My first time here, I looked up the ratings in seen good reviews for the most part. However, I paid $300 for the sedan ultimate detail I will give them a 7/10. Some crumbs was left on the floor and they couldn’t remove stains on my seat. Also, I asked them if they could put seat covers on my car and they couldn’t. I pretty much had to do it myself.

I have been using these guys since they opened. The best value is their membership. They have a special lane for members, they do a great job washing and vacuuming. A friend accidentally dumped a plant into the passenger seat carpet. I was close, so I swung by and they quickly vacuumed my car and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes.

Shady business. We asked/told the cleaning people for the basic $44 car wash, put some stuff in our trunk and they started cleaning it, then the guy at the register charges us $65 because “basic” doesn’t include the trunk. Felt bad for the workers, so I just paid, but the man at the register should have corrected them because we asked for the basic. Too many car washes around Austin to go back to this one.

I got here in the morning when they opened. There was no line. I got the basic service. They cleaned the outside of my car and did some basic vacuuming and interior cleaning. Exactly what I needed. They finished my car in about 30 minutes. Quick. Great value. Will be back again.

When this place first opened, everyone was on point. My car was even on point after just a basic wash. The last 2 times Ive been here, Ive gotten the Deluxe Wash. Super disappointed. My car still had tons of dirt and water spots on the outside. The inside was barely wiped down, dust everywhere still and barely vacuumed. You would think paying $55 for an upgraded cleaning would be worth the money....sadly it was not. I have tried reaching out through their messaging system on the website only to be ignored. I will not be wasting my time or money at this place again.

They managed to leave everything in my car except for a pair of Ray-Ban glasses..my other glasses, prescription, were left in there but magically the sunglasses weren’t. Luckily we caught this right away and managed to get them back. I thought it might’ve been a simple mistake but after reading some other reviews, I don’t think so. Plus it doesn’t make sense that nothing else was taken out.Also, paid for the premium wash to have my leather seats conditioned…they did, but they definitely did not vacuum them right. Still dirt on the crevices of the seat and not deep where it can’t be vacuumed, but like literally visible dirt right away; just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.Their prices are not fair when you take into consideration that your stuff in the vehicle is not safe from sticky hands and then they don’t completely follow through on the work they’ve been paid for.

I went to pick up my car yesterday and it wouldn’t start. They people working here are kind and they did try to jump start my car… but nothing worked…They did say something was wrong with the remote start (probably not the first time this has happened to their customers). So I had to get it towed to the Subaru dealership on the other side of Austin. It was already after hours by then. I had to call an Uber for a ride home 30 miles south… The dealership called me this morning to say that the remote start was DISCONNECTED around the steering wheel DURING the interior DETAIL which disabled the entire mechanism, leaving me stranded. Subaru also said this kind of situation happens frequently with interior car detailing… hopefully this information will help someone else. That’s six hours of my life and towing fees and Uber fees and repair fees that I can’t get back …This was a very inconvenient situation.

Update: They did a decent job ensuring my car was clean. A 1 star rating was not merited just because I was feeling salty that day.$44 for the cheapest wash. All washes include interior and exterior. No option for a cheaper quick exterior wash. Just seems as though they are missing an opportunity to make quick money while more efficiently using the labor they have on hand.

I have been here twice .the first timeWas a Sunday..not a good day because everyone else goes that day.. we were probably there for 2Hours? Wash was okI went a few weeks ago between thunderstorms and somehow was charged over$60! I didn’t notice until later. Wheels were not clean and I asked that they remedy that..still were not clean when I left. Dog nose prints in back also not cleaned..I have tried 4 other washes in the area since moving here..this one is not great and is highest price of any I have tried. It’s the closest to where I live but I don’t think I wouldGo again.They did fillSomeWindshield marks for me which was really appreciated . And they remove and clean weather tech mats well.Thank you

Anytime you pre-pay $290.00 for any any service, you are leery. I dropped my SUV off for a VIP detail. 2nd time I had ever been to this establishment. I reluctantly pre-paid the 290.00. And at the kiosk the signage indicates you can tip on the credit card- at pre- payment. Well I didn’t! And boy am I glad.They took my cell number and said it would be about 2 hours. No problem, I had a ride home. I got the completion call- around 2 hours later. I didn’t pick up for another hour. Upon arrival I walked the exterior perimeter of my SUV to find a completely dirty and unattended front grill and under side of my front bumper. No one had checked. So I point out all kinds of wipeable grime. And expect them to clean it. Another 10 minutes to wait. I go to check it out again, and notice insect residue not cleaned off. I also notice everyone circling me, uncomfortably, as if I was asking them to do something I hadn’t paid for. 290.00 is ALOT of money and I would expect my car to look like new. I was told, after another 2 people came to look at the bumper that it would require polishing to get get the residue off and that wasn’t included in my VIP Detail.So- Don’t expect much, and certainly don’t pay the extra for a VIP detail. Check your car before you drive it off AND before you tip. I I DO NOT recommend this Detailer and will not return.

