Amazing staff who truly care about their patients. I had an emergency over the weekend which required me to come in on a Monday morning for treatment. Everyone from the receptionist all the way up to the Doctors, were very understanding and found a way to accommodate my needs. I will always go back to Avery Ranch for my dental needs and I highly recommend this location to others.

Switched to Avery Ranch Dental this year based on my wifes recommendation. Couldnt be more pleased. My first visit for my annual was very pleasant and low stress. Environment is comfortable and the entire staff is friendly and puts one at ease. My annual exam was very thorough and equipment is modern and clean, as is the rest of the office. I recently had a follow-up visit for cosmetic dentistry work, and that was also excellent - the additions were seamlessly matched to the rest of my teeth so you cannot tell I had any cosmetic work done. Looking forward to continuing my care with Avery Ranch Dental.

Terrible experience, after my last check up I needed a deep cleaning that would take couple of hours, they did not have a time available with the same hygienist which is always seeing me, so they added me to a ASAP list and would call me when she had some availability, almost 2 months later nobody called so I decided to call and see if she had some time and looks like my name desapear from that list, they informed she had a time in the following day at 8am, I decided to take and reschedule all my appointments to be there but for my surprise another hygienist was going to see me and not the one I requested and waited to see. Talking with the manager she never apologized and said her employee never told me that this appointment would be with my preferred hygienist. Have myself, wife and 2 kids going to Avery Ranch for more than an year but got very disappointed with all that and we will look for another place. It seems customers are not being considered and I am just one more… probably don’t care if we leave.

I just had my teeth cleaned at Avery Ranch Dental. Ive been a patient there for roughly 12 years. Paige was my hygienist and she did a terrific job. She was very gentle with my teeth, which isnt always the case. I strongly recommend you ask for Paige if you need a good cleaning but worry about the dental hygienist being rough on you!

I have tried other dental offices and by far this one is the best. Dr. Judy is great and Paige(dental hygienist) is very thorough. Friendly staff. A+

For the first time I visited Avery Ranch dental that is also a branch of Rose Dental. This location is close to my residence and I had been a patient of Rose Dental for several years. All my records of X-Rays etc.,, are transferred efficiently to this center and the office staff was very polite, courteous and efficient in getting me planned for treatment with the Medicare dental insurance I had. The Hygienist, Page treated me with patience in spite of my hearing disability. The facility adopted all COVID-19 Protocol and the building is well ventilated and spacious to control the COVID-19 virus.

Amy and Dr Patel were thorough, professional and affable. Staff is great too.

I came here because I had an issue with food being caught in a particular area of my teeth. The lady assured me she could fix it easily with little to no hassle. The next time I went back she claimed it would involve $2400 for two caps. It’s a scam, unethical, and unnecessary to lure people in and then give them an outrageous price for something you claimed was simple to fix.

I returned to have my dental work completed. I again received great service from the staff and am very pleased with the results.

I was super nervous to visit the dentist as I hadnt been in a very long time, but my hygienist, Paige, was amazing. The wait time was very short, we did x-rays, she checked things out, and we had a game plan for next steps in no time. Im so glad to have chosen this place. Its been excellent so far.

Had a great first experience for my first visit. Everyone very polite and a very clean environment. My purpose of the visit was for a teeth cleaning and a full check-up. My hygienist Rita made me feel comfortable being in the dentist chair especially since this was my first visit at their office. She was very knowledgeable and very precise in describing problem areas and how to correct them. I would highly recommend her and this office for all of your dental needs.

Update below...I went in for a cleaning. They checked for gum disease and told me to come back to see the periodontist. I was going to be dismissed so I asked if I could at least get my cleaning. I received a regular cleaning. Nothing more! Trust me, I’ve had plenty of cleanings including periodontal maintenance and I know the difference. At checkout I was told I have a prior 95 dollar bill from a crown a year ago. I recall paying more for that because insurance didn’t pay it all. So I paid it back a year ago. They let me leave.Today I get a call telling me my cleaning was a periodontal maintenance. Trust me it was not!! I argued that all I asked for was at least my cleaning I came in for and I received that. Nothing more. They claim now that is what the $95 is for. Wow, my cleaning was paid by my insurance and they want me to pay for something I didn’t receive. Beware.So at this point they are either lying about the procedure or someone was misinformed. So I suggest you look elsewhere if you want honesty.Don’t pay for a service you didn’t receive.UpdateWow, now Im being told I owe 146 dollars after I called and was told not to worry about it. they really are thiefs. Not sure why they added 50 extra dollars to it, but beware... also note these 4 stars are from the previous owners..

