Towed my vehicle at midnight a few days before Presidents day. Closed at 3:30 the next day when I actually had the money to get it but since they closed early I couldnt and Im charged for another day because THEY closed early??? Closed ALL DAY on Presidents day and Im charged for that too??? Something not quite right with the way they do business. Very shady.

The police had my car towed here after an accident. First off the communication there is terrible. I had the tow driver telling me one thing and then when I called the office to confirm, they denied what he said, same with any other communications I had with them. Always inconsistent. I called the morning I before I went to pick up my car to let them know I would be picking it up and to check the condition of my vehicle. When I arrived there wasnt anyone in the office with the exception of a small child sleeping on the couch. I walked around to find someone and couldnt so I called the phone number. A woman then came from a back building to greet us. They charge 150 for towing, which is ridiculous, then 20 per day storage, which I was charged an extra day. Plus a 50 dollar notification fee for a notification that I still to this day havent received. Me calling them the day it wss towed there and the morning of pick up were the only communications. After informing me that I couldnt have my car until I paid (even though the at fault driver was suppose to pay) after I drove all the way down there, I offered my credit card. I was then told their card reader was broken and I would have to pay cash. Why wasnt this told to me when I called that morning? Now not only was i inconvenienced in every other way but now I had to go pay fees at an atm to get cash. The place was very dirty, disorganized and definitely shady, so the last thing I wanted to do was give cash. After finally getting cash and paying the ridiculous bill. She stated she had to move cars to get to mine. What had she been doing since I called that morning? Or while I was getting cash? She was only able to move one car, (at a towing place!!) so between my father, a random adjuster that happen to be on site and I, it took almost an hour to get my car out of their lot. My car also had a few scratches on the sides that were not there in the after accident pictures. If I could give 0 stars that wouldnt even be low enough. I have never had such a terrible business experience.
