Love this place ever since my sister showed me and funny enough one of my bestfriends took me here about a month after my sister showed me this place, both highly recommended by both and I can see why. I am always blown away by the focus and amazing job everyone there does. I went to Tina yesterday and one of the other gals did the art and I call that impressive team work, and on top of that my appointment was set for 6 and I was about 40 minutes early and Tina was kind enough to squeeze me before her last appointment for the day showed up and that right there is amazing customer service. See you guys again in about 2.5 to 3 weeks for the next wedding I have to attend ha.

Wow, wow, wow! I have honestly never gone to the same nail place twice because no one has ever really impressed me. I can tell you that Luxx has changed that! This will be my go to from now on! They have great reviews and I can see why. The place is very clean, and well sanitized. The staff are absolutely amazing. I went with my mom, she loved her lady but mine was wonderful as well. I talked to a few other ladies while I was there and they were all equally happy with their person so I dont think you can go wrong! I did a pedicure and a full set of nails. I am extremely pleased with both. Probably the best job Ive ever seen. She was very kind and patient with me. I was having a hard time picking what color I wanted. She made me feel more comfortable than anywhere Ive ever been before. Ive always felt rushed at nail salons, but not here. They wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied and I very much appreciated all of her effort to give me exactly what I wanted. The lady next to me did glow in the dark nails and they were amazing so I will have to go back and do that one next! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

I’ve been doing my nails for 14 years, went through so many different nails salons in NY, MN, CO etc., and wanted a new nail tech/ salon. So I had convinced Myself, that I was going to see a private nail tech. UNTIL, I had my customers came in with incredible nails and highly recommend LUXX nails. From the artwork, to the customer focused experience. This place is phenomenal.Layla, you are a sweetheart and a hard worker. Thank you for taking care of me and my daughter. You made the experience without a doubt the best in 14 years. I found my new nail salon. I’d drive an hour out of my way to get my nails done. Thank you LUXX, highly recommended.

Ive been coming here with my daughter now since we discovered Luxx Nails Bar back in November of 2020. Ths place is always clean and just beautiful. The entire staff are all so wonderful. I usually see Katie and she is fantastic! Everyone here is so kind and polite and very accommodating. They even ask if we would like a complimentary drink every time we come. I have gotten beautiful Cat Eye nails as well as Mermaid nails. Both times were great! These are what Katie did today. When I am not sure what I want, she suggests designs and shows me all of the options. I have also gotten different shapes and have never been disappointed! If you sign up, you can also earn points and can get discounts on future visits! Highly recommend Luxx Nails Bar!!

I really love this place, everyone is nice and patient. It’s nice and bright in here which is very nice since I have light sensitivity. It’s very clean as well it’s pretty busy which kind of sucks so definitely book an appointment. My first experience here I got a gift card which was really nice. Love this place I come here all the time and have never had a bad experience.

Disappointed is an understatement! I called ahead and made an appointment. The lady that started my nails was doing a great job until she suddenly had to leave. A new lady then sat down to finish my nails and did not do a good job at all. After my nails came out of the light dryer, she wiped them with alcohol on a cotton ball. They were not dry and I ended up paying and leaving with cotton ball fluff stuck onto my wet nails.After the appointment I called and spoke with the manager. The only thing he said to me was that the battery in the dryer may have been dying and that I could come back in to dry them. The nails are a mess and I will not be coming back or recommending this nail bar!!

I live getting my dip nails done here. I see Ben, and he is great! He even does nice designs. Im so happy I found this gem!

Very nice place my only complaint is the guy that did my nails both times I have gone in made and took phone calls when doing my nails this last time he smelt so bad of sweat like he ran a marathon before coming into work my nails are very well done and I no complaints about the cleanliness of the establishment the first time I came in the nail tech did not know what color changing gel nail polish was so I opted to just get regular shellac this time around he did not seem very knowledgeable about the different techniques or the different types of nail polish versus gel or shellac

I love this place! I asked and got exactly what I wanted. Ready for Independence Day :) The people are very friendly. They also have a rewards card to earn credit towards your next visit, which I really appreciate.

