I travel in and out of. the country regularly and the Steven Funk Agency has made the transition from a car in a driveway for 3 months to a roadcar very easy and free of headaches for me.

Avoid. Ive been a customer of this agent for the past 12+ years and have noticed a steep decline in their customer service. Multiple properties are insured through them. During the February Texas storms they were zero help when it came to determining if we should file a claim or not. Then this evening, after being in an accident (not at fault), I was told that my coverage did not cover a rental car, etc. Im seriously questioning the $$$ we pay the Funk Family Agency for subpar Allstate customer service and coverage.

This agency has been poor in customer service since I began here. You call to the office and either dont get through or no-one ever calls back until you call back to follow up. With having a commercial liabilty policy, service and attention to detail is paramount. I talked to the agent, Steven today for assistance with a claim last week and he had a poor phone etiquette, talks over you and doesnt let you finish your sentences. Very unprofessional. Obviously one forgets customers should be appreciated not talked over. We called him on Friday to get help with a claim and we just got a call back today (Wednesday). So, you decide if thats timely or service at its best. He was no help and could not give us the verbiage of our policy even though he knew we were asking the specifics. Facts are undeniable. But, competition is a good thing and one can shop another company and take their business where it is earned and appreciated. Be well.
