This is the best AC company I’ve ever worked with. They are fast to your location and do a great job diagnosing your problems. They will give you all your options and will implement your solution quickly. Smart Air is a professional and fair company.

I called looking for service at 7 PM they were very attentive got me someone scheduled for 830. Set me up in the system immediately started to sending text notifications. The tech called when he was on his way to my property when he arrived he was so polite he got the job done was very professional we were so happy to have AC for the night

So here all along I thought I was blowing out the drain line but NO… Eddie, the tech extraordinaire, determined the problem immediately. He took the time to explain how the system works and fixed the problem along with a check of the air conditioner. Would use Smart Air again even with a scheduling glitch that Nicole immediately responded to.

I’d had a bad experience with a prior company and from the first call to Smart they were courteous, helpful, and honest. So far they’ve been excellent. Nicole in the office and Eddie out in the field. Providing us with higher level problem solving than the AC service company we were using prior and 2 others we called before them.

I understand they have to charge for labor costs and service fees but I was charged $318 for someone to simply put a thermostat on my wall. The smart thermostat wouldnt even connect to the WiFi at the house before he left. He was professional and nice, but we were charged for a high-rise installation fee. When I called they said the tech typed in the wrong information but that fee would be applied anyway. We were already running the A/C by hot-wiring it, we wouldve been better off just ordering a thermostat online and putting it on ourselves.

No one likes needing a repair or maintenance but when you need one, DEFINITELY go with these guys and gals! They were so quick to come check out our A/C, find the problem, and fix it. Really great response time. Called well after hours and they were able to get to my house in under two hours. Super professional and fast, didn’t try to upswell me on anything, while still giving professional opinions of services I might be interested in, yet I never felt pressured into anything. Much more affordable than I was fearing.

Eris came to perform a diagnostic and flush the condensate drain of our central AC unit. She immediately found the problem and quoted what it would cost to fix it, along with other options like maintenance packages, etc. She fixed our issue, performed a general systems check of the unit, and was extremely professional and courteous throughout, answering all of my questions. Haven’t used these guys for a/c work and never will. I was unfortunately involved in an accident with one of their technicians. He turned on a yield on green light while we had the right of way with a green light. At the scene he said he had a green light which he did but you have to yield on it. We expected the company to take care of repairs but when insurance got involved, he lied and said he had a green arrow. Needless to say we had to pay for our repairs. If the work they do is a reflection of the integrity of their employees, look elsewhere.

I’ve use Smart Air now for a number of years and been pleased with their service. Their technicians are pleasant, thorough, and don’t cut corners. Excellent work. If I had one it of constructive criticism it would be to create a subscription model where I just don’t have to think about what’s been renewed and not. The Netflix of HVAC if you will.

Had an attic AC flood the floor below on a Sat night. Eris T came out on Sunday and spent 3+ hours thoroughly investigating what happened, showing me what I need to do to prevent this in the future, and even emailed me readings on from inside and outside units for further reference. We were experiencing an emergency situation that resulted in our heat going out in early December. We are seniors and my husband has disabilities and is always a bit cold. Smart Air was very responsive and our heat was back on quite promptly. We still have some major work for them to do, but so far, they have been super!

This is our third time calling for Smart Air Techie Frank B to do our HVAC maintenance work. He finished everything promptly in about 40 minutes. We signed up for the seasonal deal, which is good until next spring. Prior to this visit, we had all our ducts cleaned. The heater is turned on for the first time since last winter, and condo is nice, warm and cleaned. Electricity bill was lower, too.

My technician Dereck was absolutely amazing! Very helpful and kind! Will definitely use them again! Reasonably priced, not cheap but not expensive.

My AC wasnt working, and it was 104 degrees on a Saturday afternoon. I called a few places and left messages, but Smart Air Service not only answered the phone on the weekend, they had someone out to my house with an hour. The technician, Eris, did a great job. Fixed the problem for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing AC repair or maintenance.

