The guys at this Jiffy Lube location did a great job with my car. I desperately needed an oil change and a brake fluid flush so I came in without an appointment. Took my new 2020 Ram 2500 in for its first oil change here. The technicians did not remove the old O ring rubber gasket gasket from the block when removing the oil filter, so once the oil change was complete I started my truck and oil spewed and ran out everywhere in my engine bay even getting on the fan which made it much worse as you can imagine. They cleaned it a bit and changed my oil again but once I got to my next location I got out and my truck was dripping oil everywhere so I popped my hood and it was a mess. The gasket being left on is an honest mistake but it is one of the things you really check for when changing oil. Doesn’t change the fact that I now have a brand new truck covered in oil soon to be dirt with the cabin smelling of burnt oil now. Bringing it in tomorrow to have them try and further clean it. On a positive note the staff is very friendly and I could tell them really felt bad about what happened

I have come to this Jiffy Lube for everything from emergency tire air filling to state inspection and everything in between. They’re always SO nice, every person I’ve interacted with has been so nice and helpful. They’re quick, cheap, what more could you ask for!

Quick, easy, thorough. These just a couple of things that come to mind every time I come here. They check all lights, signals, tire pressures, and all fluids/filters under the hood along with your standard oil change. There’s quite literally nothing else I could ask for!

Excellent customer service! During the inspection the employees found that my air filter needed to be replaced. I turned them down at first because I knew that I could find the filter online for a third of their retail price. The manager insisted that the filter needed replaced immediately and changed the filter for $10. These guys will take care of you! 100% will return for my next oil change

I had never been here before but I really needed an oil change because I was going on a road trip.The two gentlemen who helped me: Chito and his associate (whose name I unfortunately did not catch), got us in and out so fast, plus they were super friendly and professional and just generally really good at their job.Most importantly they did a great job on my car. I feel compelled to write my first Google review because of what quality customer service and care I experienced at this location! I explained to two separate employees, Chito and Nick, that I was in need of an oil change but high-risk and concerned with any in-person interaction because of the virus. They could not have been more understanding or accommodating- they took down my vehicle information before I arrived and once I was at the shop, I stayed inside my vehicle the entire time while they performed the oil change and communicated with me/took my payment via phone (South Lamar told me this would not be possible). I never even had to roll my window down and left feeling so appreciative and impressed. Their team is wonderful and this will be my go-to for any future services.

Good customer service, no doubt about that. The only thing is that i got a tire rotation, my tires starting making noise, so i made sure the lug nuts were tightened myself and they were not all fully tightened. Thankfully nothing happened but just make sure they are properly tightened.

Got an annual inspection for my vehicle. Quick and painless. They had me remain in the car during the inspection because of the current covid19 situation.

I truly appreciated the overall service of the employees. Very prompt & professional. Though what I had to pay was a bit pricy, they assisted me in suggesting the coupons on the website, which was very much appreciated. I had excellent service for my truck oil change, tire rotation and got my truck some new windshield wiper blades all under an hour. I highly recommend this jiffy lube they topped off all fluids, vaccumed the interior Im very pleased with the service I received.

Chito is a very knowledgeable technician as well as his crew of hard workers: Sarah, Sean and there is another lady there but I am sorry as I can not recall her name. I went in to have my oil changed and had other things done as well, I was greeted with smiles which was nice, all the way until I left. Because of the outstanding service I received at this location I went and picked up some real tacos for everyone there. Bottom line if you need your oil changed you need to take your vehicle here to this Ben White location you wont be sorry!! Great people and amazing service and your wallet wont be crying!!! While I did not get my oil changed here because I was in my Porsche, I did ask them if I could use a funnel to add some oil to my car and (maybe) use a tool to break the oil cap loose as it seemed welded on! Well, not only did they let me use the funnel, one of the guys broke loose the oil cap (he could have at least make it look hard!!). The staff here was so helpful - just very nice people!!

Ive been meaning to write this review for awhile. This Jiffy Lube is awesome! The manager is a great guy, and really knows his stuff. Im a single woman, and honestly, its tough to find a place to work on your car that you can trust. Not the case here. I have complete faith in the recommendations, and the quality of the work. One time I said I thought I might need a transmission treatment, in addition to the oil change I came in for. He checked it out, and said no youre fine. That really spoke volumes to me! Since then, Ive been a loyal customer, and Im planning to continue. Great place, great people!

Super friendly staff. They treated me like I was an old friend. They checked all my fluids and air pressure. Its good to make sure Im not missing anything on my regular maintenance. I would definitely recommend sending my friends and family to get their oil changed here.

Come here on occasion only because it is convenient to pick up the wife’s car while she is at work next door to get her oil changed. No hello, much less courtesy of any sort during minimal interaction. Invoice for $73 dollars says floor got vacuumed, but no shock to not get that service. I don’t like trash talking, but there’s no way I would have come here if it wasn’t in this exact convenient spot.

I typically have a decent experience here. My biggest complaint is that the posted hours on the web and Yelp state theyre open on Sundays from 10-6, but I stopped by at 11:30 and they were closed. It would be helpful if this location updated their hours, and made it clear if there are restricted days/hours to get state inspections.

Professional and got it done

I took my car in for an inspection, an oil change, and because my tire sensor indicated tire pressure was not correct. They suggested a tire rotation too; which I also paid for. Waited 2 hours for the service and when I got my car back, the tire sensor STILL showed my pressure was off. They said I just needed to drive around a little and it would go away. The manager assured me they checked my tires and they put air in them.Next day, I took my car to the Nissan dealership to have the sensors tested. They told me they were fine. They put air in my tires and the sensor message went away. They also told me ALL my tires were low and they were pretty sure no one had put any air my tires.I called Jiffy Lube back and asked if they told me they performed something different than they actually did. They tried to chalk it up to temperature. Go to this place, if you want, but I certainly will NEVER again.
