Upon arriving I was very anxious due to the fact I had not been to dentist in 20 yrs. Everyone was very professional, polite and helpful.I had tooth extracted very quickly and painlessly. Dr Coleman understood my anxiety and kept me informed throughout procedure.Im happy to report that even though Dr Coleman gave me prescriptions for Tylenol and Ibuprofen, I had absolutely no pain after returning home.I would definitely refer friends and family to Peak Dental.

Wonderful place to have dental work done. The team here are very friendly and treat you with the upmost professionalism and care. They treat you like family. They guided me through every step for my family’s needs and concerns. No question nor task was to simply nor to big. If they don’t know the answer they will find it as it was in my case. I came in last week for a cleaning and check up. It had been a while since my last cleaning because I had to cancel my last dental appointment that was scheduled in April 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The staff was incredibly nice, and the office space was clean and inviting. However, they recommended a bunch of work that didnt seem right to me, including some extractions, multiple fillings, and a deep cleaning. When the finance person came in to explain all of this (after I waited for 40 minutes), they mentioned that I could do half of the work this year and half next year because it would likely use up my full $1,500 dental insurance maximum for both years and cost more than $1,000 out of pocket just for this year alone. This was shocking to me, as I dont have any tooth pain. I also dont have bleeding gums or sensitivity. I decided to get a second opinion, and Im so glad that I did. The folks at Tech Ridge Dental took a look and suggested just one filling and a regular cleaning, which will cost a grand total of $98 out of pocket.I will also note that Peak Dental sent over x-rays for my second opinion, but they were low quality, so I had to get new x-rays. Tech Ridge Dental did them for free.

Everyone was so nice. Loved it! They have very affordable plans and prices and the dentist was awesome. Plucked my tooth like a plucked chicken. It was so fast and didn’t hurt a bit. This was first visit and will definitely be going back.

Really amazing service! I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and and having a toothache and the dentist was very knowledgeable around what will be the best route to take care of my dental issues while also keeping in mind my baby’s overall health and safety too. All staff is super polite, friendly and very welcoming! I had my first appointment with them today and walked out feeling well cared for and in good hands!

Its my first time today at Peak Dental on East Parmer Lane, North Austin despite I drive pass for years. Right from the front desk staff that called me to remind me of my appointment to receiving me into their facility is extremely pleasant and warm. The Doctor, nurses and the technician are all professional. The best thing was how open and plain they are about my diagnosis. Ill recommend them to anyone. Thanks Guys.

I had my crown replaced because I didn’t like the shading and I wanted them to Match (they still don’t match and made no difference) AND THEY talked me into now having two crowns what a waste of 3000$ 4 months later one had broken in the back after I had told them my bite was off and they said it was fine and I complained about it and they never scheduled me in to fix it. Now both of my front teeth hurt like hell and they just made my life worse.Also the dentist said “well At least they look better than before” just rude.Save your money go elsewhere.Thanks 😊

Peak Dental was an awesome experience. They were very professional and skilled at meeting my need. I had a tooth that had half of it broken off. Dr Kohlman worked to reconstruct the base of the tooth so that a crown could be made to fit. Gabby was an awesome dental assistant and was able to provide what was needed. I highly recommend Dr Kohlman and Peak Dental when you find yourself needing a quality dentist that really cares about you and your needs.

Woke up with an abscessed tooth on a Saturday morning. I live in Bastrop and none of the dental offices here in town were open or willing to squeeze me in to deal with the abscess. Called Peak Dental and quickly set an appointment for the afternoon. Easy check in with the online paperwork they linked me too. Xrays were quick and done well. The staff was thorough in their explanations about my situation and within a couple hours I was done with the extractions I needed. Dentist was very efficient without sacrificing my pain. All and all a great experience. I will be returning to them for any further dental needs.

I was having jaw pain and thought it would be a good idea to see a dentist. When I came into the office my entire visit took nearly 3 hours from start to finish and most of my time was spent waiting on the dentist and the dental hygienist.They told me I had 9 cavities even though I’ve been to a dentist my entire life. Me not knowing any better followed their advice to get fillings. They gave me pain medication with a few shots in my mouth. I guess they weren’t strong enough because as soon as they started working I was in tears because of the amount of pain I felt. After the appointment my jaw still hurt. I went back a few days later and the original dentist wasn’t there, but another one was and when I asked if she could refer me to an oral surgeon she said she couldn’t because she didn’t do my procedure, and that they’d have to set up another appointment with the other dentist. I decided to give up and go somewhere else for my next cleaning. When I went to my new dentist they stated that the fillings this office completed were unsatisfactory and that I should ask for a refund.Please be cautious of getting your fillings here.Update: I went back, and they explained my case to me and listened to my concerns. They did fix my cavities, but I’d still be cautious with getting fillings here since it was still VERY painful.