Dr. Patel is awesome! I always have really bad anxiety at the dentist and I was super nervous about getting my filling today. He did a great job. Super fast and made sure I was comfortable. I didn’t feel a thing and it was over very fast. The staff there as well are super nice and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back! Thank you guys so much!

My appointment at Avery was made so much more comfortable by Paige, shes a very friendly and calming hygienist. And Dr Judy makes dental experiences so much easier. Shes gentle, explains everything and never rushes.

Had a great experience at Avery Ranch Dental yesterday for a deep teeth cleaning. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Mezbin, my dental hygienist, was wonderful! I’ve been visiting ARD for the past 3 years. The office staff is always diligent and friendly. The hygienists and dentist are knowledgeable, detail oriented, and kind. I love watching HGTV while they take care of my teeth! At my most recent visit, Paige and Dr DeCoursin made me feel so comfortable and even shared some laughs. I am very happy with my service at ARD.

Waited for over a month for an appointment and when we arrived they told us there was no appointment, even after we got confirmation emails. Haven’t been super happy even before this, and I’m going to look for a new dentist.

I did have a good experience with the services that I received, but that is it. Avery Ranch Dental over charged me for my services. My dental insurance processed the claims and showed what my portion is. I have been calling since December 2020, I have been up there in person and sent an email. Every time I get the same response, that someone will contact me and of course they dont. I have been requesting a refund for this over payment for two months and no one wants to help. The customer service is terrible.

Very disorganized and slow to respond. I called to request X-rays be sent to another dental office several times, but it was never sent. I was also kicked from an appointment earlier this year due to a snow-related cancellation, and rather than fast-track the new appointment, I had to wait a month to make another appointment.

I really enjoyed working with my hygienist Paige this week. She was friendly, thorough, and respected my privacy.

50 mins waiting time is not funny and I’m still waiting.Update:I would give them negative 1000 if I can!!!!!!!!My oral surgery got rescheduled 4 times! !!!!!Finally they told me to go to another location with different dentist.By the way my dentist name is Patty. I am not sure why this place got those good reviews. But please make sure avoid this place and avoid this doctor! Waste my time and money!!!

The dentists are excellent here. You can really tell they genuinely care about the people they are seeing. Friendly staff. Communication can improve, but it sounds like they are working on it. I left satisfied.

Dr. Judy is the BEST!

Absolutely horrible. After scheduling online, I show up to the appointment only to be told their system didnt have record of our appointment. Then after scheduling an appointment for my 3 year old IN PERSON for 6 weeks out, I receive a phone call telling me they need to reschedule because they dont normally see children and if they did, theyd need more time than was originally scheduled. Dr Judy is great, but office administration caused me to leave to find a new dentist for my entire family.

Mezbin, my dental hygenist, was wonderful! Very helpful in sharing tips for brushing more effectively. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and warm. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Even though they are now out of network, they continue to send me reminders to schedule my appointment. I’ve already been billed for a visit when they knew my insurance was no longer in network and couldn’t be bothered to let me know. I agree with reviews saying they don’t answer calls or return messages. The last time I was here, I arrived 20 minutes early and called them from my car to ask about Covid protocol, and of the 3 times I called, it went to vm all 3 times. When I went in for the appointment, I mentioned I had called and they just said, oh yeah, we’re busy. There were literally 3 people sitting at the desk and no one else was up there except me. I had asked them during quarantine to find out about a dental form I needed filled out for my son, and they said they’d get back to me which they never did. And this last time I called to dispute my bill (the above situation) I was told someone would call me back the following week, but of course no one ever did. I just received the bill again today. Unprofessional.

