Customer Service is crap. The one with experience is rude. I was told I would get informed on a letter of Experience and it wasnt until the court called and PROGRESSIVE who they work with told me they (this insurance company) failed to contact me....its not their responsibility. But it is your job to respect your customers especially if they received a fax at your establishment. Stop worrying about your camaro and your monte carlo and actually do your job.
