I was completely floored with the high quality of service Junyao Hu provided me, especially compared to other insurance agents Ive spoken to! Im *quite* particular with asking *a lot* of detailed questions and Jun tackled each of them patiently; and when he didnt know the answer immediately, he wasnt afraid to say I dont know about that but let me find out. I also asked for price comparisons for every feature I chose to add or remove from my policy and Jun offered them without any sense of annoyance or rush, which I deeply appreciated.
