They are the best at customer service. I used to sell insurance and was licensed....and I prefer these guys. You wont find anyone else as helpful and willing to get you the lowest rate. They genuinely care. Roy, the owner, is there 90% of the time....likes to get to know each person...

This agency just informed me that they just have too many customers to give individual attention to each one. this was in response to my asking why they didnt notify me that my personal home insurance was being cancelled. i have several policies there now, which i will be moving to another agency that can handle things better than to just take an order on the phone, charge an extra fee (on top of their commission) and then forget about you.

Ive been w company for years. I was w the company before Roy owned it. Sadly recently I had to change insurance do to better price else where.. Ive always had great service but as of recently the customer service has been lacking., no return phone calls as promised, the voicemail always says they are at lunch. I had an issue after hours and called after hours number and NEVER got a call back.. The owner is a great guy and family oriented but sorry Roy service has declined brotha.

I am a customer that shops online for car and home insurance. However, I made the mistake to support local businesses, I want to say wrong choice. When I went to the office they seem like they care about my business, but they truly dont. I cant believe I pay $120 in office and insurance fees. BAD, BAD, They never return phone calls or emails. I definitely dont recommend this insurance agency.