I have been coming to Luxx Nail bar for almost 6 months. Ive previously had good experiences. However, today I presented for a dip manicure per usual. My dip has ALWAYS been soaked off but my nail tech Katie decided to try and rip them off with a nail tip. Doing so damaged and ripped my natural nail off. I like my nails longer which is why I choose dip as I dont want to get tips. I had 1 broken nail on my right hand which she started with pulling the dip off. I understand this as there wasnt much left. She did use the electric file on 2 nails but stopped pulled off another nail with a tip which was fine didnt tip the nail. However she then proceeded to the rest of the hand. 3/5 nails on my right hand would now be ripped down to nubs due to pulling the dip off. At this point I was already upset and she proceeded with the left hand trying to pull the dip off which ripped all 5 nails. After she was done she looked at me and asked if I wanted tips put on. I did get tips as I had no nail length at all. However if she would have soaked them off this would not of been an issue. I also had to pay an additional $10 for the tips she now needed to put in due to her mistake. Very disappointed.For the manicure portion of this experience she soaked my hands for about 20 seconds before pulling them out of the water to clean up skin and cuticles. She seemed rushed and uninterested.If I do return I would not recommend Katie.

Ive been going to Luxx Nail Bar since I moved to Aurora and Im in love with this place. Its absolutely clean and the staff there are so friendly. My favorite person there to do my nails is definitely Katie! She does wonderful designs and just a lovely job I totally recommend her and Luxx Nail Bar they are the best!

I have been looking for a good nail salon in the Aurora area for years. Glad I found this gem! I am beyond happy with the dip manicure I got today! So elegant and natural looking! I’ve gotten pedis here in the past and they were okay; however, I was not happy with the pedi I received today. They look fine from afar but very sloppy up close. Will definitely return but will request a different tech next time for pedis!

NEVER EVER DISAPPOINTED!!! I go here quite often and have yet to have a bad experience. They are amazing and it is by a landslide my absolute go-to. They accommodate to extreme measures, and offer drinks and do their best to give you EXACTLY what you want...and more! The pictures are all of nail designs Ive had thus far at Luxx. I am already a member and it does not disappoint! The maroon with the white flower was one of the first designs Id ever had, the blue marble was something I thought would look cool (nail tech saw reference image and freehanded it not knowing if he would deliver..he did!) and the black with the linework is what I currently have on. I. AM. IN. LOVE! To anyone and everyone, I HIGHLY recommend! No matter who you get, you wont be disappointed.

I had gotten acrylic nails done somewhere else. And wasn’t happy with them. They were really thick and not shaped nicely. I stopped in to this place and asked if they could fix them. Tina took me back and did a wonderful job. She is so talented and professional and very nice. This place is amazing inside. Very clean. This was the most relaxed and comfortable atmosphere

My nail tech was Katie, she was nice and friendly and worked so hard to give me EXACTLY what I wanted, my nails came out so cute and Ill definitely be back for more glam nails, if you want nails like this try asking for Katie

Katie did awesome! I came in with a terrible set I got at another salon and Katie brought me back to life! Her work is amazing and shes very professional! She took my nails from a 0 to a 100!

I have been here three times. The first time was amazing and my nails looked good and held up. The last two times my acrylic nails just crumbled off within 3 days and snapped off during normal activities. When I went to get them redone they asked me who did them and where I got them done. I told them it was this location, pointed out who did them, and they seemed surprised. My pedicure on my third visit was actually painful. They pulled the gel polish off with cuticle clippers and the woman who filled my nails slapped my hands.

Perfect nails by Tina! She was able to make them exactly how I wanted! I went to Florida and they still in great shape! So happy that I changed my previous salon to this one! Salon design is awesome as well.

Great job doing nails overall for look and how they did the gel. However they said they would use mesh to cover a new nail and then they proceeded to use a powder that hardened like dip powder. Also asked to change the color on just two nails after only one coat and the nail tech wasn’t very happy to oblige. Even though that’s their job. Won’t be returning here. I came here for the mesh for a broken/new nail and that’s not what I received.

One of the best nail salons I’ve been to in a long time. And I’m very picky about my nails. 😊 The manager is all about customer service and my favorite nail tech is Kimmy. I’ve been seeing her for a couple of years!!

