Like a Good Neighbor State Farm WAS There!! While I was in their office, I got a call from the photographer I hired to capture my proposal to my girlfriend, telling me they had to cancel. This was very last minute, but after hearing what was going on, Andrew mentioned that he did a bit of photography himself as a hobby. Long story short, Andrew showed up the very next day (On a Sunday, in 30 degree weather) to photograph my proposal and allow me to do it exactly as Id planned despite my original professional photographer cancelling on me. She said yes, and the pictures were awesome, thanks to Andrew! This was an act of kindness that I definitely wont ever forget.

They decided to increase my renters premium form $16.53 to $44 per.month and had no real explanation. They said they did not rate it correctly and I said too bad. Absorb it and they refused. They could not do anything. I said I could. CANCEL! Fraudulent behavior. No communication on anything. Got new policy for $14 per month. Good thing I didnt get auto too. Filing complaint with Tx Ins Board.

Andrew called right when I was preparing to get a new insurance quote and gave me a much better rate, educated me on aspects of my auto coverage that I was unaware of and surprised me with a reduction in my original price given over the phone. Trying to split my account with my ex-wife for more than two months and still in process. Andrew never calls me back and doesn’t respond my emails.Every time I call him he is out of the office. I do not recommend this agent and will definitely find a new one ASAP!

The customer service at this office is unprofessional and rude. After receiving letters in the mail stating my policy was being cancelled with no explanation, I called the associate I worked with to set up my policy. He said he had no idea what happened either and would let me know. After weeks of calling everyday, my associate and Mr. Easley were always in a meeting or not in the office. The office personnel who answered my calls would hang up or put me on hold in the middle of my describing my inquiry - blatantly not interested in assisting me. I was told by one of the office personnel once, that my cancellation was due to general price increase by State Farm, by someone else that it was an underwriters error, and by someone else there was a system glitch the day my policy was set up... clearly they have no idea what they are doing. When I left messages or emails asking for someone to return my calls, no one ever responded. After 2 months of this mess with Andrew Easleys office, I have taken my business to Nationwide. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

This agency pulled off a successful bait and switch. They called me telling me they could lower my insurance rate. Then when I got the policy they told me that my rate was going to be higher than quoted because my address was different. It wasnt different from what I provided or from what the written quote said, it was different than some old data they had in their system. They were unhelpful and refused to address any error on their end.

I had insurance through the predecessor at this office for 20 years before they took over the agency. When that change occurred never received any information on the change, not a phone call, nada. That would seemingly have been good business, if not required, but I stayed with the new agent nonetheless. Recently, in getting the run around from State Farm on a claim I called the agency to see if they could help. They couldnt, they didnt, and once I get this claim resolved this 40 year State Farm customer is switching insurance agents and insurance companies.

My name is Randy Larsen and I have been a Loyal Sate Farm customer for over 30 years, I always enjoyed this office when it was run by Karen Johnson and her very respectful and helpful employees and had no problems with claims,service or any other needs.It was taken over by Andrew Easley when Karen retired and has gone completely down hill. The service is terrible,the information given is incorrect, his employees act like high school children who dont have correct information or answers,and I rarely get called back when told I will. today 5-10-16 I was actually treated rude,argued with, talked over, and hung up on 2 times.I highly recommend you NOT do buisness with them unless you want bad treatment using their higher priced insurance and high school like attitude,I also will be transfering my buisness to another agent who understands customer service...................
