I took my son there to get his nails done (he is 22). Amy took care of him. She didnt make him feel odd or wrong for getting them done which is not the norm. I definitely recommend her services

I have wanted to like this place, but I cannot handle how rude the owners, Amy and Lin are. Lin is by far more rude and dismissive than Amy, but neither knows how to treat customers properly. I have been in this salon many times because it is convenient for me, however I can no longer continue to subject myself to the treatment of these two owners. They both do a great job with nails, but they treat their clients terribly. They have mistreated me, and they I have watched them mistreat so many of their loyal customers. They are all about making money, and they are not invested in customer service. There is a very high turnover of nail techs, which tells me they are unkind to their employees, too. With some many other nail salons in the area, I would highly recommend choosing another one.Edited after review from owner (Amy as seen on YELP replies) - I HIGHLY encourage anyone considering this salon to go through these reviews and read the many more that are just like mine. Amy and Lin may not be the owners, but as I have heard them say, they are sisters who are running the family business. Do not take my word for it. Walk into the salon and see for yourself how many people they are rude to in such a short amount of time. Lin is sarcastic and will only say hello if you are one of her recent clients. They overcharge and mistreat their clients. PLEASE scroll down and read all the reviews that say the exact same thing. After seeing positive reviews I went in for a no-chip manicure and came in with a picture for reference regarding a simple nail design. The tech stated the design was no problem. I should have left once I saw that the manicure tools were taken out of a dirty reused bag and the tools were visibly dirty. The manicure was rushed and not detailed. Once the nail design was applied it was very crooked and not applied well. They charged me $8 for crooked lines! The tech was nice, but the price of the service and cleanliness of tools was unacceptable.Update: Lin asked for a second chance after posting my initial review. She was very thorough and the nails are exactly what I initially asked for, we decided to all white for a cleaner look. Tools were opened from a new sanitized bag.

Been coming here for 5+ years and I won’t go anywhere else. So friendly and they remember everyone’s name! The dip is the best.

They asked me to share my credit card information in case I want to make an appointment. I am not good to share my credit card information by phone. In this case they have to have online appointment app. Because by phone call, the lady who talked to me was so rood. That’s another reason why I put one star.

This is a really nice and clean nail salon. I received excellent service after making a last minute appointment (someone cancelled so they squeezed me in). I choose a light colored that they felt would bleed through, so they took the time to test it out and came up with a way to make it work. I just really appreciated the effort they made to give me what I wanted while making sure it would look good at no additional charge. And I was offered a refreshing drink😊

Wont go back. I gave it a second shot sense of the reviews on here were pretty good in general, but I was just as disappointed the 2nd time around. I waited an hour with only one person ahead of me and then got a man who never bothered asking how much I wanted my nails shortened, so he took them all the way down. When I asked for square round shape, he did them so square the corners were razor sharp. When I asked him to round the corners, he shortened them even more. He polished the nails far enough below the cuticle that they look like they have been growing for a few days. He also missed part of the second coat on one of my nails so theres a streak. Someone else came in while I was there to complain about her experience the day before. It may just be coincidence that I had 2 bad experiences, but Im not willing to try again.

This place is amazing!! Went here for the first time today and I have to say I hardly ever write reviews but loved this place so much I thought I would! Everyone’s super friendly and the guy who did my nails was super patient and took his time to make it how I liked them to be. Also the manager Amy is super sweet and accommodating!! Not to mention they all do a fantastic job! The only reason I didn’t do 5 stars is because they are a little more pricey then other nail salons but it’s definitely worth the money! Will definitely be back ! Highly recommend!

Polite staff and everything seemed clean. I had called ahead same day for an appointment and we did not have to wait at all when we got there. Its always frustrating when you have an appointment and still have to wait. They were busy, but no one seemed rushed. The woman who did my pedicure was very sweet. The only thing that could have been better is a more firm massage with the pedicure. Thats always the best part!

I see Lyn for my gel nails. Never had a better tech in over 20 years of nail salons. I do suggest u make an appointment if u want her to, she books up quick.

Their website says they close at 5:00 on Sundays, and they take walk-ins. I walked in at 4:12. The receptionist did not even say hello. Her first response to me was can I schedule you for tomorrow. I said oh you can’t get m in today. She said no we’re closed. I said the website says 5:00pm on Sundays. Her response was we updated it on google you should look there. My reply was that’s what I’m looking at.........mind you the door is completely open, and I mean propped open.All I wanted was a manicure!!!Very unprofessional!!!!This picture was taken at at 4:18 pm you see the door is still open and the open sign is on!!!

My tech Johny did a great job on my pedicure. Amy and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional. But I didnt get credit for my 10 dollar deposit for making a appointment. Will give them another try.

Vivian does my nails she is kind, personal and hilarious we always have a great time conversing during my appointments she really tries to get to know her clients and learns what they like... her saying always is that doing nails is a team effort! I’ve been coming here for a couple times now and the times that I have it’s been great customer service! I love how they ask how you’re doing right when you walk in instead of asking “what you need” which is a typical question at other nail places. This place is really neat and clean and it smells good as walk in the door. One thing that stands out to me the most is that they really have a genuine conversation with you. To me it is nice to know that someone else is Interested on what you’re doing throughout the weekend or when you’re doing something nice with your nails and toes they ask what we’re doing and that’s nice because it gets a conversation going which is great ! I would definitely recommend this to someone who has not been been here before ! Thank you guys so much!