Came in with family. We all got a manicure and pedicure. Wasn’t an enjoyable experience. Theirs look good. My nails look extremely sloppy. Gel all over my cuticals. Looks like I didn’t even get a pedicure and have little cuts around my cuticles on my toes. I emailed and called never got a response. Called again today and got an answer. Said I could come in and have them fixed, but declined as the initial experience was not a good one and I don’t want the same outcome.

Luxx nails is clean and professional. Every experience is a great one. They have friendly and accommodating staff! I’ve been several times now. Chan is phenomenal! I look forward to my next visit!

Do not recommend I come in for polish change and rebase for my nails. I had a pink color before and the nail tech did not take it off properly and they just colored over it and charged me the same as a full set and when I corrected them they still charged me 65 dollars for a rebase and color change and other services when I did not receive any and when I asked they did not give me an answer do not come here please save your money!!

I have been to several nail salons that have been more misses than hits. After googling nail salons close to home, this one popped up and figured I’d give it a try. I had a bad experience elsewhere two weeks prior so my mentality was “low expectations” going in. I was pleasantly surprised. The tech listened to the small changes I wanted, and tried to fix my pinky nail that was left going East while the others went north (the biggest issue with the last salon). I went back today with a friend, showed the tech what nail shape I wanted and she delivered! I asked her for some minor filing, and instead of looking at me sideways,she filed the side I wanted, no questions asked. I am OBSESSED and my friend is making this her go to salon now. Thank you guys for doing such an amazing job, and thank you to the tech who made me so happy!

They were great other then they never told me it cost extra if you use more than one nail color. They swiped my card before I could ask why the price was $50 just for a gel rebase. Unprofessional! Don’t recommend this place if you like more than one color on your nail.

My mom and baby sister go here. Ive been looking for a place as its been many moons. I wanted to cringe when getting my nails done, but the lady made me feel comfortable ABCs my nails look amazing. Tried the dip method and Im glad I did. This will definitely be my once a month treat.

My friend & I each got Acrylic Sets, her nail tech, i believe his name was Peter, did a wonderful job. He took his time, & they came out wonderful.My experience was less than pleasing to say the least, my nail tech, Amy, almost seemed distracted. She sloppily put the acrylic on my fingers, she ignored half of my requests, & rushed through the whole process. She did a horrible job honestly, I’m putting it as kind as possible. I was then charged an extra $15 for something I wasn’t told about. I’m highly disappointed & will NOT recommend this place.

Pros: Business super clean, comfortable Pedi chairs, friendly nail techsCons: appointment reminders were inaccurate, paid extra for hot stone Pedi which usually happens with any normal Pedi, lotion left not fully massaged in.

I was unhappy with the shape of my nail and they let me come back and fixed it for me charge free, and they were more than happy to do so. Very polite and care about your satisfaction.

I’m not someone that writes reviews. But I have never in my life had such an amazing experience at a nail salon! They put their tools through a sanitation device in sealed packets and there is no nail dust anywhere! Nicole was my tech and she is so gentle! I always bleed and she is the first tech that hasn’t caused me to bleed at all! I will forever be going back to Luxx nails and using Nicole! So so so amazing! And GREAT price for luxury experience! I wish I could give 100 stars!

I went in with my friend today and asked for a dark purple with full purple sparkles on two nails. I walked out with warped and crooked nails not the right color or sparkle design. My friend asked for simple writing and it was not legible. Women were both rude and did not talk at all.

Came in to get my nails done. I got Queeny and she was so nice and professional. I would recommend her.

Tina is amazing and so detail oriented, my nails came out amazing!! She along with all of the staff were very kind and professional, and the facility was extremely clean. I especially appreciated that they were able to get my daughter in with me and paint her nails as well. I drove almost 4 hours from home to go get my nails done here, and I will absolutely be back, it is worth the drive!!!

