I Was looking for insurance policies that best suited me, spoke with Arnold Reyes was very knowledgeable made the process easy.

I switched to State Farm from Progressive after receiving a much lower quote from an agent out of Stuarts office. Everything seemed fine, but when I received the initial paperwork to approve, there were multiple mistakes and parts missing. Jump to two months later, multiple phone calls (from my end, they never checked in with me), missing documents, and a cancellation notice, I am still not covered properly for my car. I cant tell if they dont know what theyre doing or just dont care. Im incredibly disappointed with this level of customer service.

Bad insurance company!! I hit a rock and called for assistance with towing my car to a repair shop, State Farm send me a tow truck and towed it to a repair shop. But they report hitting a rock as a collision at fault, wow right? They only paid 64 dollars in total, and it shows on my driving history Collision at fault. Never do business with them. They are good until they pay for something and than they become your enemy.

Even though we paid out under emergency road assistance for the tow, the cause of loss was a collision. Per the policy, loss caused by collision means a loss that is caused by hitting or being hit by another vehicle or another object.In your case, the object you hit was a rock. This is not uncommon in insurance and is clearly collision.We were able to approve and pay your claim.Again, thank you for your feedback.
