I truly cannot say enough about my INCREDIBLE experience with Clay Holsey of Presley Realty. My journey with Clay started when I emailed him back in November of 2020 in hopes to explore the Austin Real Estate market as I was making a huge move from California to Austin. After getting jobs in Austin my husband and I were excited about moving but apprehensive about the process of finding a home to lease. Sunni Berkley is amazing! She made sure we found the perfect house to rent. She always kept in touch and got back to me quickly when I had a question or request (which was a lot, because I was pretty obsessed with finding the right house). She showed me lots of houses, which is what I wanted. She always noticed things about the listings that I had overlooked, and she checked on the status of lots of houses I found on other websites. She made good judgment calls and gave great advice. Shes a really nice person too. I would highly recommend working with her!

We had Clay Holsey of Pauly Presley Realty as our agent while moving from out of state, and I would absolutely recommend him 10/10 to anyone. We wanted to find a house to rent since we are new to the area, and he went above and beyond our expectations. Something to keep in mind here is the time sensitivity of the situation. In between Christmas and New Years, I was given a job offer that would include relocation from Orlando, Fl, to Austin, Tx. A move halfway across the country is never a quick and easy process... although, it is! My company sent Philips contact info to me and said I would be in great care! I sure was! He was very quick to respond (even though he was on vacay in out of the country!) and took out his own time to genuinely give to me! I did not do much searching for apartments. He asked me all the question he needed to narrow the search and came back with great prospects. He was very truthful and honest in what he thought about some other findings, whether it was if the location was friendly or not, traffic and proximity to essential places, and of course, if what I was paying would be worth the product I am getting. He found me a brand New Complex! Under a year old, very fair, reasonable, and friendly priced, a super nice location, all the amenities, and a great started deal for signing the lease! I ended up getting the first month and a half free, on top of how much I was saving if I had chose to live anywhere else half as nice! I ended up getting moved in at the end of January! Talk about fast! Took so much stress away! Thank you Philip! He is the real deal!

Would highly recommend this company and Sunni Berkley in particular!!Austin is a challenging area for renters. After my wife, roommate and I struck out several times looking on our own, we contacted Pauly Presley. They put Sunni on the case! We were challenging clients, and there was the massive ice storm but Sunni worked hard through all of it and found us a beautiful home to rent in a great area. MUCH less stressful than trying to do it yourself as a renter in a challenging market.

Im doing a year of volunteer service in Austin and Im going to be living on a narrow thin budget because of it. I have a Great Dane and two cats and finding a place that allows three pets let alone a single dog that weighs over 100 pounds was an impossible task for me. I also wasnt able to find roommates to split a rental house with me, but Vy at Pauly Presley Realty was able to find me an apartment minutes from where Ill be working, that let me keep all of my bets, and is right within my budget. With out her help, I probably would have been looking for a place out of town or leaving my cats with my parents. The rental market in Austin is competitive to say the least, and my housemates and I arent perfect applicants -- we are young working class folks who make decent money but are in the process of building credit. That was no problem for Sara Woodward, who was our greatest resource during the home search process. Sara deserves a medal for her patience, and for always knowing the answers or at least where to find them. Finding and leasing a home can be a messy process but she made it easy and relatively painless for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Sara Woodward to anyone!

When we decided to apply to lease the home, it looked like we might have lost it due to the owners deciding sell, but Michael wasnt deterred and pitched us as tenants to the owners, eventually convincing them to choose renting to us over selling!