Downhill. Tons of communication mishaps and errors. The practice feels different from before (like it sold out) and good staff have left. I regret referring my friends here in past.

Ive been coming to Very Ranch Dentistry for the past few years. Everyone on staff here is courteous and friendly. The office is run efficiently and all the cleaning and procedures are performed well, and with a light touch. Ive never had issues with my billing / insurance either. Ive switched dentists a few times in the past 10 years, but this is now definitely my go-to dentists office!

I got a major cleaning done and other recommended dental work. Margaret at the front counter was very thorough with my dental coverage and explained my benefits. I was at ease during my procedure because the staff and the dentists are very caring and gentle. I recommend them to my friends and family.

Alex put me at ease with her polite, professional, and efficient service - getting the x-rays needed and cleaning my teeth. The view from room #8 of a beautiful blue sky with puffy white clouds over a golf course calmed my frayed nerves as did the nitrous oxide. Dr. Elizabeth Lowery has an excellent reputation. She examined my teeth, suggested a treatment plan, and referred me to an oral surgeon. I was very impressed with quality of this dental practice and would highly recommend them.- Judy L.

I used to like this place so, but I don’t know what happened to them. I was scheduled for an appointment and they called me to confirm. I wasn’t able to answer my phone at that time. I tried to call back many times but they never replied. At the end one of them answered me and said “ We are sorry you need to reschedule your appointment, we gave it to someone else” I tried to tell her that I didn’t receive any emails or msgs from them but she said that’s what I have.Very disappointed with them!

Let me start off by saying that I was an individual that was deathly afraid of visiting the dentist. I decided to go Avery Ranch to have a much overdue cleaning done and Im forever grateful that I did. My hygienist Kortney was very knowledgeable and treated me with nothing but respect, and compassion and she was able to ease my mind about coming in for future work. I needed multiple fillings and what turned out to be a crown. I saw Dr. Judy and shes by far the best dentist Ive ever had! She was gentle, efficient, and genuinely a kind woman. The entire team is amazing! A big shout out to the front desk ladies for always making sure Im taken care of in a timely manner!! The hygienist was very sweet and personable. She explained everything in detail and provided suggestions to keep my teeth healthy. My dentist is Dr. Lowrance and I have been going to her for almost 10 years. She is always so kind and knowledge. Avery Ranch has the best staff of any dental practice I’ve been to and they are timely with all appointments.

I can not even begin to say how incredibly happy I am with Avery Ranch Dental as a whole. Every experience I have had with them has been nothing but professional & caring. After having some very bad cosmetic dental work done by another facility I searched for someone to help fix the issues, and give me the smile I have always wanted. Dr. Sarah Zeh is my angel in disguise. Not kidding, shes an angel. She took so much time and effort into giving me exactly what I envisioned. Its not everyday that you have such a caring individual take the time out of their busy days, and not to mention days off to contact you and keep you in the loop as to what was happening, and what the next steps would be. Dr Zeh will forever be my go to for any dental work! She gave me the confidence I have always been searching for.

I called Avery Ranch Dental in April to schedule and appointment, my first appointment was scheduled for June 1st. I have 4 kids so on June 1st I hire a baby sitter and came into the office. Once I got there they told me Dr. Lowery couldnt make her appointment, so disappointed I left ( still had to pay the baby sitter ) so I rescheduled for July 15 again, I hired a baby sitter for my 4 kids so July 14th comes around and they call me and said Dr. Lowery AGAIN cant make the appointment, and that they want me to reschedule for July 31st. If I could give this place 0 stars i would .. they are an absolute mickey mouse operation.... i called in cause i was wanting to get a price for 10 top and 10 bottom full crowns not veneers, which im sure was going to cost thousands but I guess Ill take my thousands else where, and when i asked the how much the consultation would be they said almost 400 dollars for a consultation .Obviously Dr. Lowery doesnt know how to hold an appointment either that or she just dont give a damn about her customers time

