Disappointing service by Dean and Cindy on a commercial insurance policy. Turned out I was signed up for an overpriced (by a factor of 5) and erroneous policy. It took pulling teeth to get Dean to admit his mistake and the corrective action offered was an even higher premium policy which fixes the errors... Naturally I switched to a different provider and when I asked for cancellation the response was that I had to fill in special Farmers forms ... with the exact same cancellation information I already provided in my request.

Dean & the gang are amazing. Save me a few thousand on my rental property policy and are most than attentive the are amazing.Can say enough. Great guys and perfect service.

They will lie for your money.I went into this office to shop for commercial insurance for my business. I was looking for a small umbrella coverage, in case we damaged anything serious. Seems like no big deal, right? So I met with the owner, Stormy, and his commercial guy Todd. The closed the door, and it was just the three of us. I explained my business, and told them what I needed. I was interrupted to be told that they dont do any policies under $500,000. I respectfully told them I thought that was too much and that I didnt need it. Todd went into detail about how that was not smart on my behalf. He then began to tell me a true story about a lithium ion battery in an OBD scanner that EXPLODED, burned the shop to the ground, and the under insured owner went out of business due to vehicle damages. I kept thinking to myself, dont we hold lithium ion batteries up to our face on a daily basis, or larger ones on our lap in a tablet or laptop? I began researching to find out this story was not true, and lithium ion batteries have expensive safety measures taken to insure that these things dont explode next to somebodys FACE! If you dont want people to try and make you feel stupid to get your money, go somewhere else.

My experience of the owner is that he feigns sincerity and concern while fishing for information. It is very transparent and I wouldnt expand my business with him beyond the very basics of insurance.