Horrible customer service. Seems like all the reviews are either bought or paid. The manager rudely says “I am done” when pointed to areas left untouched.

Where do I even start.. I have never written a review on anything before but the customer service here is so bad. It has been over a month since I reached out for my issue to be addressed so im hoping now it will get some attention. I brought my car here to be washed. After taking a long time for them to wash the car, I got into my car and noticed that my door handle was broken and the other half of it was on the floor. No one came up to me to explain what happened. I spoke to the manager Jim about it and he suggested I use super glue. After needing to explain that super glue is not a sufficient fix for the car part, he said he would talk to the owner to see what can be done. It has been over a month and nothing has been done. I have had to use my work time to visit the car wash multiple times to follow up on the issue. I even called and texted the owner Rafael multiple times but he has not been responsive to me. The fact that I need to keep initiating shows how little they value their customers. I dont care to come here again, I just want my car fixed. This is probably the worst experience Ive had with any service. If youre reading this Rafael, ill be bringing the bill for you to pay for the car fixture ($269.47) as already specified in my text messages & as communicated with the manager Jim.

Didnt clean back window. Dash and doors were not cleaned well. Windshield needed to be cleaned better.

Very poor service. They didn’t vacuum third row. bottom of windshield wasn’t even washed, full leaves and others. Had to tell then what to do. They did re-cleaned, but when paying $170 for a car wash you would expect that you didn’t have to do the “project managing” of your car wash. A waste of time.

Took almost an hour to get my car washed and the majority of the time my car just sat there with no one cleaning it. I saw cars that came after me jump in-line ahead of me? I missed a work meeting and sat outside in the heat for an hour. Way Overpriced for this experience.

I was initially $charged for a $Large SUV when I drive a crossover. I brought it up and the cashier acted like she would give me a discount, um, the prices say crossover though, ma’am. My car was not fully hand waxed, it was smooth in some areas and still rough where wax didn’t touch the paint. I overtipped and won’t be going back.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would.I signed up for the membership where it auto drafts monthly from your account. I tried cancelling in April, but they shut down due to COVID but still were charging people for providing no services. Once they reopened I made sure to be there to cancel my service. When I went in once they were back open, the manager confirmed that my name was no longer in their system at all BUT have been charging me ever since.I had to file ANOTHER dispute in June with my bank and again no luck with removing me from their system because here we are in October and I am still being charged for a service that I cancelled months ago.On top of all of this, they only washed my car ONCE. and when they did, I was missing a piece from my door compartment liner. When inquiring about this back in March, no one would text me back about where it was or what happened to it.I have reached out multiple times with no luck to get ahold of the owner/managers.Dont go here, they are extremely unprofessional and what theyre doing shouldnt be allowed at all. Take your money elsewhere.

Great car wash, but upon returning home noticed I was missing a box of lights that was in my trunk. Called manager and they said it wasn’t their fault. Pretty shady considering there are other reviews for broken or “lost” items on here.

Excellent service! I was able to drive in and get a wash and wax for my suv in 40 minutes. The staff are very courteous, very welcoming and were very patient while I got my two big dogs out of the car to go for a walk while we waited. A very nice place. The office is very clean and they offer free beverages while you wait. I will come back again.

Had my truck detailed here for the first time ever since I bought it years ago. The attention to detail is beyond amazing and I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a great deal and outstanding customer service.

I just took my wifes Lexus RX350 there yesterday on 11-18-20, boy what a mistake that was. Paid $130 for a mini detail . I normally wash the car myself. The incompetence is apparent that the people washing cars there have ABSOLUTELY ZERO care about the pride in their work. The car paint was completely trashed after the wash, it literally looks like SAND PAPER was used to wash the car, not even consistent patterns in the scratches some up and down some left to right and swirled. The clear coat is now actually SCRATCHED and HOLOGRAMED with very SEVERE micro scratches from improper washing and drying methods. I could understand if it was a $25 job but i paid $130 for a TERRIBLE wash, interior vac wipe down and some Spray on Leather cleaner on the seats. COMPLETE RIP OFF and ZERO PRIDE in their work. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!!

First time I visited, my small Mazda CX-30 was considered a ‘crossover’ for the basic wash pricing, costing $28. Second time it cost me $38 because they charged me for an SUV. I definitely wouldn’t consider my vehicle an SUV, so I’m not sure if I’ll come a third time.

Incredible service. I noticed that this location was under new management and decided to try it out... I am so pleased with their attention to detail and quality of service. I am taking all of my vehicles here from now on and recommending them to all of my friends and family. I had an appointment while they were cleaning my car and was planning to Uber but Rafael insisted on giving me a ride while they cleaned my car. Their membership prices are incredible and they paid attention to every detail I asked them to address; even removing scratches that I thought I’d have to get painted over. My car looks brand new. True experts at the craft of detailing cars and every detail is taken care of by hand. Remarkable.