New to the area so new to this salon. She rushed through both pedi and mani. I dont get color on toes so asked her to spend extra time on calluses, she didnt. So-so massage. She nicked my finger cuticle - I asked her to slow down and told her she hurt me but she only giggled and went faster, it was only when I showed her the blood she got embarrassed. Poor mani. She didnt even offer to put on clear basecoat for fingers or toes - standard procedure. NOT coming back

I have really enjoyed this new salon since they opened! They have wonderful chairs, very professional team and take every safety precaution both COVID and otherwise! Their different options really offer something for everyone! Weekends are naturally busier, but have never had an issue getting in even on a weekend. Weekdays are super peaceful and quiet if you can manage. I know doesn’t work for every schedule (just happen to have Mondays off). Highly recommend them!!

I felt so out of place since I wasnt a regular. You charged me $80 for a kids mani and pedi. I had a pedicure. Tell me if that adds up. Not only that, I knew your ladies were talking about us, and you werent even gracious.. So rude, it ruined our whole day.

Tina is absolutely the best. She is very meticulous and takes her time. She is most definitely a perfectionist and your nails reflect that. I would highly recommend this salon. Very clean, friendly staff, they are on top of disinfecting everything, temperatures are taken upon entry and Covid form is filled out. They disinfect and wipe down every thing after each client leaves. I have referred many friends and family because it’s so refreshing to finally find a salon that actually does a great job.

I just moved to Colorado and have an interview tomorrow so scheduled my manicure online which I thought was super cool! When I arrived they checked me in right away and were VERY nice! I normally do acrylic full set with gel nail polish and they told me about the benefits of dip! I’m so glad I went with the dip powder instead as it’s more natural and feels so much better! This place is AMAZING! She did an absolutely amazing job on my nails, I’m completely obsessed. They even have member cards which you gain points on! 1000/10 recommend! I will be going to this nail bar from now on! (:

I love, love, love Lux Nails Bar and Tina!!! Tina does the power dip on my nails and my nails have never looked or felt better. Every time I walk out of there I end up starring at my nails for hours because they look so beautiful. I would give them a 100 starts if I would.

**Edit: The owner had a representative from the salon call to speak with me about the issues, and the offered to redo them. The second visit was drastically improved. Tina did my nails this time, and they were so much better!Pretty disappointing. I went for a dip powder manicure and it was completely rushed and very poor quality. They cut me in numerous places, left paper towel on the nails and put top coat on top of it, filed the dip so far there were chunks missing, and then did a poor, rushed job of half repairing it. The top coat is not even and is missing in places, and the filing is not even. This was my first experience here, and I definitely will not be returning. Im incredibly frustrated.

It was the worst service by far the pedicure was horrible me feet ended up with 4 scratches couldnt wear my shoes to work my nails are long naturally and they were filed down even though I asked they be left alone man oh man

I got an I deserve itpedicure after a long stressful Friday. Kim was AMAZING! She really took her time and created a very relaxing experience. Everyone in the shop is nice and great at what they do. I followed KC to this shop, shes been doing my nails for over 15 years. I love the look and feel of the shop. They check on you and make sure youre good/dont need anything.

Guys we have all been there. Going with our wifes, daughters etc as they get their nails done. Usually we sit in the chair or our phones and patiently wait for them to get done. Well, this place is out doing every place I have ever waited. The gentleman asked me to sit down and wait in a massage chair, offered me water or a soda. Kept checking to make sure that I was waiting in comfort. So I had to give them 5 stars for the great service.

This salon is closer to my home than another one I was visiting. Its clean, modern, and the staff is wonderful. Tina is now my new nail tech and does a fantastic, neat job with dip manis.

I booked for a shellac polish only. They charged me for a manicure plus shellac but I did not get a manicure. I like the results but was definitely charged way too much.

They did a dip on me stick on art and the next day it had come off. They repaired it but two days later it came off again plus it started chipping. My daughter had a manicure with art of a jack-o’-lantern, I don’t think they knew what it looked like cause what ever they did it not even look like that. Not happy with their work at all.

This is the BEST nail salon in Denver! It is absolutely gorgeous! The staff is amazing, especially K.C. and Joesph, they make sure that you are all the way taken care of. You get new everything, every time that you come. The pedicures are to die for! No sharing nail files or pedicure scrubbers with anyone else, nothing!