Yareli was so helpful and friendly. She made my visit so easy. The dentist was also really nice and dealt with my sensitive gag reflex really well. I’ll start my review by listing the positives of this location.First, customer service is very good here. Always kind and respectful.Second, this location is very clean and well kept.Third, the actual dental work they do is well performed according to my new dentist. More on that later.Fourth, their cleanings are quick and well done.Now on to the things that led my family to switch.First, I had no dental issues before coming to this clinic. At my first appointment I was told I needed about $6,000+ of work done. Seemed a bit odd but I went along with them for a few visits. However, after a few negative experiences, I sought out a new dentist. That dentist determined that most if not all of the work was unneeded. This leaves me quite frustrated due to the bad experience I have had here.Second, every appointment I had made feel as if I was inconveniencing them. It always seemed as they were in a hurry. I had to ask them to slow down at nearly every appointment.Third, quite aggressive with tool usage and shots. Could feel the needles scraping my teeth and possibly bone? Again, I had to ask them the take it easy.Final thoughts.This is a good dentist, just get second opinions when confronted with huge list of work that needs to be done. I would only recommend this location for cleanings or urgent care.

I am 30 weeks pregnant and have been seeing Dr. Kohlman for a deep gum cleaning. I appreciate the kindness and the care especially being this far along. Pleasant staff, due to the recent winter event there is two offices combined and things went quite well with that in consideration. Dr. Kohlman is very goodI highly recommend him.

You get a discount if you have someone that refers you, and the discount makes a huge difference, you can just say I referred you (Xavier Nolen) and bam there you go, discount if its your first time. Ended up getting a tooth extraction because they could not save my tooth with a root canal. There will always be pain at a dentist but thats normal they also gave me plenty of numbing so I wouldnt feel it. Dont be afraid to tell them you still feel pain. They will do their best to make sure it as pain-free as possible. United Healthcare apparently doesnt cover very much but they are honestly the best dentist I can remember ever going to.

I’ve been living in Austin for almost 3 years now and I’m the type of person that is always caught up on my preventative care (dental and medical) for me and my child. So when I had my first check up, I was not pleased at all with a dentist office that we chose because of the hours. Luckily my brother and sister in law looked up peak dental and enjoyed their visit with Dr. ZeeZee so my husband and I decided to check it out. We got an appointment in a very timely manner, Josie will tell you exactly what it is you’re gonna be looking at price wise before they get started, and if you can’t pay it all at once they will work to accommodate you the best way possible. When I mean to tell you from Lisa to Josie to the beautiful Dr. ZeeZee herself they are all awesome, personable, informative, energetic, kind hearted women! They make you feel right at home from the laughter, Conversation, and even to the music thats played in the office. I absolutely adore going to Peak Dental! Myself, Husband, 13 year old, Mother, Brother, and Sister in Law all go to peak dental.. you’re missing out on absolutely wonderful care if you haven’t booked an appointment!

Desperate to get my husbands tooth ache treated, I found Peak Dental. His treatment was excellent. When I had an unexpected tooth issue, I went to Peak. Everyone from the Office staff. Chair Assistants and Dr. ZiZi were very caring and professional. I required a tooth extraction and bridge. I am older with hard to match teeth color. But my new bridge looks natural and fits perfectly. Thank you to everyone at Peak Dental.

I had to end up taking my some to my appointment with me and while getting my x-rays done or anytime he would get fussy the whole stuff should chip in and help keep him occupied. I was so great full for their help and understanding!

I am over the moon with the service and treatment I have received here. I initially broke a tooth the day after Christmas and they tended to me right away! I had to go back about a week later for root canal and a temporary crown and bridge. Leon was fantastic! Super efficient, clean and very covid conscious. This is the first time Ive ever used them and I will continue to do so!! Highly recommended!

Went to the Parmer location for the first time and had a pretty stellar experience. First off, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I waited for maybe less than 3 minutes and got right to my cleaning. Dr. Zizi there was very thorough and I felt really well taken care of. Love that feeling when you walk out of a good dental experience and your mouth just feels clean and fresh.

I love peak dental. The dentist used to give me terrible anxiety but everyone is so nice and friendly. Dr. Kohlmann in Pflugerville is my typical dentist but I recently saw dr. Zayed and would highly recommend both doctors!

This location is very neat and clean, All staff is very friendly specially Dr Lalezari and assistant Cynthia, they did really great job on my treatment. They check with insurance and told me exact cost will be to me for my treatment prior, I like to make them my family dentist.

The level of professionalism at this establishment from the initial phone call to schedule new patient appointments to the moment I walked out the door after my visit was exemplary. For starters, Im especially impressed with Kiki and her polished customer service skills. Ive not had the best of luck at other dental offices but after speaking with Kiki, my faith in front desk operations has been restored. She is polite and accommodating. Thank you, Kiki!! Dr. Kohlman and his assistant (I didnt get her name) are awesome as well. I ask A LOT of questions and they answered them all. Dr. Kohlman was very kind to explain the process to me before and during the procedure (had a crown put in). I cant say enough good things about my experience here and Im so glad I switched to them.