I am so disappointed. My first unpleasant experience was with Peter. 2 months ago. So on Tuesday 8-20-2019 again Im disappointed in Kai, the office manager and Amy. Kai sits next to the manager he has his phone out constantly watching it. Manager says nothing. I told him my nails was thick he said it was because of the 3 coats. Manager says nothing. I walk in Mon to get it fixed Amy explains that I need to PAY!! $3 to get a nail repaired. I sent several people to them. Never again.Sept 1, 2019Ms. Owner the first time my nails was not chipped the left hand was shaped right but the right hand was shaped leaning toward the right. I told u I didnt come in right away because I was on vacation. So I decided to give you all another chance. Jennifer did my nails great. So I came again and was very dissatisfied with the service of Kai. Ive had several lite colors this summer and each tech added white first. He didnt. I told you I didnt have a problem with the color. I got black spots on the side some parts he fried to shave away, I got clear patches on the side that I peeled away. His work us very sloppy. I came in scheduled and yes had to change times from 2pm to 3pm of which u told me you were booked. I said ok and walked in waited and decided to leave. I am not understanding how and why a manager can sit next to a next and hear whats going on and not say anything. I will be posting pictures.

Staff was rude, and it’s overpriced. My acrylics never break and I had four break within a few days. Overall, would not recommend. You’re better off going else where, for decent pricing AND better quality. And to clarify, y’all never offered me discounts to fix my nails, basically said it wasn’t your problem and to deal why it myself.

My daughter and I have been clients here for about 2 years now. I’ve gotten nails, toes, and micro blading done. Since we started the place has been remodeled and the ambiance is amazing! I’ve had nothing but great experiences with all the nail techs. It’s such a great feeling when you walk in and they welcome you on a first name basis, even when you e been a way for awhile! Amy and Lynn are a dynamic duo who provide 1st class customer service! I’ve since moved out of Aurora however a visit every 2 weeks is worth it!

Second time here and I love it. This place really feels like a spa. Prices are reasonable and the pedicure chairs are life saving. They can understandably can be busy but wait times are minimal and they are very customer service oriented. Note- they dont take tips on cards so plan ahead. They use liners in the pedicure chairs so its always clean, and they sterilize all of their tools. Cannot recommend this place enough.

My daughter and I have been here many times. We both enjoy getting our pedicures for the summer here. We always bring in a picture of what we would like our nails to look like and they accommodate the design the best that they can. My daughter has her nails done year round. They keep the place clean and remodeled. They offer a lot of different color choices for your nails. They have TVs to watch and offer you a bottle of water or a Coke. The staff are usually nice and friendly. They have massage chairs for when u are getting your pedicure. Overall, good place to get nails done. Some days are super busy so appointments are the best way to go.

The manager at station 12 was very rude. it was my first time there and so I was unfamiliar with check in. instead of assisting me, she treated me poorly in front of the store. today is my birthday and instead of enjoying it fully, Im embarrased and sad. Wont be returning or recommending.

I confirmed you said 9am and I agreed to that time.I arrive at 9, the sign on your door says you open at 10 but Im assuming since you set the early appointment that means someone will be here.It is now 930, I called a few times to see if someone was there and Nothing... I was there for my birthday and spent 74 dollars on a Mani pedi After I left later that day I noticed six of my nails were not dried fully or done correctly because they peeled and melted off and speared everywhere. I went back for them to fix it and they did the same thing....my nails still look the same after they fixed them again 😫I would never go here ever again especially because they did not specify the pricing either so I was also unaware of the up charges on my nails as well. They were very unprofessional and very rude. I was not compensated for THEIR MISTAKE. Birthday manicure ruined 🖕🏼

$30 for a chip fix and color change is outrageous. It was more convenient to come here at the time then my normal place, I pay $35 for my no chip fill! This place might do good work but im sorry, thats nuts, never have I been charged that much for this. Needless to say i walked out.

The customer service in this place absolutely sucks. I kept going back there because my nail tech there is really good (at both his job and customer service and I knew him from a previous nail salon) but after my last experience there, NEVER going back!

Finding a different nail salon! It hasnt even been a full week and my nails have SEVERE discoloration or have no polish at all! I waited an hour and a half and spent $50 on something that didnt even last the week! I work in retail. There is no reason my nails should be this bad!

I FINALLY found a nail tech that did my nails Perfect! Only when I tried to make a follow up appointment with her for my fill in for her to tell me she doesnt do nails, she manages... Then she made my appointment with another tech and that techs blending technique of the ombre was not satisfactory to me. Thats not good customer service. She got me hooked on her skills only then told me she cant do my nails. Now I have to try to find another good nail tech which is soooo hard out this way :(

They charged me $5 extra with an acrylic fill to keep the nails as long as they already were. This place penny and nickels you for the most obscure things, I can get a fill for $20 less anywhere else and just as good.

HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE smell! Rude, bossy woman told me she was only able to try nail color on a sheet of paper towel, not on my nail. She told me, We dont do that. If you want a refund, you can have it. When I asked for my money back, she told me to call the cops. Then another woman came over and told me I was inconveniencing them by asking to try on a color before deciding whether or not I want it.

Im new to the area and chose this place based on ratings and reviews. I stopped in yesterday to get a full acrylic set with the nochip polish. Lex did my nails and OMG and I thrilled with the way they turned out. I thought Ive been getting a decent nail job done until I stopped in here. She did a really good job to make sure all of my nails were actually ALL THE SAME SHAPE FOR ONCE!!! And they arent too thick and bulky and the length is perfect. Theres no hiccups in the polish and it looks all uniform and smooth and shiny. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Thanks Lex!!
