I have always found them to be a responsive and professional agency with good prices. I recently had an issue with a claim and could not get a response from the claims agent in Houston (not this office). I called asking them to intercede for me and they did. Great rates, the nicest staff. Lisa was there to guide me through the process of bundling home and auto insurance, and was an absolutely joy to talk to the entire way. In these times where most policies are online and just to do a simple change takes 20 minutes of navigating 800 numbers, it was incredible to be able to get call a direct line, talk to an agent, and be able to have all of my questions answered promptly an directly.

Ive had these guys for over half a decade and theyve been so incredibly responsive and helpful theyre the benchmark of excellent customer service. Recently Sherlinee Velazquez helped me find my lost ID cards while I was pulled over. They got them e-mailed in minutes and then helped me update my policy and even get a credit back on a vehicle I sold several months before and had forgotten to take off the policy. Another associate that works with their Hagerty office, Ted, helped me correct a policy after a computer record glitch and make sure my vintage vehicle policy was up to date.

We decided to shop around for alternate homeowners and landlords insurance since we didnt feel like we were getting the best rates with our former company. Paul was super quick to respond and got us set up with AllState in a matter of minutes! Lisa might just be the best customer service agent Ive ever worked with - shes personable, communicative and explained everything to us (as new landlords especially) so that we felt comfortable throughout the whole sign up process. Ursula also recently helped us with an issue with our title company in an extremely timely manner. Were extremely happy we switched to AllState.

Joey is by far the best insurance rep Ive ever worked with. Ive probably called about 10 times over the last month for new vehicles, policy changes, house refinance insurance updates, etc. And every single time its stress free because Joey drops what hes doing to get it done. I usually have a ton of questions and I really appreciate that he doesnt rush me off the phone at all, and never sounds annoyed when picking up the phone. 10/10 would recommend Allstate to others based off the customer service alone (but of course their coverage is amazing as well).

Ive been a big fan of Paul Guerrero Allstate agency out of Austin, TX for over five years. It started when I helped one of my daughters get reestablished after a divorce and used Guerreros agency for her auto and renters insurance. She had to make a claim through her renters within that first year and Guerrero Allstate folks handled everything like one wishes - with high competency, genuine compassion, care, and solid results. I switched my auto and renters insurance to them after that. Today, i requested hard copies of my auto policy renewing in a few weeks because my printer is on the blink. Ursula called me within an hour of sending that email as a follow up, asking if there were any other questions or needs I have. She also relayed greetings from her mom, Lisa.
