I got 30 minutes down the highway on the way to Marble Falls and the oil pressure totally dropped, the car jumped, and with no shoulder we were lucky enough to find a parking lot to turn into. There was NO CAP and ALL of the oil was pouring out. Their only saving grace is they agreed to drive out and do what needed to be done to fix it, but an oil change is literally the most simple thing to do and we were put in a very dangerous position where our engine could have stopped with everyone around us going 60mph on winding roads that are already dangerous. Needless to say we will never be using this location again and people should probably check their work before leaving or else your life could be on the line.

The working group make the best suggestions with inspection and offer a cheaper price for oil changes. Great service overall.

Great service. No wait. Ive been going their a couple of years to have my car serviced and inspected. There was no wait this time and times I have waited it went by pretty quick. They even have an on site barber shop. They explain everything that they are doing and do a good job taking care of my car. Highly recommend.

All in all they did a good job, but did not wear mask in my car for the oil change.

Super fast, no nonsense.

Nice people. Friendly. Oil filter is mighty brand, not good quality. Oil filter was loose and dumping oil 3 days later. At least they didnt over tighten it I suppose. Keep your eye on your filter if you get a change here.

Only giving it a 3 because of the guys who changed my oil were cool. What does the cost of an oil change cover? At this place, not a filter, not disposal, and over 5 quarts of oil on a 4 banger... not? Over an hour in the bay. Good people, not the Mobil I know.

Came here for an inspection and have never been more impressed with the customer service given here than at any other place. The person who greeted me was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the process as simply as possible. They got my vehicle in and out really quickly and instead of trying to haggle me to add on services like most places do, they simply gave recommendations on what I should consider doing in the future. I plan to come here for all of my inspections now.

Went there to get my oil change tried to charge my 89.99 for conventional oil which is a total rip off.

Got my oil changed there last winter because it was too cold to do so myself. on top of them completely erasing my oil change reminder, they put the bolt on there there too tight. tried to get him to loosen it and use hand tools to tighten it and they refused. suggested I get a longer rench to loosen it. took his advice and I broke my thumb. Make me ashamed to even give him a try because they were black owned. never again!

Ive been here 3 times now - two oil changes and an inspection. All three times I have waited less than an hour. They have great prices and dont try to oversell you on things you dont need. While they pull up your carfax and let you know some recommendations they have, they were respectful of my monthly budget when I declined further services. Great experience and our new place to take our cars in East Austin!

Saved us from driving cross country on oil that hadnt been changed from the Volvo dealer. 1/2 the price, honest and friendly. We definitely wont go back to dealer. This is our new place. The car wash even got some baked on duct tape off the paint. So grateful!

These people have no respect for your time! They are supposed to be open at 8:00AM. I arrived at 8:00 and waited until 8:15 for someone to show-up...didn’t happen! I called multiple times and no one ever answered. If they’re not going to open when they say they’re going to open, how can I trust them to do what they say needs to be done.

I forgot to tighten the bolts on the bottom of my truck after doing an oil change didnt even go back to tell them about it just took it somewhere else to get the problem fixed think twice before you go somewhere you dont know the people

I would only recommend an oil change. I had my brake fluid changed today and now the brake and VSA lights in my dash are on. Staff is fairly nice otherwise.

The worst business I have ever seen,I went to get my inspection done, they tried to sell me Additional thing,which I did that and wasted my almost $300 for nothing, if I do that at any other place probably it cost $150,I do not recommend this place to anyone.Please don’t waste your money there.I wish there was less than one star to give them

Shorted me on oil. Had problems with my car. So I took it to the dealership and gave news that whomever changed my oil. Shorted me. Almost damaged my motor. But now I have to pay the dealership to change out the timing valve solenoid and flush the motor. So yeah, I have to pay over 300.00 to get it fix. Im not going back

Rude people. I went to get my inspection done, they tried to sell me extra stuff like oil change and filter and i said no i dont want it because, i did it all already this week. So they didnt pass my inspection the guy told me there is a lot wrong with it .? So i left and went to another place and asked whats wrong with my Vehicle it didnt pass the inspection. These people checked out my vehicle and said there is nothing wrong with it . They passed it this happen all in 1 day.i do not recommend this place to anyone.

Rashad and the other guys there are extremely helpful and friendly. The estimate I was quoted was the price I paid. I was given a timeframe and my car was done on schedule. If your car requires a service they dont perform, they refer you to a reputable company. Best shop on the east side.

I just brought in a car that had been sitting for 2 years and needed the full workup (oil change, all fluids flushed, air filter, etc.). Rashad was extremely helpful and friendly, showing me what my car needed and why, along with some suggestions for other items that needed to be looked at and tips for some things I could do myself. I brought my 4Runner to get an Oil change. I was told a price for the synthetic oil change. At the end when it was time to pay, the person got the price wrong and it was 35$ more expensive then he originally told me. The reason I was give for the up-charge, I later learned was false. The people that work here are not honest and looking to steal from the average Joe.

I went the first couple of times and after that I kept going the service wasn’t bad but they prices kept increasing over and over again for the same routine oil change. till one day they convinced me to change my air filter because it was “filthy” and after that my ac stoped throwing cold air and they just gave me a card for a machanic that works with them and told me to go. I was very disappointing and obviously regretting switching the ac filter and I won’t be coming back for 2 reasons...1. The pricing kept increasing and the service would stay the same. They wouldn’t even honor the same price after I still kept going being an idiot. 2.they tell you you need other services when they just want your money and it’s about $30 to CHANGE a filter that will then mess up your ac..... AND as I am reading these reviews I do see similar ocassions where they performed a different service other than an oil change and they ended up screwing it up. Or where they “suggest” other services just to get your money when you don’t need it. And I don’t want a reply with “you could let us know directly or management and we can figure something else or come we can take a look,” because I did OBVIOUSLY WENT TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM WHERE I GOT THE AC FILTER CHANGED AND MY AC STOPPED WORKING AND ALL YALL SAID WAS IT WASNT THE FILTER IT MIGHT BE YOUR COMPRESSER. i’ve Never had any ac issues till after that “oil change and filter switching. DONT GO HERE PEOPLE THE PRICES CHANGE Or I mean if you balling with money go for it. But DO NOT get any of this extra stuff done.
