They towed my truck to the shop when I had a battery issue. I rode in the cab with driver Quincy, who was very courteous and professional. His truck was super clean and comfortable to ride in. He also pointed out that the angle of one of my tires looked a little off, a potentially dangerous situation that I asked the shop to check out when we got there. Highly recommended.

First of all!!!... I was quoted 3hrs...he was there almost as soon as I hung up the phone!I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Quincy Brown. He knew how to get my truck where it needed to be without damaging it due to the existing concrete damage. In the long run the attention to detail saved me a lot of extra money in repair expenses that were already going to be expensive in the 1st place. I would recommend them to anyone. The service was timely and extremely professional... A1!!!

I contacted AAA, and they sent 1st Call Towing. Jimmie arrived before the estimated time of arrival to pick up my car. He checked my battery to see if it was able to start. When it wasnt, he hooked up my car and had it on the flat bed in no time. He safely delivered my car 20 miles away to the repair shop that I use. I appreciated his professionalism and his kindness. He saved me a lot of trouble and made the wait time as short as possible.

Probably one of the top 3 worst experiences in my life happened today with 1st place towing LLC. Allen the local manager/Dispatcher told me after waiting 2 hours for them I would have to take an Uber because of recent COVID flare ups.Now keep in mind he never told this to me or my insurance when it was set up originally. I was told only after I set 2 hours in the Texas Summer with no A/C. He promised he would talk to his upper management to see what they would do AND would call my insurance and see if he could facilitate getting me another wrecker service since I had already set for 2 hours.Well after about 30 minutes I called him back to see what had happened. He would not answer his phone, I call him from another phone and he answers about 2nd ring. Obviously he never did things mentioned above and after a brief conversation he says I was too cheap to buy an urber ride and hangs up on me. My destination was about 55 miles away so an urber would have cost an additional 100 bucks on top of the fee of the tow (after set fee of insurance) and they were already going to the exact place I was why Uber ?There are currently no city mandates requiring masks to be worn inside but I would have gladly worn a mask, heck two if needed. I am vaccinated and I told him so but sadly Allen’s dishonesty, lack of compassion & empathy and especially lack of follow through when promising to help would make me think twice before dealing with this service. Not sure which is worse fake empathy or no empathy at all but very unprofessional.This was the first time I have needed a wrecker service in years. I hope this isn’t how all wrecker services work, but I am thinking this was one of the bottom feeders of wrecker services by their professionalism. Next service that came out after an additional hour of waiting (979 wrecker service) was professional, very nice and happily let me ride with him and was a pleasant experience. Stay away from Allen & 1st call towing LLC. They’ll make your bad day much worse

Highly recommend 1st Call Towing. They came quickly to assist me with my lockout...they actually arrived a little before the ETA time which was impressive. They were professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again.🙂

Tow driver by the name of DaeDae is highly professional, knowledgeable, and possess the full out competency to successfully load a vehicle for towing, even if the vehicle cannot be put in neutral.This guy is certified, highly recommend 1st call Towing.Armada Towing license shall be revoked asap!

Guy was on 290 in manor. Almost side swioed my vehicle. At the stop light he rolled his window down. I asked what was his problem?he was slurring and his eyes were very low. Obviously he was driving while impared. Hethen proceeded down 290 and started veering off the lane into center median. His vehicle was driving off the lane completely.at the next stop light he rolled his window down again. Wanting to provoke a fight and telling me to pull over. I called 911 to report this vehicle with California plates and business logo. Ireported that a middle aged african american was driving while impared.

Called them and they came with the hour. Most Tow companies take about 1-2 hours. They communicated what they were doing and when to expect them. The main part is communication. No one likes to wait but its always good to know the info.

Call roadside service to get my car pick up they assignedthe job to this towing company. The job was assigned at 12:00 noonwith a Eta time of 90 mins its is now 3:30 pm on Monday 30,2020call the company very unprofessional gave me the round aroundcall roadside company to see what the eta was they said they talk thetow company and gave the an eta 20 min so 10 mins later tow companycall me and gives me an eta of 45 mins to 1 hour or later. Freaking lairshorrible service dont use this company at all. Just look at there reviews2 star company poor service.