Went to this location for my fillings this past weekend since the Pflugerville office is currently closed and the service was still great! This was my second visit at this dental clinic and it was not as bad as I thought. Everyone there made sure I was very comfortable and not anxious or nervous before doing my deep cleaning. They even went as far as to turn up the air conditioning because it was too cold and they could not provide blankets due to corona. The doctor also contoured my front tooth which has been uneven for many years. I was very happy when I left today. Can’t wait to have a confident smile!!

I will never be going back to this place. This place will try to get every penny they can out of you and your insurance. The first time I went to Peak Dental I was just trying to get a routine cleaning. When I got there all they could do were x-rays. I was told because of CDC guidelines I was unable to get a cleaning (this was at the beginning of the pandemic), but no one bothered to call me to tell me I was not going to be able to get a cleaning done. I was in the clinic for about an hour and a half getting x-rays done and then getting some sort of an exam done by Dr. Z for her to give me a laundry list of treatment I would need to get done. A financial counselor then came in to talk to me about the costs for services I never even needed. Given the gravity of the pandemic, I never went back until 6 months later because I had chipped a tooth and still needed a cleaning. I was at the office for almost 2 hours for more x rays to be taken and for them to overcharge me on costs all over again. The financial counselor came in and recommended that if I couldnt pay the costs I could start a financing program that would be at 0 interest for the first 6 months or I got get a co signer for a different program. I walked out and left. Do yourself a favor and save your money. Look elsewhere. I went to a different dental office the next morning and they did my cleaning, did a full exam and said I did not need any of the work that Peak Dental recommended at my first visit and would also charge me $200 less to help me with my chipped tooth. Scammers.

This place is my favorite dentist office. Always so professional and everyone treats you so nice and makes sure you feel comfortable with everything. Yareli and Tennille are great they helped me with all my concerns, since they knew I’m terrified of needles. Dr. Kohlman is great! Literally made my fear go away the very first visit. Dr. Z was great! They’re financing options are wonderful! The whole staff was really wonderful!I saw some reviews say they’re trying to “scam” you with treatments. But Dr Z showed me picture and xrays of my teeth to explain why she chose the procedure she did.

Just moved to the area and needed to find a local dentist. Stumbled upon Peak Dental and thought I’d give it a shot. Dr. Zizi was great to work with. She actually pointed out a few things I was concerned about in the past that my previous dentist had said I did not need to worry about. As we walked through the treatment plan I felt like they weren’t pushing anything on me and the prices were actually pretty reasonable considering the amount of work.

The staff is nice enough, and their building is clean but theyre very, very expensive. Please get a second opinion. They almost charged me $6,232 (with insurance) for a root canal and periodontal scaling/planning. Also asked if I could pay $300 up front on the first day, even though I told them I lost my job due to the Covid outbreak and couldnt afford it. The new dentist Im at is only charging me $1,050 (with insurance) for the exact same services and they said I didnt even need a root canal/crown because my tooth isnt fractured (I was told that it was and that I needed both of these things at peak dental). I literally left their office in tears because I didnt know how I would pay for anything and they tried to get me to leave a positive review for money off my dental work.

They were great! My insurance company randomly stopped coverage with Peak Dental midway through the year, but they still worked with me on a sensitive crown I received pre-insurance cancellation. I highly recommend Peak Dental!

They change insurance providers as fast as today’s headlines and way overcharge for basic services. They also recommend services that aren’t needed. I’d recommend Capital Dental which is in the area; They work with patients and have a wide variety of insurance options and seem to be very honest in their dental assessment.

Went into this location because my girlfriend was getting an exam and they asked if I wanted an exam. I told them no I was going to wait for my girlfriend. They said sorry you have to wait in the car the chairs are only for patients.I already had my 6 month checkup recently and I guarantee when my next one comes up I will not use Peak Dental for their rude business practice. I know COVID is still present and if this is he way this establishment handles their clientele, they truly need a lesson in Customer Service because it is non existent here at their Palmer location. I will also ask my girlfriend to use a different place for her next exam.

Such a warm inviting knowledgeable staff, very informative of the work I already knew I needed. Tenille was my favorite and kept me laughing and comfortable while I waited to see the Dr. Highly recommend this practice! Exceeded my expectations!

The staff is very caring and my dentist did an excellent job of making sure I was comfortable during my entire deep cleaning. They did a great job of explaining everything to me! I love knowing that they are just a few blocks from my house because I dont want to go to anyone else. Thanks a lot for making my mouth healthy again. Actually look forward to my next visit.
