As someone who is hyper-afraid of the dentist I can say that the experience Ive had was as smooth and as pleasurable as going to the dentist can be. Deanna was my hygienist and she took the extra time to baby me through my gum therapy and had my mouth feeling so much better.

I have been going to this facility for the last 4 years. They have unbelievable. First time in my life I have found a dentist that is concerned enough to try and prevent pain even when it may be inevitable. Dr Jaros and her crew are amazing.

I havent been back here since they switched management and then covid happened; I switched dentists and have kept up with bi-annual cleaning . I decided to go back here this time since it is closer to me.The experience was ok. Josh, my dental hygienist was accommodating and making sure my mouth felt clean. I however felt that the cleaning was rough, the roughest I have had in which I felt my gum was poked to the point of pain. I am not sure if one of my teeth was chipped due to it. I came in with one known chip, leaving with 2.My procedure and cleaning were covered by my insurance but then I had to pay some disinfection fee which I think was the new fee because of the pandemic. I however was surprised because the other dentist I was seeing prior would never charge me such fee even though they followed safety and disinfection procedures (even had disinfectant air circulators). I wish that information was disclosed beforehand.Im not sure if I made a good choice going back here.

First visit. I will say they were very communicative prior to my appointment with emails and texts for pre-appointment paperwork, as well as appointment reminders. I appreciate an office that make the effort to get what they need in advance so I dont spend 20 minutes filling out forms on my first visit. At my appointment, the staff were all very friendly, efficient, and informative. I found Dr. Jaros personable and she made me feel at ease (not always easy when someone is poking around in your mouth!) . A thorough assessment was done, options discussed, and a plan was mapped out for the work I need. I left with a very positive feeling.

My first visit was great! The staff were efficient and friendly. The office itself is clean and nicely decorated. They seem to have high quality equipment in place. Dr. Jaros was thorough in her explanations of what treatment was appropriate for me and made sure my questions were answered. To top it all off, the new patient special included whitening trays!

Called with a toothache and got scheduled to come in the next day, service was great and quick, and the clinic is clean and relaxing

So relaxing to sit back in the chair while Dr. Jaros chats calmly, gives the occasional feedback about what shes doing to my teeth, and plays music in the background. Shes excellent at giving injections, never mentions when I havent waxed my chin, and gives great detail about her treatment. Ive already had 2 crowns put in and 2 more to go. No issues with pain or results. The whole staff are lovely and likable.Yes, go to this dentist. Just trust me.

Everyone was really nice. I had a cavity filled and it was pain free--even the part when they inject the numbing medication, which is notoriously awful. They were really clear when explaining costs. The facility was also really clean and up to date. Im glad I decided on them for my dental care in austin.

Typically you would feel extremely wary and uncomfortable during a cleaning of the gums. Kathy at Austin Dental Works made sure that wasnt the case. She continuously checked on me and ensured my visit was as comfortable as possible. One more visit to get the other half cleaned up and I have no worries whatsoever. Painless, even enjoyable experience start to finish! I wish all doctor visits were like this. Front office staff was friendly and made it easy to schedule. Quick and effcient visit during Covid. The office had me complete paperwork by phone & computer to avoid a wait. I was taken directly back when I arrived at the office to dive into my exam. All of the staff including the Dr. Jaros took their time to explain each step of the exam. My teeth are fresh after my cleaning which I was able to squeeze in before work. The last dental visit I had elsewhere was a very painful and horrifying experience to where it left me with anxiety to go to a dentist, and because of that I hadnt been to a dentist in 2 or 3 years. Dr. Jaros and her assistant were very gentle and patient, didnt even feel the shots. She did a great job on informing me what she was going to do and answered my questions without me feeling like she was rushing. Kathryn did a very thorough job on cleaning, usually its a little painful for me but Ive been to her twice now for a cleaning and not once was it uncomfortable. The front desk coordinators are very nice as well. Overall this was one of the best experience Ive had going to a dentist and will definitely be coming back for all my future dental needs.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. Tiffany at the front desk is very easy to talk to and responded quickly to my questions. Anna was gentle with my mouth while she did my x-rays; sometimes those bite wings hurt but she was very careful. Dr. Jaros made me feel very comfortable and took her time answering my questions and explaining what I needed to know. I’m very glad my husband recommended them.

Went to this dentist expecting a cleaning. They refused to clean my teeth! They instead claimed I had gingivitis stage 3 and 6 cavities! They separated me from my mom and pressured me to approve the dental work. It didn’t feel right so I refused. Went to two separate dentists and the diagnosis was only one cavity that needed filling! I never leave reviews but I couldn’t stop thinking of this experience for weeks! Avoid this robbery!

I’ve been going to Austin Dental Works since I moved to Austin 3 years ago and its the best decision I ever made. I honestly never liked going to the dentist. But Dr. Jarros and the entire staff make the process super comfortable, quick and easy. I like to make appointments during my lunch break from work and they always have me in an out in a timely manner. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

This is a great dental office! I was a new patient, but the process was quick and easy -- just fill out a few forms online, which took all of 5 minutes. When I showed up to the office, I was greeted by the friendly staff, who showed me to the dentists chair. The hygienist and dentist both explained everything that they were doing and went over any of my concerns. Best of all, in and out in under an hour! Definitely recommend.

Ive never enjoyed going to the dentist. I ve never really had a great experience with dentists until now. I went into Austin Dental Works and the entire staff, from Dr. Jaros to Tiffanie at the front desk, could not have been more helpful or professional.They walked me through the insurance processes, they called to check in with me. I couldnt get a hold of my insurance company to ask a question and they connected me right away.Dr. Jaros walked me through the whole processes as a new patient. Answered all of my questions, and most importantly, quickly and painlessly fixed the issues I was having with my teeth.When I called a few days later to say my teeth were hurting, they fit me in to meet with Dr. Jaros that day. two hours after I called, Im in a dentist seat, talking with the staff and Dr. Jaros, and in 10 minutes my teeth feel great.I could not recommend Austin Dental Work enough. They have a client for life.

Great first experience here! All parts of the appointment were very thorough - the exam, X-rays and photos, cleaning and dental plan. During the exam they took plenty of time to explain what was needed or could potentially be needed at each tooth. The cleaning was painless, and informative. Made sure that I understood what was going on and how to continue good practices to prevent further damage! For long term dental plans they had multiple options to show price points and were understanding and willing to help with any and all questions about the payment process. Great group of professionals here and would definitely recommend!
