway through the wall! I waited with the uninjured driver for the tow truck, wondering how they were going to access the car. To the back of the car there was a busy road, a brick double mailbox, a ditch and a huge oak tree. The front of the car had smashed through the fence and stopped there. The driver, Bobby arrived soon after being called and walked around surveying the situation to figure out the best way to extract the car without further damaging it or the remaining wall. It was amazing to watch as he gently maneuvered the car up and onto the tow ramp and truck without disturbing anything. Very impressive! I would recommend him after witnessing the care and precision he used in this towing job!

The ladies in the office are kind and helpful. Maggie explained the charges to me in a way that made sense. Being in an accident and having your car impounded feels terrible and is made worse when you think about the cost to get your car back in working order. They Would Not Let Me Bring In My Truck To Get My Motorcycle, Which I Understand, But No One Offered To Help Me Roll It Out Of Yard (Which Is About 75 - 100ft). The Motorcycle Had A Bent Rim From An Accident. Some Workers Watched As I Dragged It Out And Never Offered To Help. I Was Able To Get It Half-way In The Truck When The Owner Of Macks Towing Service Helped Me Get The Other Half in The Bed.

I was stranded on the side of the freeway for multiple hours and after calling several tow companies, Rochas towing was the most professional and customer friendly. My car is lowered on air suspension and one of my bags popped so it was just sitting on the ground, but Manny and Armando took super great car of the car. We were quoted 3 hours but Manny personally came less than an hour later to get a look at the situation and get the car ready to be towed as soon as the truck arrived. They only took 1 hour instead of 3 hours. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for towing services

We had our car in there after a drunk driver hit us. We were very worried we were not going to be able to get our belongings because my ID was in the car. But instead of being rude and saying there is no way we can get in (ive had that experience way too many times with tow yards) the woman was understanding and let me get my ID so I could give it to her. Someone hit my car last week and Rochas rowing was called. Henry got there incredibly fast and was very kind. I felt like he looked out for me as well by giving me advice to take photos of the car seats for the insurance which was really helpful since I was so frazzled he was calm and very helpful. I came to Austin from New Braunfels for Vacation and my car shut off on me right when i got to my Hotel. I called many other towing companies to have my Van towed back to New Braunfels and Rochas Towing was the only one able to help me on such short notice. When the man (David Salazar) arrived for the tow he was very proffessional, kind,communicative, and quick with the service. I am very satisfied with their company and his towing service!

Ok, you can see by my other reviews that I tell it like it is. An hour ago my girlfriend was in a major wreck with her daughter and she was very shook up. I rushed over and there were police, ambulance and fire trucks everywhere, and of course a wrecker driver (Rochas Towing) the wrecker driver was named Jay. My girlfriend was in the ambulance getting tended to and there was Jay patiently waiting. When they let her go from treatment we talked to Jay about our options for towing. This young man not a day over 25 began to patiently explain our options from taking the car to our home, to the dealership, and their own facility. When the police interupted to get information he patiently stepped back and said take your time and Ill be right over here to finish telling you your options. The whole time as polite as he could be yes sir, no maam I have dealt with more wrecker drivers in my life than I can count and I have never ever had such courtesy and respect as I had from this young man Jay. We are all conditioned to think wrecker companies and their drivers can be very gruff and mean but Rocha Towing has changed the narrative by hiring and training people who are compassionate and caring and are there to help you in your time of need. I am a seasoned businessman that is rarely if ever fooled by anyone and you can be assured that when I say YOU CAN TRUST THIS WRECKER COMPANY you can... Today was the first day I ever interacted with this company, I dont know the owners or this young man besides my interaction an hour ago, but that interaction was so great and beyond the norm that I immediately came home and wrote this review. My car was totaled in an accident. While car was on their lot, I needed to retrieve my personal effects from the trunk and glove box. They ensured the security of my things by checking with me to make sure I had the registration and collected my drivers license to ensure I was who I said I was, before giving me access to the vehicle.Also, they were very quick to arrive on scene, hooked the car up and provided me with all the info I needed to visit the lot and say my final goodbyes to my totaled, but still new vehicle.Very professional.

This past weekend our vehicle was vandalized in our apartment complex. They stole the factory rims and tires off of our Cadillac DTS. We called one towing company but no one was experienced. I gave Rochas a ring and they sent DAVID SALAZAR out. He was absolutely great. This was a difficult tow due to the vehicle have no wheels. He managed to get the vehicle on the tow truck without damaging anything.It took lots of patience and not once did David get agitated with all the work that needed to be done to put the car on the tow truck.
