I had a series of unfortunate experiences with this branch due to clerical errors by the staff that resulted in gaps in coverage, being consistently misinformed about the status of our policies, and undue complications on an already extremely stressful home purchase. On more than one occasion I uncovered serious errors made by the staff and was told to provide proof that they had made the mistake. As an insurance company their primary goal should be the peace of mind of their customers, and after discovering that there were mistakes that led to large periods of time where I actually had zero coverage on my home or vehicle, that peace of mind was lost.Unfortunately I am not the only person in my immediate family to suffer the inadequate checks and balances of this particular branch, and with something so important as the protection of your family and property at stake I can not recommend this group to anyone.
