Outstanding service! Chris came and helped us on a Sunday night after regular hours.. he was absolutely incredible!! 10 star WOW.. The best tow service I have ever used!! He showed up so quickly and so positive. It was so warming to see a smile when your dealing with something unfortunate. We were up and out no problem. I know who to call when I’m in a situation... you would be STUPID to not use this company!!

Wow. Chris is incredible. My car broke down unexpectedly at a busy intersection, I was trying to get home to feed my baby, Toyota roadside finally quoted me over an hour wait for a tow truck, I was distressed, he pulled up next to me and offered a tow. And then wouldnt let me pay the full price. He was a godsend. Whenever I have car trouble he will be my first call. What a stand up guy.

When my car died in the middle of Hwy 71, Chris, the owner, was quick to respond, and knew exactly what to do to get my car off the side of the road and to the repair shop. He was careful when pulling my vehicle onto his truck to ensure it did not scrape on the front nor on the back, which I really appreciated, and he made sure everything was put back into the correct place before he drove away. Definitely a good experience in a bad situation!

After a blowout on I-35 at midnight and working with insurance to get roadside assistance, it took two companies showing up after long waits to tell me they brought the wrong vehicle. It was in the notes, and they failed to read them. Which means at 3 am I was still on the side of the road waiting. Finally my insurance located J&A Towing, and Chris showed up within 25 minutes (not the 75-100 minutes the other companies did), took care of me, dropped my car off at the repair shop, and even took me home. He was head and shoulders better than any other towing company I’ve had to use. I highly recommend. You can tell he cares about the service, not just the “show up fee.”

Chris, the owner of J-A towing is a God send! Chris showed up on site believing that he was to do a local tow, but what we actually needed was long distance towing. My insurance company partners with Agero for their roadside assistance and they provided Chris with the incorrect destination address ( along with several mistakes that night). Chris arrived on site at midnight and once we explained the fiasco that we had endured he didnt leave our side. He told us that he didnt want to leave us women stranded at midnight which Agero was fully prepared to do. After speaking with several managers and agents we finally got everything straightened out at 2 am and Chris made the long distance haul. Highly recommend. After hitting (what felt like) a manhole in the road in Spicewood, my BMW instantly got two flat tires on the driver side. I needed to get my Tesla towed after running out of battery, and J&A Towing Service was called by my roadside assistance service. I couldnt be happier with the service they provided. They spent hours trying to troubleshoot a way to get the car on the bed (when the Tesla runs out of battery, you cant even put the car in neutral). After nothing would work, Chris called a buddy of his who had a dolly for cars (!), had him at the site within 30 minutes, and stuck around to make sure my car made it home safely.Any other towing company would have thrown their arms up and said, sorry, youre out of luck. But Chris really cares about his customers and made sure I was satisfied with the service. I honestly couldnt be happier after such a stressful situation. If I ever, ever get stuck on the road for any reason again, Ill call Chris directly. I wouldnt want anyone else towing my vehicle.

Best price and top-notch service. $65 quoted by phone for a 1.5-mile flatbed tow. I got a flat tire and couldnt remove it due to having broken my keyed lug nut adapter. Chris and Mohamed were very generous with their time and eager to help. We spent 30 minutes trying to remove the keyed lug nut but ended up having to tow the car to a shop anyway. Even with the additional time spent trying to remove the lug nut, Chris still wanted to charge only $65 for the tow. I appreciate your enthusiastic attitude - your approach to business improved my perception of the auto wrecker industry. Thanks, guys!

Best towing experience ever! I live in Hudson Bend/Lakeway. I called every local tow company and a few not so local. Not only did Chris from J-A Towing Services answer the phone but he is the owner. I explained how the other companies required me to sign a waiver releasing them of liability if they damage my car (get insurance other companies). Chris said he would guarantee not to damage my car and come out personally to do the tow (no waiver needed) and he did it for nearly half the price of every other swindling towing company I called. If you need a quality honest tow, do not waste time, call J-A!

Chris was so helpful and provided incredible service. While car trouble can be frustrating, this experience was different in that Chris was very customer oriented and made sure everything was taken care of for me. The price is reasonable and the timeframe of it all was very quick. He even has a good sense of humor and lightened the mood from a frustrating situation of needing a tow.

After calling 15 places at 1 am to get a tow truck to get me home, I had 2 options J-A or another company who wanted to charge more than double what he quoted me. He got to me super fast got me home safe and we had a nice conversation along the way. I hope I never need another tow truck but if I ever do this will be my first call.

Chris was very professional and kind. I called in to ask if they could tow my car since my car was stuck in the ditch and my car was having trouble to move. I knew it was stuck and decided to call a towing service. I called four towing companies and they all gave me an estimated arrival time of roughly thirty to fourty-five minutes. I called Chris and he told me he was going to be there shortly. He arrived to my location after 10 minutes. He used a winch and pulled my car out of the mud. My car did not incur any damage.
