As a man walking in and asking for a manicure, the ladies were already looking at me funny. But showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and sure enough, she did exactly that. Other nail techs came coming to my station and kept complimenting me on the style and I felt super happy on the inside. This was the first time Ive ever had a manicure but after this experience, it definitely wont be my last. She cleaned my nails so good!!! Loved it here Soo much 🙏🏽

I got a manicure and a pedicure here for my upcoming birthday. It was super cute and I loved it. The staff was incredibly nice as well. However, all my nails chipped within two days! The manicure didn’t even last until my birthday which was three days after. Personally, a manicure lasts me about a week so I was really disappointed. I also waxed my eyebrows. The right one looked nice, but the technician plucked too much hair off the left one. Thus, they don’t look the same. Overall, my rating is based on the demeanor of the staff and not the services performed.

It is extremely disheartening to know that this salon does not take customer care as a priority. When placing a call this morning to inform the manager Angie that two of my nails completely lifted and came off (these nails were not broken) she told me sense I did not come back in 3 days I would be charged for this. Even though I plainly explain to her that the nails came off about a week ago and I do not have time to continuously go in for repairing nails so I can get them repaired when it is time for my rebase. She then told me there is no one in the salon, including herself, who she can guarantee will be able to repair my nails as my typical nail tech Nee would. And recommended I wait another week with two missing nails for the tech to return, this was her only solution. Angie did not seem to care about customer satisfaction or even apologize for the fact that my nails lifted due to her nail techs error. She proceeded to NOT schedule me appointment and told me to just walk in and someone “may be able to help me”. She told me to bring the nails in to determine if I would be paying for them. Once I arrived I was charged full price and Angie made sure she was nowhere around even though she claimed to be the manager. If your preference is long coffin nails I would not recommend this salon at all because the techs are not capable of fulfilling the customers desired look according to management.

I always ask for Jenny, super sweet people. Nails always come out looking nice too, walk ins welcome but if you want someone specific reserve your spot ( you wont regret it )

My HORROR STORYI went to Trendy nails for toes and nail service. The technician was not pleasant. When I was assigned to sit down to get my nails done. The lady looked at my nails and then reassigned me some place else. The same lady that had done my toes started to do my nails. She insulted me saying my nails were ugly. She did not complete the services I paid for. She even spilled nail polish on my pants. I spoke with the manager, she was also rude. She forcefully started taking pics of my pants without my consent. I called the banking services and the customer service representative insisted that I should call the police and claim a police report. I just want want my money back. Unfortunately, I cant take back the horrible treatment that was provided.

Omg, Angie did such an amazing job in my nails!! I have had a few undesirable experiences at several salons before finding this one so I am definitely planning on going there for my nails from now on for the foreseeable future.

Wow, am I impressed! I took my daughter here for her 19th bday present and decided to get my nails done as well. I am absolutely blown any by our nails techs Nee and Liza who provided amazing service and fantastic looking nails for us! This is now our new go to place to get our nails done for sure!

I always have a positive experience. This is dip. They have so many different colors.

The first time I came I had nails that werent properly filed and had air bubbles, but were overall okay. This time I came for a set of birthday nails and was so happy that they turned out almost exactly as what I imagined them to be! Not only were my nails properly filed and shaped, but my Nail tech, Mina, was so sweet and did everything I asked with not a single bit of attitude, will definitely go to her next time!

Amy and Angie are hands down my favorite! I’ll show Amy a picture and she comes up with the most beautiful designs. Angie goes incredible eyebrow shaping. I won’t go elsewhere.

I got my nails done here maybe a little over a month ago. These nails are still nice and clean. They are incredibly durable, considering I work in a very hands on job. Never been to a nail place before that didn’t make me bleed. The people who work here are nice and super friendly. Going back today to get them filled and two replaced because I was dumb and accidentally broke them yesterday. Highly recommend this nail salon.

The first time my matte nails were iffy part of thw nails were shinny but the second time the other girl was awesome she took care of me and she pages attention to every detail. The girls here are so nice. They do a wonderful pedicure. Great value and much more affordable than other nail spas I found in the area. Tons of colors to choose from, both gel and regular polish. You can find a match for almost anything. Definitely recommend!

I used to love getting my acrylics done here. I’ve gotten my acrylics done 3 times and I went to get them taken off today. Instead of using acetone to remove them she used a fake nail, it also looked kinda old. She ended up ripping off my real nail. I didn’t have to pay for the service but I wasn’t able to speak to the manager. Almost 75% of my nail is gone and I’m unable to work with gloves now in order to prevent infection.

Made an appointment the day before my vacation to get my nails done, came and no one was available to help me. Can’t go anywhere because it’s too late now.

I showed up and asked about pricing. She quoted me 45 for pink and white. I said okay as time got ready to do the pink she told me it would be more than 45. I asked to see a menu and the prices were crossed out with a pen and rewritten with it. I told her that pricing was wrong online she ignored me and got irritated I asked for the 35 acrylics. Well that made her mad. My nails look bad and she charged 20 bucks for a 5 year old to get her nails painted. Ridiculous and trying to scam people for money.

