Outstanding service! It was my first time there and they made me feel so welcomed.The entire staff was so kind and very thorough in explaining every little detail. They have incredible state-of-the-art equipment, so nothing gets overlooked. So happy to have found a Dentist that i will forever keep, and look forward to keeping up with having regular check ups. Oh! And a cool set up with happy hour drinks, both alcoholic and non- alcoholic. And I cant forget to mention the music...SO much fun.

These guys deserve all the stars. They make going to the dentist as pleasant as humanly possible. Before I found Enamel I would go years in between dentist visits because of sheer dread. They’ve got ceiling TVs, they jam awesome tunes that were mixed by a DJ, and even offer drinks while you wait. So far I haven’t indulged since I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes. The staff are SUPER delightful and nonjudgmental. My hygienist makes me feel comfortable and gives me realistic advice for ongoing care without shaming me for things like not flossing daily. The vibe here is to promote mouth care as much as possible with encouragement and enablement - not the usual low key scolding and fear tactics. Recommend.

This office is AMAZING. Every singlePerson and I mean EVERY PERSON is sincere, accommodating, and so friendly! They go over and beyond to make you comfortable. I was nervous about a dental procedure -they talked me through the entire process and made sure I was entirely comfortable before they began. They offered me a blanket, headphones, and turned on Netflix! During the procedure I was often asked about my comfort, given breaks as often as I needed and had a few laughs in between. The entire group is kind and truly care about patient experience! You can tell by the amenities they offer, like beer, wine, and awesome music, but more so through their actions. I highly recommend!

The Saltillo location was very clean and organized, which is much appreciated, especially amidst a pandemic! Everyone was very accommodating and kind, I was shocked how attentive they were to my needs. I really appreciated how chill and low-key funny Dr. Gulani is, its refreshing in a doctor not to feel judged and have a laugh too. The hygienist and dental assistant were very patient in listening to my questions and checking in on me when I was overwhelmed/freaking out during my cleaning, offering breaks when I needed them. My first dental experience as an adult on my own and I am glad I came here. (:Edit: Also found out not every dentist tells their patient they have gingivitis and I found out today I had it. It was THE BEST Dentist visit I’ve ever experienced. The staff was so understanding and very thorough with their explanations. They really worked together as a team to offer me the best home care tips, explained each X-ray and 3D picture in detail, and presented my plan of care that adhered to my schedule. Not only did they offer great customer service, but the place looks so nice, they have Wine, beer, sparkling water, a TV on the ceiling for you to watch Netflix while you’re in the chair, a free pair of sunglasses and AWESOME music playing the entire time! Highly recommend!

Not a big review guy but after my visit with Enamel Saltillo, I have to give them the biggest shout out. I was super nervous going into this appointment but the minute I chatted with the lady on the phone to confirm my appointment, she eased my nerves. When I first walked into the office, the girls upfront were so kind and welcoming (also helps that they offered me my favorite beer). Bryan, my dental assistant for the day, was so awesome. He really got to know me and made me feel comfortable through the whole first part of the appointment. He was super knowledgeable as well, able to answer all of my questions.Dr. Gulati is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever encountered. He really took the time explain the status of my oral health and the treatment he recommended. He immediately gained my trust and I could tell he had my best interest at heart. And he’s a super cool dude, very easy to talk to.After going over my treatment plan, which btw, the treatment coordinator broke down every procedure/insurance estimate and made sure I was completely comfortable with moving forward, I proceeded with all of my treatment and it went by flawlessly. BEST DENTIST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Let me preface with..I never leave reviews unless a business goes above and beyond or the total opposite. Its been a while since my last dentist appointment so saying I was nervous was an understatement. As soon as I walked into the office, I was greeted by a friendly staff that was extremely attentive, sweet, and caring. The music playlist-TOP NOTCH and got me in a comfortable mood from the get go. I was then greeted by Victor who went above and beyond. He offered rosé on tap, netflix, sunglasses, and a weighted blanket. I was amazed by hospitality and attentiveness to go above and beyond. I enjoyed the funny pop art and 3 flat screen monitors in each room. (one on the ceiling) They then had me do 3d scans where I can see the health and everything going on in my mouth. INNOVATION HAS COME A LONG WAY. Dr. Gulati was extremely attentive, professional, and explained everything well where I felt more than comfortable. He took care of all my lingering issues and oral pain. He did an awesome job and provided a 5 star dentist experience. I am confident I will never go to another dentist office. Five stars

