My family is a big fan of Dr. Stanley Lin. My mom had a preparation for a permanent bridge done in February 2020 right before the Covid pandemic started. But then she couldnt get the second part of it done a few weeks later like planned because of the pandemic. We came back the next year after vaccinations, which made it complicated. Dr. Lin was so great about the whole process. He really looked out for what was best for her both medically and financially. My mom says Dr. Lin is the best dentist shes ever had and she only wants to come to him in the future.

My experience at Legend Dental was incredible! The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and the lobby was very comfortable with a family friendly movie playing. Cassie, my dental hygienist, was very experienced, friendly and funny. Took my scans quickly and was understanding when I had to remove my multiples earrings. Dr. Napoli was very educated, professional, quick and friendly. Would highly recommend to any and everyone!

Legend Dental was easy to schedule. Staff was super friendly. I absolutely loved the dental hygienist Amanda Wilson. She took her time and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable.

I am very impressed with the level of care and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. Amanda, my hygienist was thorough and gentle. Dr Lin took the time to explain what my options are going forward. I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the woman that looked into my dental insurance particulars and explained it to me. All in all, I couldn’t hope for a better experience at a dental office.

Went to Legend Dental yesterday for a cleaning and felt they did a great job and throughly looked for any issues. It turned out an old filling had broken and a cavity formed underneath but they were able to fix it while I was the in the office. The procedure was surprisingly short and completely painless! I’d definitely recommend them!

I’m currently in the process of an investigation with The Texas Board of Dental Examiners and one of the practitioners at Legend Dental. All I can say is, don’t get a root canal done here. I had one done and for two years I kept coming back and telling them something wasn’t right and they brushed it off as “it’s just healing it takes time” and I finally got a second opinion and found out they missed one whole canal in my root and I’ve had an infected tooth for two years during a global pandemic. This put my general health at risk in a severe way and when I went back to ask them to fix their work they told me there is nothing they could do and tried to sell me on getting a dental implant. Went to a different endodontist and they were able to successfully save the tooth by cleaning out that canal and ALSO were able to remove a piece of metal file that was left behind by Legend Dental in my root canal.

I had a great experience at my first visit! Osha and Dr. Mills were very professional and showed great care for my experience and my teeth.

Dr. Lin is very friendly and doesnt suggest unnecessary treatment like those dentists that work for corporations - be weary of those clinics. Dr Lin explained my treatment plan in detail and explained the dental terminology to where I could understand. Over all the staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend this clinic for your dental needs.

Amanda made this experience for me super positive and comfortable! Even when my teeth & gums weren’t at their best, Amanda never made me feel bad. She worked with me and truly cared about helping my gums get healthier. Her friendly, silly, and caring personality helped make this experience one that I enjoy! She’s at legend dental Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I highly recommend her!

The experience at this office is wonderful. Very very welcoming, professional, and kind. They gave me a bunch of free stuff for being a first time patient, and the whole office was honestly so tidy and the staff was all nice to each other too, which makes a big difference.

I went in on an emergency tooth problem came out with knowing everything I ever had questions about. The dentist was so nice and patient. He actually listens to you and what your concerns are. I have finally found a dentist I can call my own.

I have been taking my children here for years and have never had any issues with the orthodontic staff. I have only had problems with Patricia, the office manager. She was very condescending when I spoke with her regarding a balance I was never informed I had from almost 6 months ago! Thankfully, we so happened to go into the office because had the 6-month mark passed, I would not be able to file an appeal with my insurance company. The insurance company requested medical records for a particular date of service and were sent records for the incorrect date of service. (In which, Patricia stated she sent personally.) That was the reason my claim was denied and I now have a balance. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had an unpleasant experience with her. She needs additional training on how to provide adequate customer service and humility.

Great place, very nice staff! Willing to work with you on anything! And answer any questions with a great attitude! They make you feel comfortable and they tell you exactly what is going to happen and explain things to you ina way yu can understand!

I would not recommend this place. I wrote on my intake for that I had previously had an adverse reaction to anesthesia with epinephrine. I verbally told the dentist that twice: once on the day he put on a temporary crown and once on the day when he put on the permanent crown. On the second visit, after giving me one or two shots of the anesthesia without epinephrine, he decided to use the kind with epinephrine without informing me or asking my permission.I had seizures lasting several minutes. I would occasionally regain consciousness and think, People die from these things before losing consciousness again.Eventually, he called for an ambulance and told the EMTs that he got clearance to use that from my primary care doctor, which I later found out was a lie. Not only did he not get clearance, he never called her at all. He lied to EMTs about potentially critical information in order to save his own skin, and in doing so, he compromised the level of care I would receive.They took me to the emergency room where I had a horrible panic attack. The ER doctor told me that I had had many seizures most likely due to the dentist knowingly administering the anesthesia.Dr. Stanley Lin could have killed me that day. I would not recommend you use his services. Oh, and that permanent crown, it popped off three months later resulting in hundreds of dollars in dental care, of course I chose a different dentist.

