I had a really great experience! I LOVE beautiful long nails with unique designs. I sent Kelly a picture of the design I wanted and she said she could do it. Ive been told this before by other nail techs, but I was hopeful. Kelly delivered EXACTLY what I wanted. She is professional and her attention to detail on this design was truly amazing! They have a Facebook page where the nail art is posted and they offer an automated check where you can earn points each visit toward future discounts. Phie, Mai and the entire staff are very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this nail shop!

If I could give zero starts I would. I took my self and my 12 year old daughter here for a treat. We usually go to a different salon but this is close to my house and my daughter wanted to go here. My daughter got a shelac manicure and I got acrylic nails with shelac. Needless to say, there was no manicure, just a nail paint and nails put on. Our cuticles were not cut, we had no lotion put on, or any massage on hands or forearms. I left with nail polish on my hands amd fingers along with glue from the acrylics. There is so much space between my nail bed and where she started my acrylic, you would think they were put on 1 week ago and Ive had them on for 24 hours. I spent 86.00 for nail paint and acrylics that were done terribly with no care. Worst of all, there was no excuse for a job poorly done with a rushed job. We were the ONLY clients at the nail salon. Spend your money elsewhere, overpriced compared to salons nearby and I could have done a more thoughtful job myself.

My mom and I recently started going here and we will not go to another place again. The staff is attentive, friendly, and great at what they do. Once, when my mom was there past close waiting for me to pick her up, a member of the staff waited with her until her ride got there. She insisted on staying. Top notch service and top notch work.

This is my first bad review ever, but I just had to because this place is terrible! No one should go! I had my nails done for two days and they were already chipping. I went in and had them repaired and two other women were there having the same issue! The way they repaired the nails was awful and you can tell a difference. Now it has been one week and a the nail polish completely fell off one of my nails. I had dip done and it should never work like this. If you are looking for a good nail salon near here just go to Footique because this place will overcharge, have poor customer service, and leave you with horrible nails. The whole experience was the worst!!

I recently moved to Aurora, had the best luck finding this place for a pedicure! The 2 ladies Ive had take care of me are meticulous and do a fantastic job every time.

Terrible. Fi was recommended to me unfortunately by my sister. Fi handed me her electric nail filing equipment to take off my own gel nail polish. I’ve never heard of this being permissible in any salon. Very unpleasant experience. Will never go back.

I got my nails done friday and it hasnt even been a week yet and my nails are already popping off. They usually last me 2 weeks. I had to wait so long to get my nails done, which I didnt mind, but I literally had like 3 different techs work on my nails. Definitely not worth the troubles and not going back.

This used to be my regular place but I wont be going back. I went a couple of months ago and the woman giving me my pedicure scraped my feet SO hard that they were sore for days after. My feet in no way needed to be scraped like a block of parmesan. Additionally, she took twice as long as anyone I had ever seen and they didnt bother to take the SNS powder off while I had my pedi. Upon taking it off the manicurist realized it wasnt gel and then proceeded to take it off like it was. It was truly a WASTE of TWO HOURS and the mani didnt even last the car ride home. I will never go back, and they truly overcharge.The place off of Gartrell in the Target shopping center by the dance studio is far better.

Terrible experience. My nail was broken by the manicurist and not addressed until I pointed it out and requested repair to prevent further damage. Initial coat of nail polish did not meet edge of cuticle nor cover the sides of my nails. It looked like a 2 week grow out since last manicure. The manicurist made excuses which implied it was my fault not her skill set. She put on extra layers of polish that smudged before complete dry. I will never go back.

Cheap but quality is inconsistent. I have to this business a few times because their prices are better than any other spa in the area. Most of the time the pedi is ok, not great but better than I can do at home. This last time my pedi was horrible, I think a young child could have done better. The nail tech didnt clean the extra polish that was left on the skin, she cut the nails unevenly and two of the nails didnt have enough polish (you could see the nail at the tip). I will not be back!