TL;DR... This office takes advantage of your trust to up-sell you unnecessary dental treatment. And will give you a breakdown of what your expected bill to be, that is far from what the actual bill will be.Also as a warning, dental treatment is incredibly suggestive so the following review is just my opinion. I sought a second opinion on the care provided, but I am not a dental healthcare provider.---------------------------------------------I would steer clear of this location, and commercial dentistry in general... I thought that it would be convenient coming out of COVID to go to a dental office near where I lived in order to get my routine cleaning and dental exam. What I walked away with was a an exceptionally high bill for unnecessary dental work.I cannot even give a higher rating for my experience (which was mostly comfortable) because after a second opinion from two other dental professionals (a dental hygienist and another dentist) they found the work done to be totally unnecessary. I only needed a routine cleaning and they upsold me to a deep cleaning (root planing and scaling). At the time, I thought that made sense because I hadnt been to the dentist in three years. After reviewing my x-rays to other dental professionals they noted how unnecessary the treatment was because the little calculus buildup I had did not constitute need for root planing and scaling. It wouldnt be such an issue but that deep cleaning costs about 10x what a routine cleaning would be and is not covered by my insurance.In hindsight maybe I shouldve understood my coverage more, but they gave a breakdown of my coverage through my insurance and what my expected bill would be. It was higher than I wouldve liked, but I thought it was a necessary procedure. Fast forward to getting my Explanation of Benefits from my insurance, and nothing that they told me would be covered by my insurance was actually covered, so I have a much larger bill than expected.I feel like my trust was betrayed, but in the end it really is my own fault for not fully understanding my own benefits. With that being said I found the business practices at Enamel Dentistry Saltillo to be predatory in nature; taking advantage of the everyday individuals lack of understanding when it comes to dental care.

I work in healthcare and can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard, “nobody” ever told me that”. After my first visit at Enamel, I left thinking “nobody ever told me that!’” The staff took the time to share important info and gave excellent recommendations to improve my oral health that I can easily incorporate into my daily routine. I highly recommend Dr Gulati - if you want to have teeth when you’re old. 😃

Everyone was very nice, they understood my time constraints since I’m traveling, and they were able to work with their partner branch to ensure I got the care I needed quickly. Such a great experience! I hadn’t been to a dentist in about 5 years due to not having dental insurance. I decided to take advantage of enamel dentistry’s new patient special and went in for an exam. Savannah(what a beautiful name) at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. I had my X-rays taken and Dr Gulati came in and reviewed them with me. He was very easy to talk to, it felt like I was speaking with a friend. I returned yesterday to have my cavity filled and it was a quick and painless experience, it was also helpful that I got to watch Netflix on the ceiling the entire time! After the procedure the assistant took a 3D scan for my Invisalign treatment. They offer financing, which helped tremendously since I’m uninsured. I’m very excited to return to start my Invisalign journey, and looking forward to the wine they have on draft in the waiting room.

Was fantastic, no fuss, had really modern technology. Where to begin...I have never received better customer service in my life. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with such a warm and inviting introduction. I was offered something to drink - such a variety of options! I was provided a tour of the office and I must say, everything from the lighting, the art, and the music made me feel like I was in a professional, reputable and friendly place. Once I was taken back to my exam room, I had not one, but two TVs with Netflix pulled up for my selection of what to watch. I can truly say without a doubt that every single employee who I interacted with had my best interest at heart, was brilliant, answered my questions with patience and a desire to make sure I was well-informed and comfortable, and brought a warm and refreshing sense of humor to the room, which made me feel like I could be myself. Hello - I was apparently the first patient seen at this dentists office haha -When I found that out I was a little bit worried, but after I walked in and saw how friendly everyone was it was actually a pretty cool experience!I saw a flyer in my mailbox and it had a really good deal for a cleaning and whitening. I hadnt seen a dentist since before COVID, so I decided to take advantage of the offer. Dr. Gulati and the hygienist (I feel terrible for forgetting his name, he was so nice!) were nothing but kind to me. They walked me through each procedure we were doing, and made the cleaning/whitening pain free. I was able to watch a few episodes of the office while here, their TV set up makes the time fly by.Before any of the procedures happened, the billing manager sat down with me to make sure I knew what the end cost would be for the day. I really appreciated this, because sometimes with dental it is hard to know what youre going to end up agreeing to/walking out paying. The costs that I agreed to and the final cost at check out matched, so no complaints there. Also, at no point did any one try to mention Oh theres a cavity, oh you should add this procedure etc, that is another thing that was great about this place, they seemed up front/honest - even complimenting how I take care of my teeth/how my prior invisalign has worked out.I will definitely be coming back - I live close to the area, and had a great first experience here

Hands down one of the best dentist experiences I have had. Received a warm welcome from the moment I walked in the door and was offered some refreshing condiments. They did a thorough job with x-rays and 3D scans making sure everything looked okay. I had some cavities that needed filling, so after the anesthetic was injected I could just lay back, relax and watch some Netflix whilst Dr. Gulati did his job. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment and asked me multiple times if I could feel anything making sure the anesthetic was working properly. The cleaning was thorough and cant say my teeth have been this clean in a while! Overall the experience was great and couldnt have chosen a better spot, would definitely recommend! Well I never knew going to the dentist could be fun! This office is state of the art! The exam they gave me was super thorough with imaging that I had never had done before! The rooms are super comfy- and they have awesome TVs to watch whatever you want while you are getting your treatment (which was an awesome distraction) for me since I was a little nervous! The facility has cool lights and art, fun music, refreshments while you wait, and Netflix while you’re in the chair The staff is welcoming and they go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable. Their scheduling system is simple and automated and makes booking appointments a breeze. I’m so used to the dentist being an “old school” uncomfortable experience and this place changes that narrative.