I received excellent dental care from Dr. Perna and her staff. Dr. Jennifer Perna is extremely knowledgeable about cosmetic dental procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Perna and her staff.

I’ve been to several dentists over the last 15 years. I’ve been to the fancy, upscale ones only to find out how much they want to gouge you for. The workmanship is poor and the cleaning is satisfactory. At Legend dental, there is nothing fancy about it. I’ve gone back and forth between here and another dentist office. Every time I’ve gone here, I’ve been extremely happy with the cleanings. I had to have filling work done on two teeth, one of which needed rework. I have sensitivity when it comes to fillings and drilling. With this company, I’ve never had a problem. Of course they make sure they give me extra Novocain. Quick and painless. Staff is always pleasant.

Their job is the worst... they said I needed a root canal on une of my tooth I had it done and after 3 months or les then that started to turned black I call and they said they would love to fix it but because a I have the braces on they couldn’t until I get rid off the braces after a year I have my braces took off and guess what now they can’t do nothing about it ... honestly the worst experience ever not coming back .

I followed my dentist (Dr. Lin) from another practice to Legend Dental. At first, I was scared that the cost might change and I would have to find another dentist. However, that was totally not the case and I ended up saving money. Dr. Lin is a great dentist and is always honest about whats best for your teeth, never trying to push unnecessary procedures in your direction. I hadnt been to the dentist in 12 years and Dr. Lin found the best procedures for my teeth without breaking my budget. I highly recommend!

Went in to try and get 48 year old crown replaced and couldnt do to bone loss. The staff, the doctor, the hygienist are all some of the nicest people you will EVER meet. They all take the time and patience to let you know best options, etc. Just cant say enough good about them and clinic is super clean!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Check-up: xrays and cleaning. Hygienist (Amanda Wilson) and x-ray technician were excellent: professional, careful and friendly. Amanda was patient and gentle, my best cleaning ever. 4 out of 5 stars because I always have to wait 15+ minutes after my appointment time, listening to a tv no one watches.

Dr Lin and Jackie are amazing! They took care of all my dental needs seamlessly and took time to explain everything. I’m happy this place takes my insurance. I highly recommend coming here!

My dental hygienist, Amanda, was thoughtful and gentle. She checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable at many points in the visit. Instead of scolding me for not flossing enough, she praised my new good habits and gave me tips for how to deal with problem areas. I hope I get Amanda next time Im in for a cleaning.And Dr. Perna was great, as always. Shes sweet and efficient.

I took my granddaughter here to get a new retainer as hers had broken. After the initial exam they said she needed braces or Invisalign which would be over $3,000. She wore braces when she was young. Her teeth were straight. We went to another dentist. Sure enough she needs a new retainer, impressions were made and all will be ready in 3 days. Cost is around $300. Won’t be going back to Legends.

Had my teeth cleaned today. It had been a while (twice as long as my usual) because of cancellations, due to COVID and I was very nervous. Hygienist Amanda was very gentle and used numbing gel to help relieve my anxiety about having my teeth cleaned. I did not feel judged and I really appreciated the little bit of extra time and care she took - reminding me to breathe and relax, and never making me feel like I was asking extra. :)

I have been here just twice but have had a wonderful experience both times. The ladies up front are super nice and friendly. I have had Dr. Schultz and he has been great. He has been super thorough explaining and answering any questions and he saved me $300 when he thought I needed a crown but was able to save the tooth without one. That is huge to me! He couldve done it anyways saying it was necessary, but instead he only did what he thought was really needed. Great experience!

The back end is great but the front office staff needs improvement. Upon my arrival I did not get any greeting or confirmation of the reason for my appointment; I was pushed into making an appointment 6 months done the road. Then to pay up front for work that will be done for current visit. I was handed paperwork to fill out but then shoved a receipt to sign in my face while I was attempting to complete the paperwork. I know I was having a bad morning, but this is not the first time Ive dealt with uncordial front office staff. One more strike and Im out.

When I was young, I had a few traumatic experiences with dentists as Im sure many of us have. Suffice to say, I was a little hesitant to go back to the dentist. But thankfully the wonderful people at Legend Dental were so kind and patient with me. It seems my mouth reacts very slowly to anesthesia (I did not know this about myself). I made sure to let them know that it had not kicked in yet and they waited a good long while for me to be ready. Beyond that, they were professional, fun, and understanding. I would easily recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

Wow! Didnt know I could be wowed by a dentist, but there it is. Changed dentists due to dental insurance SNAFU and found this place via insurance website. That was definitely the best dental experience Ive had in my 50(give out take 10, right?) years. Everyone at this office was extremely pleasant, polite and professional. Arrived on time to my appointment and was seen almost immediately. Like I said, everyone was great-from Megan and Keisha in front through Rubi and (didnt get hygenists name?).All had great interpersonal skills and explained what they were doing before doing it. They checked for possible pain and sensitivity concerns before digging in. Dr. Schultz likewise had a very easy-going manner that made the visit a joy. X-ray and other technology was impressive too. Kudos to him and his staff for doing such a great job. I will definitely be back.

