The people that work there are so nice and very helpful.

We showed up to get our rental car... which we made months ago..... and they didn’t have a car for us. They told us they couldn’t do anything for us. The woman was rude and not helpful at all.

Sheila - the owner - makes the in and out process quick and hassle-free. The place has the air of a small, family-run neighborhood facility -- quite unlike the usual impersonal corporate feel of most rental places.I ordered a Ford Escape and fully expected to be told they did not have it and would have to shift me to another car. But Sheila had the Escape ready and waiting,It provided a great smooth ride for my long trip to Norman OK.

I rented a car from here in March. It was a last minute rental due to a cat accident Id been in that day. The customer service was excellent. The lady at the counter that day got me in and out of there very quickly. The return process was just as pleasant. Thanks for the great service.

This a great but hard to find location. The woman who runs it has been there a few years and knows her regulars. Shes super helpful and you can leave your car in the back for business travel.

Its great to have a car rental shop in my town! No need to go to the airport!Plus Sheela is so helpful and no mater what hiccups happen she finds away to get me in a car and Happy!M

Beware: dont think that because you reserved a car 3 weeks in advance AND prepaid, that the car will be there for you when you need it. i was left high and dry the weekend before Christmas. thanks, Budget.
