This office was incredible, they were extremely professional and had zero wait time. They were very thorough in everything they did. Would 100% recommend them to anyone. The staff is very sweet and friendly as well as professional.

I took my 2 kids, 6 and 8, to this office. And we were all able to be in the same room, as they had a twin room with 2 beds. The ladies at the front along with the doctor were very friendly and understanding to my children who are terrified of the dentist. They were able to watch Netflix with headphone to stay calm during their cleanings. The kids were cooperative and left with smiles. As a parent I am extremely grateful and impressed with the amount of care and effort the ladies at this office put into their work. Thank you.

We love coming here for our Dental services, specially the costumer service is great. We love that the ladies there speak Spanish and can answer all of our questions. There a very flexible with scheduling appointment for both my husband and I. 👍😊

I have been going to Daylight Dental for about a year and a half. All I really want in a dentist is someone who doesn’t try to scam me (I once had another dentist tell me I had 9 cavities - I got a 2nd opinion and, hey, zero cavities!) or sell me a bunch of services I don’t need. Daylight delivers. I have not had to wait long for my cleaning appointments. Good experiences all around.

Untrustworthy. I go to the dentist every 6 months and in my 3 previous trips (which were all at different dentists) I had xrays and exams showing no cavities. So I come here and the dentist says I suddenly have 7 cavities that must have appeared within the last 6 months after having gone years without any new cavities. Big red flag. She showed me the xrays and I agreed that *possibly* 3 were showing faint shadows so I reluctantly had her to do 3 fillings. The other 4 supposed cavities I told them Id wait because I wanted a second opinion. I go back to an old dentist that I used to like a lot (this is again a different dentist than the 3 prior to coming to daylight dental), he does xrays and an exam, compares them to my last ones from 2018 and says theyre the exactly the same and I have no cavities. I feel like daylight dental was trying to take advantage of me and that I may have had a couple fake cavities filled.

Daylight Dental was an awesome experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and fast. They explained my x-rays and options and I felt completely informed on my dental health. I would highly recommend Daylight Dental.

I had a wonderful experience at Daylight Dental. Its never fun going to the dentist but they explained the procedures, the billing and they were able to get everything done within a few days. I didnt have to wait a month to see my dentist. Very friendly staff, they follow strict Covid-19 guidelines so everyone is safe. Id certainly recommend Daylight Dental!

Had a crown/root canal from 10 years get reinfected. Went to them to confirm. It was confirmed. They would not prescribe pain killers n gave me the run around when i asked again.Sure enough the tylenol n ibuprofen stop working and I ended up in severe pain one night for 3 hours. Had to call an ambulance. So basically i had to go to the emergency room to get prescription pain killers. If id been prescribed tylenol 3. Once taken the codeine would have metabolized into morphine n killed the pain in 10 minutes. Basically dont go to this dentist if your in pain n expect script meds. Ill never go back. Cause think about it after all those years of schooling they dont know what there doing in terms of dental pain. 25 year history of dental work n first dentist who wouldnt prescribe pain meds.

Came in as a new patient and Wow. The assistant that helped me was very nice and explained every to me. I really loved how they personalize a treatment plan and break everything down. They go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and content.Will definitely come back!

I moved to this area over a year ago and was struggling to find a dentist in the area that was affordable and was flexible with my work schedule.They have appointments up until 6:30pm (major bonus points!!!!) and are open on Saturdays, so I’m always able to find time to visit.Daylight is quick - cleanings take 20 minutes max and the team is always super friendly.With Covid-19, they’re taking extra precautions and you can tell they really do put safety first, rather than just saying “we’re all in it together.”Definitely check them out if you’re in the market for a new dentist!

Came in for a check up today and everyone is very friendly. The doctor did my exam and took pictures of my teeth and went over everything with me in details. It was very helpful to see the pictures as she was telling me about the condition of my teeth. Afterward, the assistant went over my treatment plan and explained my insurance coverage along with my out of pocket expenses. They took their time and made sure all my questions were answered. My cleaning was great today and I love seeing the before and after pictures. All the stains are gone and my teeth look so much whiter. Definitely recommend!

Super friendly and attentive stuff - best part is that they are open on weekends, which is great for people who are too busy during the week.Rating 4 stars because I did have a longer than normal wait time, ~45 minds, to be seen by the doctor once the x-Rays were done.

Dr. Pham is kind, efficient, and transparent in all of her work! She makes sure I am comfortable and completely understand everything that’s happening in each visit. My boyfriend came here and was overcharged over $400. We realized this and worked with billing for a couple weeks to sort it out. They are reimbursing us for the amount overcharged. However, had we not questioned it or did some research, the situation would have been left as is which is a scary thought. It is not our job to be thorough in the work they are doing. The staff was nice but he should not have been overcharged that much in the first place.

Took my 1 year old for her first dentist visit. The front office staff were warm and welcoming. They have a nice space for children in the waiting room. The doctor was great with our little one and made it a great experience!

Everyone I’ve interacted with here has been very kind. Unlike most dentists I’ve been to, I can usually get an appointment here on a last minute notice if something is hurting or is urgent. Also, they are VERY clear about making sure you’re aware of whatever something may cost (and they have very fair pricing in my experience) so you don’t get any unfortunate surprises when you are leaving. As someone who was swindled out of thousands from a past dentist, I appreciate so much how they are upfront on every cost before you begin any treatments.

After going to another dentist office in south Austin which a complete train wreck and caused major stress and anxiety, Im so happy to have found Daylight dental!The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle. Its rare I have to wait longer than 10 minutes for my appointment. I literally check in, sign the waiver forms, then am immediately called back for my cleaning every time. In and out in there in less than an hour. They are also great with children and make my ten year old feel comfortable/relaxed during his visits.