I love Avery Ranch Dental. I started going there due to some random tooth pain and they were so courteous and kind in getting me in quickly that Ive been a patient ever since. Its very clean and all the equipment looks new and not dated. Plus everyone is professional and genuinely nice. I see Dr. Judy and I love her. The customer service doesn’t exist in this place. Staff doesn’t care and they will keep reschedule your appointment just so they can get new patients. Also last time the dentist r was working on my tooth she left to check on a different patient. Wait who does that i was so frustrated as the dentist kept going from room to room and was ruching me. This place only cares about your pocket. Also they cancelled my appointment and they didn’t even care about rescheduling and when i called they were like oh sorry, so they rescheduled me and guess what again they cancelled the appointment. Am so done with this place. Do your self a favor go to another place. This place is a Joke Stay away. HORRIBLE PLACE.Almost forgotForget calling their number they will never answer, all the time it goes to voicemail. Last time as i arrived i called To let them know that i was there, and it again went to voicemail and when i went inside they were two people at the desk helping no one, but yet couldn’t even bother answering the phone. So i told them i called and she said oh sorry we are busy and staff are just quitting without notice. Seriously very unprofessional.

Hygienist was great and efficient. I was concerned about my previous visit when I had a popcorn kernel remove from my gum and it cost $300plus. Seemed somewhat expensive.

I had a different doctor than Dr. Covalt, I am so sorry I dont remember her last name, but her and my hygienist were very informative and let me know what was going on with my teeth and how to take care of them properly. Very good communication.

Avery Ranch Dental did a fantastic job of getting us appointments earlier than our scheduled date. We were supposed to come in October and they were able to fit 4 new patients in a month early by working with us. They have been awesome! So glad we were able to find a new dentist we liked as much as the one we had before we moved.

Avery is always great! My entire family goes to Avery and quite frankly I see any of the Dentists available as theyve all been consistently awesome. The other great part of Avery Ranch is the Dental Assistance Team and the Hygienists. They are top notch, personal, and know their profession. I highly recommend Avery Ranch Dental!

Dr. Lowrance is the best of the best! Her DA is awesome as well and very friendly. Its always a good time when I am there, which is why I have stayed with Avery Ranch for so long even when I lived off South Lamar.

Let’s face it, no one in their right mind likes going to the Dentist! With this being said, there are exceptions to the rule. I am fortunate enough to have found this dentist practice that gets difficult work schedules are are willing to work with you. It’s Amazing! The staff are family to me. I come in and they are generally happy to see me and treat me like part of their family. Everyone is awesome but Lindsey makes me feel like I’m her FAVORITE patient! I can walk in kind of stressed and Lindley’s warm bubbly aura makes me forget that I’m irritated. How cool is that and I’m not talking about winter temperatures either. Every since COVID, they cancelled my appointments, wont return my phone calls to reschedule, but they keep sending me spam emails to book my next appointment. Ive been trying for 2 months, now its time to move on. GOODBYE!

As always the staff was professional and kind. I cant say enough about how helpful this place has been. Firstly Dr. Judy and her staff are kind and patient and above all else professional. Another great benefit of being a customer here is the affordable pricing, procedures that have cost me double (at other dentists) were not done nearly as professionally nor as well. I cant recommend this place enough, they help you feel comfortable as possible and are kind and affordable.

I have been going to Avery Ranch Dental for many years and would never go anyplace else. It is a beautiful facility, clean and quiet. All of thy hygienists are amazing! My dentist, Dr Judy, has always been thorough and attentive. My 6 month routine visit today was as good as all my previous visits.

Dr. Judy and staff were very gentle, kind, and compassionate. I had a wonderful experience during my crown prep...thats really saying something because I have a fear of dentists. Kudos to the team...yall were great!

Avery Ranch Dental is a warm environment and they are very careful to explain as they go. I have a bad back which they were very accommodating of. ( all you need to be comfy, blankets, headphones, music,Tv) I needed a lot more dental work done before the end of the month. They have bent over backwards to do their best to both get all my dental work done and also do it in several short visits to accommodate my back issues. If your looking for a new dentist look no further.

Dr. Kasey Lowrance is fantastic. Very polite, consistently made sure I was comfortable, explained each process she was doing, was gentle, and did a very thorough job - I never felt like she was in a rush. She was also very respectful to her assistant (who also did a great job).