The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. They always see you at your scheduled appointment time, which is very important to me!! I hate being made to wait when I show up on time. This was the first time seeing Dr. Schultz and he was very professional and made me feel very at ease. The assistant Ruby was great as well. I have always had a positive experience here and highly recommend going here.

Had 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Hassler. He was very personable and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He told me to let him know whenever I feel pain and he took proper action immediately. His assistant Ruby was very friendly and helpful as well. In addition, my 4 fillings done by Dr. Schultz earlier went smoothly. Im getting another 3 filled soon and Im sure they will be taken care of without any issue. Tooth extractions and other dental work is not fun, however, the doctors and staff at Legend Dental made my visits as pleasant as they could be, and I greatly appreciate that.

Great experience every time I visit Dr. Schultz. I literally drive from Dallas to Austin to see him because I didnt want to switch after I moved. Hes super polite and makes sure you understand everything about your treatment plan. 11/10, staff is great - would recommend.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dentist is very good at her job. Now I cant say too much good about who they go thru to make the dentures. I had my dentures only 5 month and they cracked! Then I had to pay $165 for them to send it off to be repaired! They really need to get some kind of warranty on them considering I paid out of pocket around $700 ! Because Medicare dosent pay for dentures.

This dental office is great! My daughters previously had a bad dental experience, and I have a very hard time taking them to someone who has a lot of patience and can work with my kids. The staff is very nice and explains all dental work in detail. Dr. Sama was great in keeping my children calm during the exam and their dental treatment. As a mother, I do recommend Legend Dental for children s dental needs.

I made an appointment with Legend Dental after calling around to many other offices to gather quotes over the phone for an exam w/ a cleaning and a removal of a permanent retainer. The woman on the phone quoted $165 for the exam with cleaning and then said I would be given a quote for the removal of the bottom retainer at the visit. I was adamant on the phone and then again in person, that I wanted to be consulted before any charges were made on the visit. After the exam by the 2 doctors that were there, the front desk lady came in and gave me the quotes. Not only was there nothing on the quote for $165, they were going to charge me $217 for just the exam and xrays, with NO CLEANING. The cleaning was quoted at an additional $508. I walked out and was required to pay $99 for the exam after I signed up for some special they had going on for first time patients. There was no consultation as to the original quote or any communication at all in regards to what was originally agreed upon. Then at the end the front desk couldnt even provide me with a receipt of the charges incurred during the visit that I never agreed on, yet still ending up paying. I would not recommend this place if you like to plan for your doctors visits and dont want to be taken advantage of.I contacted the locations manager personally as instructed by the companies response to this review and never received a response. Also was told that there would be reimbursement for the services that I never was communicated during the visit that I was being charged for and still no refund has been made. False words yet again.

I went in for my 6 months cleaning and did not get it done because they want to do the deep cleaning which my insurance does not cover. So I was not real happy about that, seems like they wanted to do everything that my insurance did not cover. So all I got was ex rays and shown what was going on in my mouth. Really nice people and place.

I first went with an emergency when a tooth cracked. They got me in very quickly and repaired the damage at reasonable expense. Both staff and dentist were very pleasant and efficient. Service was excellent.

Took a day off to get a routine cleaning. It started with the xrays, but then when they realized that my insurance wasnt corresponding to their network, they literally stopped working, and did not perform any cleaning. I said that I would pay out of pocket since I got a PTO for this, but I just got a no. So I had to go to another place, finally had the xrays twice, and paid twice. I do not recommend. This is not a professional way of treating patients.

Have been going here for a couple years for check-ups and cleanings. Also, had a tooth repaired here and was very happy with the way it turned out.I am always seen on-time and appreciate that with my busy schedule. Looking forward to coming here for many years to come.

I writing this as Im literally sitting in the dental chair. Its 4:20, my appointment was for 3:30 and I have not yet had anyone even look at my teeth. I understand running behind, but this is not the 1st thing that has gone wrong since my 1st appointment here about a month ago. With my first appointment, I received a confirmation for the wrong time. When I called the office they said it was for someone else & to disregard. When I showed up for my scheduled time, they said they tried to call (a call I never received) but my insurance wasnt valid. I asked them to call again, and magically there was no problem so I ended up waiting while this call was going on. I am not pleased & will not be returning to Legend Dental.

The dentist was great but the hygienist and office staff were the worst. I went in to get 2 fillings and a deep cleaning. The dentist did a great job with the fillings and then gave me more pain meds for the deep cleaning at which point I was left alone for well over an hour until I wasnt fully numb. That coupled with the clueless office staff who couldnt explain why I was being made to wait or what the ETA was and the rude hygienist means I will be finding a new dentist.

My first visit exceeded my expectations. Dr. Schultz and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The experience was nothing short of amazing.

Finding a dentist is not easy. We found Legend dental and couldnt be happier. My wife had the worse tooth infenction you can imagine. They had a hard time numbing her but the Dr. Perna and a special thanks to Angelia took such good care of her. They have a wonderful staff beyond our expectations. Now my wife is recovering beautifully. Thanks to the staff at the Anderson ln location.❤❤❤❤