We had our AC go out at 11pm the night before, so we called first thing Friday morning and they had a tech to our house by 8am. I recommend giving Smart Air a call.We have an LG ductless/split system with ceiling cassettes and theyre complicated. From my sales advisor to each and every service technician that worked over the 3-full days installation, they were all wonderful! My conversations with office personnel were also pleasant and satisfying.Brandon was excellent! He took pains to explain things to me about the install, and I now know more about HVAC systems than I ever would have guessed! He and the crews were very conscientious about controlling noise from the work, and also clean up where they had been. Brandon and his assistant came back the following morning to fix one final issue to the electrical wiring. They wanted to ensure that I had a safely installed system and that I was happy with the work done.I have had a maintenance policy with Smart Air Co. for several years on my old system, and was always pleased with the attention they paid to my old system during seasonal check-ups.I HIGHLY recommend this company for any AC or HVAC work you need done. Frank and Austin of Smart Air completed the first maintenance inspection on my dual-fuel, Am Std Air Heat pump system. They also fixed a few minor problems from the install, which was done last year. They listened to my concerns, made the fixes, and completed the inspection in a little over an hour. No new problems found; the system is and has been running great: in heating mode this mid-April day (a bit unusual) but they also checked the cooling side. I would use Smart Air again for routine maintenance. Very professional.

I called Smart Air for an estimate to replace my system. They were able to set an appointment same day. Their estimator was very thorough and provided me with a detailed 5 page estimate also the same day. Compared to the other bids I received Smart Airs was the most detailed; model #s of equipment were on the bid and a detailed scope of work to be completed, there was also 6 option for me to chose from!They installed the system, took care of all of my rebate paperwork, and I am extremely happy with my new system. These guys did a great job at my store front very conscious of their work and how it will perform long-term…. One of my main concerns was clean air and these guys suggested I add a dehumidifier to my system to prevent any future issues with mold. Having clean air is a priority..,

My AC suddenly stopped working on a late afternoon in August. Within hours Smart Air had Dereck Granados at my home. He was wonderful- cheerful, polite, informative and had my AC repaired quickly.

My experience with Smart Air has been great! They installed a new system and re sealed all the ducts in 2017.Today I had to call them since my AC would not start. It turns out that the drain line was clogged (my fault for not servicing it well). They sent Marcus within a couple of hours. Marcus was polite, knowledgeable, professional and very thorough in his inspection of the unit. He cleared the clog and checked the whole system. I am now seating in a pleasantly cool space again.Thanks!

Ive been a satisfied customer of Smart Air Service Company since April of 2017. During the cold front, my old HVAC broke down and we were without heat for only 48 hours during the inconvenient timing of the holiday weekend. But Ross the technician came in earlier than expected and he detected the heating panel problem, then got a new heating part within an hour. In a span of a few hours, our heat was back on like new. The service and part turned out to be cheaper than I expected.On May 24, 2019, Frank B came and improved my HVAC system by quickly adding a needed freon (R-22) and replacing a bad capacitor. Now our AC is working normally, just in time for the hot holiday weekend.Then on a stormy day, technician Frank B, masked et al, showed up on time after I called for service at 8 AM and he was here in a downpour on May 12. Three satisfactory years! Otherwise, I would not have set up that umbrella for him. (My 3rd recorded review.)

Our AC was not cooling down our house. So at 4:30pm I called SmartAir to service it. Lucky for us, they said a technician could be out today! It was about 5:30or 6pm when Frank showed up. He quickly diagnosed that it was the thermostat. A short time later and $390. bill and we had a cool house again. He told us that our thermostat did not need batteries but the person who came out a month before did not mention that. We were all sleeping better in a cool house.

This is a small company with a very active owner he checks up on things and make sure theyre done right and he also makes sure that the customer is happy theyre very prompt and theyre very professional

Eris Tang came out to verify subcool and superheat degrees on our A/C system. She added refrigerant to bring the unit within specs. Eris was knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. She knew what she was doing and was open to sharing information on the work she was doing.

Smart Air is great. You can pay for your service for the entire year. They are very respectful, work with you to schedule an appointment. What is nice is they even have the ability to track your technician so that you can anticipate when the person will arrive. Been very pleased with Smart Air and all their staff.

Smart Air Service installed our system on our new house and for the most part, it has been great. We have a large system for the house and 2 separate mini-splits for our shop and mother-in-law suite. The mini splits have both developed small leaks but were easily repaired and refilled. Weve had particularly good experiences with Frank as a service technician, who is both knowledgeable and polite. UPDATE: We suffered a failure on the coil unit in one of our mini-splits. Unfortunately, the unit was in a very tight spot and could not be accessed for repair. SMART-AIR managed to completely disconnect and relocate the unit, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!, and make the necessary repair. Ross and his assistant spent the entire day and did a very professional, neat job. Additionally, the unit is now accessible and can be repaired much easier in the future. Nice to see a company stand by their install.
