I recently moved to Austin and transferred my State Farm policy to Jim Saxton III. Ive had a great experience working with this team in the short period of time Ive been here. The team was very responsive to my requests and Jenny, in particular, made this transition smooth and effortless for me. Additionally, they kept providing me with savings in my home and auto policies that my previous agent failed to provide, with consistent follow through and follow ups. We even ended up having an internal joke between us that it was Christmas all over again in March of 2014. I highly recommend this agent for your insurance needs.

I recently fledged the nest and got off my moms car insurance (also State Farm) when I moved to Austin. I shopped around a few places, and my conversations with Agent OJ Vallejo were so helpful-- he explained what each type of insurance was for, how much it covered, what discounts I could get; nothing like the rushed and pressured interactions with other companies. We spent some time figuring out my needs, car and renters, and the best way to separate from my moms plan. Turns out in addition to great customer service, I got a great deal! Mr. Vallejo was able to include me as a customer of 5+ years, thanks to my moms loyalty as a customer, so now I get all the same discounts that she does. There was also some remaining credit on her account for my car, so I have even further reduced rates for the first few months. Any time there is a change, Mr. Vallejo contacts me with updates and always responds same-day when I send a question his way. I am very pleased with this agency so far.

Absolutely love the staff here. Ive been working mostly with Oscar, and hes been responsive, polite, and very attentive (checks back and follows up to make sure everything is in order). No experience with any other agent in town- Saxtons office was the first I called for a quote and it just has worked perfectly since.