I love this place. I’ve gone to other nail places but always go back to Trendy Nails. I’ve yet to have to wait more than 15 minutes and always get great service. Jenny has become my favorite. Her attention to detail is outstanding and she does amazing nail art. Ask for 3D art, you won’t be disappointed

I really like this nail salon. They have been in this location for a long time and are always busy. I saw Tina for a long time before she left. I’ve since been to see Nee. Nee is absolutely amazing. She is so sweet and does such a great job on my nails. She is truly the best nail tech I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t recommend her more!

First time at this nail shop about a week ago and I couldnt be happier. Van is amazing! She made sure I was happy with the length, shape and color. She didnt rush but got my nails done pretty fast. Very good experience.

I got a full set of acrylic nails plum colored. They looked great well done but eight of my nails fell off a week after getting them done. When one falls off its no big deal but when eight fall almost all at once for $40 plus tip I would expect for my nails to stay about three weeks or so without a rebase. Not too sure if Ill be going back. Friendly staff and convenient location but maybe better product.

I use to live close by but moved and still make the drive all the way across town just to come here! They have a great rewards program. Are prompt and usually can get you as soon as you walk in without an appointment!! They are kind and dont speak a different language in front of you which always makes the comfort level higher!! I love this nail shop! They are always busy and that’s a good sign. All there services are always great. They never rush and they help you choose the nail color and design you like. I always schedule appointments and they are always on time!

I have been going here for a good 9 mos or so, at the beginning I had TIM doing my dipped nails. He was AMAZING! Then suddenly he left. Wish I could find him again. Since then I have gotten mediocre results as I tried various techs. This last time I got nails done it lasted 2 weeks maybe, the top layer has chipped away and also a nail just broke. As they grow out you can see the lines are not clean at the cuticle and the shaping is not great either. Deciding if I want to try another technician or not.

First time going here. Really great place and the workers were generally nice. I do not recommend the older guy that does nails. Had a terrible time with him. He seemed like he didn’t care at all and was extremely rough with everything. He did everything so rough and quick that he cut me pretty badly and after going home I found other smaller cuts. Was hoping he would offer me some nice designs that I would pay extra but he did not and just rushed everything. I still have nail polish on my fingers because he couldn’t even clean it up. Hands feel bad even after a few hours. I would recommend everyone else except him. I will continue to go here because they do a wonderful job but never again will I want him to do my nails.

I have been going to Trendy Nails for over a year. My favorite nail technician is Sophie. She regularly does dipping nails for me and is so meticulous that my nails look perfect every time. I was reminded of just how good she is when I recently when to a different salon close to work for the sake of convenience and ended up with a mess. Fortunately, Sophie cleaned up the mess and left me with beautiful nails again. I highly recommend her. You wont be disappointed.

I have come here for 7 years and will not go anywhere else. They are trained and know what they are doing. Always great pedicures and my dipping nails last 3+ weeks. They also do not cut you with the drill or during the pedicures.

I came from out of town and I was placed at station 7 first and she put nail tips on one hand and had me move o station 9 where I sat for 45 mins waiting. I asked for pink and white with a flower on my ring finger. The girl just did what she wanted

I came in today, and from the second I walked in had them ask me 6 times if I wanted acrylic nails even though I told them no repeatedly and my appointment was for shellac. I asked if they could do a design and was told that design could only be done with acrylic. I choose a different design that was done poorly so I would not recommend doing any designs here. During my pedicure I was cut 5 times, and one cut is currently bleeding. If you go here, I would do something very simple and don’t get a pedicure.

I have been coming to this Nail salon for many years. My nail tech Cindy is absolutely amazing! She provides the best customer service and as you know thats hard to get these days. The salon is always clean and the staff is always so friendly plus the prices are great. If youre in the area check it out and ask for Cindy specifically I guarantee youll be happy!

Absolutely awful. I would never go here again. She didnt enough bugging and shine my toes at all and when I asked her to buff and shine my fingernails she took the shiner and did one quick swipe over every finger nail. My nails werent even filed neatly I shouldnt have to go home and fix what they did

Cindy is awesome! She has been taking care of me for the past 3 years and I absolutely love her. As a military member, I’m going to be very sad when I have to leave here and find someone to take her place. She has been amazing doing my pedicures, pink and whites, and waxing.

Wanted to like this place but just can’t. Definitely one of the most painful set of acrylics I’ve gotten in my life. As if the Dremel tool directly on my skin wasn’t painful enough, somehow the hand buffing is what made me bleed a lot in multiple places. The cuts still hurt even a few days later. My cuticles are splitting like crazy and I keep having to trim all of the hang nails it has caused. The nails look alright but not worth all of that. Thank you and goodbye.