What a great and central location, car wash is fast and perfect, waiting area is very nice and clean they also have a taco truck and when you do a detail on you car the shuttle to a place of preference, free loaner bikes, the owner Rafael is always there checking on the cars and even washing them it’s self! Sticky clean bathrooms and very reasonable prices. Overall I wish I can leave a 6 stars.

Bad service, my car was in and out with spots still all over my windshields and residue from all the armorall. Had some issues and couldnt reach them over the phone and website does not have an email for me to try and contact. overall shady place bad management

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!We’ve been using this place for a while and all had been going well. We have a late mode Mercedes and a new Porsche and regularly have them washed here. Last weekend I decided to buy the VIP detail for the Mercedes, because it was due for a wax. They did a good job, but ripped the drivers seat cushion (~5” across).The manager, Jim, asked the retailer, who claimed it was pre-existing (it wasn’t). When asked why it wasn’t reported to us or the manager, the retailer had no answer. The manger referred us to the owner. The Owner, Rafael, refused to take any responsibility, claiming the seat must be defective (it’s not). The damaged totaled $1,177 based on a repair quite from Mercedes of Austin.It appears that the retailer stepped, kneeled or pressed on one point of the seat, perhaps while reaching across the car to the other side. Of course, upholstery is meant to be sat in, not kneeled on. The owner also refused to provide any insurance information, when we suggested we could let the insurance adjuster decide if it was defective or damaged.Bottom line: We brought the car to them without damage, and received it back with damage. They won’t take any responsibility. I disputed the charge with my credit card, but that will only cover 1/5th the cost to replace the torn part. It’s unfortunate, because we really wanted to like this place and have until our latest experience. So disappointed in the outcome and the customer service.

Had an item stolen out of my vehicle.. didn’t realize I needed to take EVERYTHING out of my car before heading to a premium car wash such as they claim. Tried calling a couple times to report but never picked up. I definitely won’t be returning. Be warned!!

Rafael is the warmest individual I have met and this review is long overdue. I brought my Acura here a few times and the last time I came here, I had a huge dent from a hit and run two days prior, so I had this dent remover I purchased right before arriving and Rafael was open to helping me and went above and beyond.In the end, we didnt have to use the dent remover. He took this huge dent out of my bumper with some other tools.We all know how hot it is in this Austin heat, so for the owner to help like this, it was very much appreciated.For anyone to offer help like this, is very giving of their time, sweat and .effort. Everyone was so welcoming too and my car was spotless and well taken care of.I can only recommend this place to any of my friends, family or any individual reading this right now. Its located very close to where I live and I find that convenient of course. But you can literally take a walk to Arroyos or anywhere else to get some food if you want. Whole Foods is also very close.I will update this review to include the names of the two other gentlemen who helped. One of them brought up my dent and I then showed the dent remover I had purchased and I asked for help. Thats when Rafael took over and used some other tools.I do apologize for this long review, but I always find it worth my time to show recognition on a job well done. A lot of individuals only focus on the negative things and hardly shed light on the good when it happens. So heres my opinion on such warm souls at this lovely place.Check them out! They also have refreshments and a clean and comfy waiting room. Lastly, they get it done pretty quick. I was told a time frame and it was DONE.Spotless and fresh.Thanks to you all.

I was recommended to take my truck here and in top of that saw a 4.4 star review. Never again ... I paid $115 compared to the $60 dollars I would pay at a better place.

I have been to this place three times and until today iHad no issues. I pulled in and as i got out one of the workers said they cant serve me because no money. He spoke really broken english and I said I have a card but he kept saying no money boss says no money. Then i think he said something about closing early. There were ten employees sitting down and no cars except mine. I am not sure what was going on but it sure did make it inconvenient considering they looked like they were open. Maybe the slow down in the economy has something to do with starting a new business at this time and it not being fruitful. Anyway, i think employees of this establishment should be better equipped and communicated to so they can communicate to customers why they are refusing them service but their doors are open.UPDATE: Stopped by today after a couple months. Rafael took care of me. Although his offer for a complimentary car wash was generous I insisted on paying something so he did give me a discount and allowed me to pay. Great customer service today and they even have a taco truck on site! Great way to start Saturday morning preparing for kick off. OU Sucks, Hook Em! 🤘🏻

Very disappointed with the level of cleanliness compared to the cost of 65.00 including a 30.00 tip. There were multiple patches of dirty spots, the overspray from tire cleaner was along doors and interior windows had film from what may have been an unclean towel. I am partly to blame for not inspecting my vehicle however there are expectations that you will receive quality service.

After weeks of not washing my truck, I was driving by and didnt know what to expect...the pricing is very fair considering the location but the best thing was the customer service. The owner is actually there and addresses any need you may have. Highly recommend these handcarwash, coming from someone that usually washes his on vehicle :)

Just a lil confusing for me making sure I had the right setting for the drive thru car wash & I got the vacuum and freshner option turned around, but my car still was WAY cleaner than it was.