I have a huge fear of the dentist and this place made me feel right at home from the moment I walked through the door. This office is brand new and I loved all of the high tech features inside. You can choose what you want to watch on Netflix and theres a TV both in front of you and on the ceiling so you can watch during your visit. All of the scans are very thorough and the Dentist did an amazing job going over all of the details . Highly recommend. This is a great addition to the East Side.

So modern and super nice. Feels like I just jumped 10 years into the future compared to the progression I was seeing from previous dentists - just for teeth cleaning they do 3d imaging, x-rays that show immediately on the TV overhead (youre laying down but its on the ceiling), etc.. I had a really great experience at Enamel Saltillo. Very cool space. Very friendly people. High tech. Safe. Dr. Gulati is down to earth and funny, as were the other folks I interacted with. Go here to get your teeth shined up!

Went in today as a new patient and I can gladly say I will be returning for future appointments. Dr. Gulati and his dental assistant Bryan made my dental anxiety go away with how comfortable they made me feel. Anyone looking for a dentist in the area should definitely stop by this office and give enamel a shot. Great service. 👍🏼

The staff is so welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere overall is very inviting and swanky. makes you completely forget youre at the dentist!!Dr. Gulati was very knowledgeable, and gave me lots of advice on how to address any concerns I had without paying top dollar. Wow, wow, wow! Just got back from my first dental visit since moving to East Austin, this place is AMAZING. Located right next to the new Whole Foods and Target on the East Side. I’ve never experienced a dental visit like this. Aesthetically, it’s by far the coolest vibe I’ve ever experienced at a dentist’s office. Very modern, cool vibe lighting, all new equipment... even a TV monitor on the ceiling with Netflix access (and more) so I felt even more relaxed while getting some dental work done.From the moment I walked in, the customer service was great. They offer drinks (coffee, sparkling water, etc) upon entry. Cool, modern art, the whole place has a chic feeling all around.Loved my dentist, Dr Gulati. He put me at total ease, he’s a naturally light-hearted, warm guy.In summary, 10/10 would recommend this place to anybody. This is the future of dentistry.

I really liked this place. Dr. Ashwin was nice and personable. He clearly answered the questions I had and recommended different options for my teeth. The lady at the front was very welcoming, and my tech was great handling my scans and answering questions. My teeth felt nice and clean afterwards. I really liked the 3 TV setup in each room, and the complimentary drinks. I was able to watch football with a beer before getting my teeth cleaned. This is definitely my go to dentist moving forward.

Let me preface my review by sharing that I typically dread going to the dentist and have had horrible past experiences with dental procedures.I recently moved to Austin and was on the hunt for a good and honest dentist. One of my colleagues recommended Dr. Gulati. The impression I got from when I first made made my appointment to meeting with Dr. G put all my worries to ease. I was concerned about maintaining/slightly improving my alignment. While my previous dentist suggested a lengthy, costly treatment plan, Dr. G took the time to listen to all my concerns, ask detailed questions on my dental goals and suggested a more feasible, cost effective approach that gave me a similar outcome. He didn’t rush me to make a decision during my first visit but instead gave me all the information I needed to take my time and make an educated decision.It’s this thinking outside the box and putting the patient first approach that I appreciate about Dr. G and the entire staff.

Everyone was super nice at Enamel and very welcoming. I felt clear on the process from the moment I walked in until payment. I also have sensitivity issues and the were incredibly careful, accommodating and made sure I was comfortable the entire experience.

I’m very impressed with the technological advancements in the Dental Industry that Enamel provides. The Staff are a bunch of easy going Rock Stars! 🤘🏽🤩

The Dr. spent all the time I needed to discuss and answer my questions. Really a cool environment with super nice staff, great music, and video options (on the ceiling!) to help distract the patient.

I was really apprehensive going to the dentist during COVID. I had a cracked tooth that was bothering me for months and I put it off during the pandemic. I was seen by Dr Gulati. From the front desk to the provider - they were all awesome . I was really impressed by the amount of precautions they took. The X-ray tech wiped down the machines, there were good amount of sanitation stations and everyone was wearing a mask. Dr Gulati was really professional and at the same time down to earth. He was able to give me a great plan and work with my busy schedule . I would highly recommend this place !!
